Everything was well stocked except the chicken breasts on sale for 97 cents a lb. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I have been going to this store for 30+years and love it. (Except for some of the prices)

Their fruits and vegetables are always fresh and they do have a full Wells Fargo inside

This place Ive always been treated kindly and the management has gone out of their way to accommodate me. See, I love their peach muffins. Hands down the best! So yummy, moist, fresh, you name it. Anyhoo, they cost 4 for $5.99. they have other variety of course including packs of 9 muffins for $9.99, but never the peach ones. So I asked the manager if I could buy 9 peach muffins and be charged the 9.99 which they did for me in 2 occasions no prob. This last time, the manager told me I could not do that anymore because it sent red flags up to management and that the baker dept told her she couldnt do that anymore for me cause if they did it for me they would have to do it for everyone. Really,? Just because I was saving $2? I mean there are packs of 9 blueberry, or banana nut, or corn muffins for $9.99. but I cant get 9 peach for the same price? Ok well then start making 9 packs in all your varieties then! Just not fair in my opinion. However, the staff, especially one if the male cashiers, has always been real cool with me. So 4 stars just because of the muffin thing. Thanks!

Vons is usually helpful but the last time we went in u had trouble getting my 5 dollars off my card and the sales items the soups but customer service was closed. And the young guy would not let help me .I ended up leaving the store and not buying anything

This is my store. The employees are very nice and helpful. The store is always clean, flowers are fresh and I havent used the pharmacy, but I have used the bank there. Love it.

Store is always clean, well kept and well stocked. Love their floral, produce, meat and bakery departments.Best time of day to shop is the morning. The parking lot gets kind of crazy just after lunch.

In the Deli section your employee Eva needs to be taught civility and respect for customers. Today is the 2nd time I have been on there in 2 weeks to get deli meats and Eva is so rude and disrespectful that I am advising everyone to not go to the deli if Eva is working. Vons, you should be ashamed of yourself hiring this type of employee.

They have the most beautiful flower departments in any grocery store that I have seen, at the same time their prices on all their merchandise are extremely high, but they do nave quite a large selection

Every single time i go in there to the money center they have the same person working their, who is incredibly slow as heck. Takes 15 to 20 