Phenomenal golf store. They have a simulator for trying out clubs, and did a great job replacing the shaft on my driver. Very friendly too--my eight year old daughter was with me and one of the staff members let her hit some balls while I looked around. Great addition to the local golf community!!

Great experience. Dan fitted me for irons early in the season and a new driver just recently.the irons definitely have improved my game. The driver I have no doubt will too. Also bought new wedges and a 5 wood off just a simple conversation with Tom and could not be happier with both. Great store! great people!

Everything went great. Tom fit me for clubs and went smoother than any other fitting I’ve ever had before. Very easy going and a great atmosphere. Clubs came in way earlier than I expected and they did not disappoint. The best set of irons I’ve ever had. If you ever need somewhere to go for all golf needs in central PA, this is the spot.

I had a driver fitting with Matt yesterday and it was a great experience. Their shot tracker is phenomenal. We went through a bunch of drivers and options. Even with a much less than perfect swing he got me dialed into great new driver.

Started golfing in May and have been coming to Pull The Pin since early July. Tom, Dan, and the team at PTP have been the most professional/inviting individuals Ive come across when it comes to improving your golf game. Ive never felt pushed to buy anything and everytime I walk in for a lesson or wanting to try out something different using their Trackman system, I walk out loving the game more and excited to go out for a round. I went from scoring well above 140 storkes a round (wasnt even on the Scheid handicap scale) to working my way down into a 35 handicap (breaking into double bogey golf) by working with Dan and practicing anything learned during a lesson at my local range. If youre in the Lancaster County area, PTP is the place to go!

I was struggling off the tee with my driver. It was recommended that I go in and get fitted for a driver suited to my swing. Turns out I was playing with a terrible driver. I’m a 10 HC so hitting the fairways is incredibly important. My “Power Fade” was not working. I went in and spent an hour with Tom to dial in the data. I got hooked up with at TSI 3 and it was game over. First round I played with it at Aronimink and I shot 79. Only missing a few fairways. It easily helped me gain back 30 yards that I was missing due to too much spin from my old club. I highly recommend checking them out. They legit are always available to help improve your game.DOMINATE THE PIN!

Tom and the whole staff at Pull the Pin have been great! I went in this past November to get fitted for a new set of irons, my first new set in 15+ years, and my first custom fitted set. Ive been very reluctant to get a new set because I was very comfortable with my old ones. Toms knowledge gave me the confidence I needed to finally go for it. I love my new irons and they fit my game perfectly! I liked them so much I just had to go back for a new driver! It is very rare that I give any business a 5 star rating as I always feel there is room for improvement. I contacted Pull The Pin as I was getting back into golf after years away from the game.I contacted the website and got an email back immediately answering some baseline questions I had. I originally went in to have a driver fitting as I was having issues hitting the stock shaft on the toe. After just 30 minutes working with Dan we got a shaft that matched my swing perfectly!Because my 1st impressions were so good I have been back for all my needs, which included lessons and fitting for new irons and fairway woods. These guys are the BEST! I previously used big box retailers for “fittings” with limited success for all my golf gear. Dan at Pull The Pin has taken my game to another level. I met with Dan multiple times for Putter, Irons, and Driver fittings. Each time I have taken his advice and seen RESULTS. He has taken me from a 11-12 handicap down to comfortably in the single digits. Dan also goes above and beyond to check in occasionally and see how all my gear is working out. I had been tossing the idea of a larger grip so I stopped in to see what they had in stock. I think they showed me half a dozen choices. I picked the one I felt most comfortable with. They suggested I put one on a club and play a round. Minutes later, I was out the door ready to try it out. Loved it ( Wynn Dri Tec ) and came back a week later to have my other clubs done. One of the owners, Tom, took my information and told me they would be ready in a few hours. Half an hour later, Tom calls and told me theyre ready to pick up ! Service was stellar good prices and a friendly staff. Whats not to like about that ? Thanks a ton guys !!!!

They guys working were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating and just flat out professional. Dan, John and Brady were all very helpful the entire visit and entertained my kids while selecting my new club and checking out. Great A+++ service and will be back for future needs. We went to Pull the Pin to get new grips on Hubby’s clubs. We are an empty nester couple with one serious golfer intent on improving his game and the other a golfer who wants to spend time with her husband but doesn’t want to keep score. Tom and Dan are serious and knowledgeable about the game and could answer all golf questions. And, they have great personalities to joke around with anyone who plays golf, but not too seriously 😂. First experience with them, regripped 2 clubs. They helped me right away. I told them what I was looking to do, asked what they had in mid sz grips. Selection was plentiful.They were able to do the regripping immediately. Total visit maybe 10 minutes. Fast, reasonably priced and professional!!! Well done!!!

Tom and Dan take customer service to a new level. 30min with Dan in his golf-lab dramatically changed my approach to hitting a golf ball and increased my ball striking confidence exponentially. His suggestions were simple and easy to execute - demystifying the mechanics of my swing. Their golf expertise transcends the store and follows you out to the course with lessons, encouraging texts or questions regarding your round...These guys are no joke. They love what they do and it shows.

I am not a person that writes reviews, but PTP earned this one. I started playing golf in February and bought a used driver. My only requirements were adjustable loft and a draw/fade bias adjustment. When I bought the driver I did not pay much attention to the shaft flex like a newbie would. Well I had an X-stiff shaft, which made learning how to swing the driver difficult to say the least. I consistently sliced the ball no matter the setup/swing adjustments I made. I started to figure that maybe my shaft flex was wrong and then I took a lesson and my pro told me I had the wrong shaft flex. My club couldn’t get me in soon enough to get fitted for a new shaft so I set up a fitting at PTP. I had a fitting with Brady who was amazing. Not only did he fit me in a shaft for my swing but he gave me some tips and drills to improve my swing. Well thanks to Brady and PTP this 5 month newbie golfer now has a draw with the driver and my one way miss is an overdraw. I can’t thank PTP enough!

Been a long time resident of Lancaster county and this is the only place I will take my clubs for repair or alterations. I’ve received a few lessons by their instructors, been fitted by their staff and had multiple club customizations made this season. The folks here are tremendous - friendly, respectful and most importantly very knowledgeable about the game, equipment and how to help others improve theirs. 12/10 would recommend you check them out!

I have been big on supporting local businesses recently so naturally, visiting this golf shop makes sense. Had a fitting with Dan and couldnt have been happier. Bought new grips about two months ago settled for something I really didnt want was assured that I wouldnt have problems after 4 rounds I had blisters on my hand from grip twisting in my hand took them back to get the grips that I originally wanted they want to charge me 5.00 per club to take off the bad grips( trying to save them) i asked if they could possibly work with me on the price of new grip they said thats not up to them I would have to talk to the owner and of course she wasnt there so 165.00 later I have the grips that I want and I will never set foot in that place again the people that work there have no clue as to whats going on Ive spent a lot of money in that place and they could care less. I will definitely take my business else where.

Stoped by Golf ect just to look around and ended up having the best customer service experience. Tom and Dan really took the time to share their passion and knowledge with a new golfer. To those who are in the golf community youll appreciate the professional courtesy this place has. First they will not push any product on you, they give you strictly their professional opinion on what can help you reach another level in your golf game. The staff is extremely friendly and will help you in any way they can.I travel a lot to different states and interact with a lot of golf shops and this one has to be in my top three list.

Shopping at Golf Etc. is a great experience. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. If you want to play your best- going through a fitting is definitely going to help. I was fit by another company for my previous irons years ago and thought that I was hitting them fine, now I know I wasnt. My new and properly fitted technology has me carrying my 7 iron about 12 yards further than before.

I want to give a huge shout out to Brady. He took the time to really walk me through the fitting process, and help me pick the perfect set of clubs regardless of brand. From start to finish it was all about helping me find the right club for my swing. I had done a lot of preliminary research before deciding to purchase at Golf etc. Knowledge is one thing, but to be able to come in and actually swing several different clubs was invaluable. Went to buy a driver, I knew what I wanted, but all the guy wanted to do was sell me the latest most expensive driver they had. After I told him I just want to replace the same club Ive had for the last 2 years, he called over a young kid to help me, like if he couldnt sell me an expensive club he didnt want to waste his time on me.Back to buying all my clubs online I guess.

Small, dark and over crowded.. not best selection of clubs.. online 1 hitting bay and very busy. People were very friendly and willing to help or answer any questions

There iron selection has really shrunk to almost nothing available in the shop to see and hit. Other than that great place for fitment and Goldsmith stuff

My go to golf shop. Long story but they hooked me up with a new grip and a great deal on a single iron. Fair. Also catch them at the right time for a great deal. Just picked up last years mizuno jpx 900 driver for a hundred bucks!

They have a good selection of new clubs and the lesson was very helpful.

I have bought many, many items here over the years and recently bought my son a used set of clubs and a 3 wood. The head came off the shaft of the 3 wood on the 4th time he used it, and Golf Etc. wanted me to pay for the repair. They even insinuated that since I could not produce a receipt, I may have been lying about my purchase. I understand that used clubs do not have a warranty, but they displayed terrible customer service to the point of being insulting. I will take my golf equipment dollars elsewhere.
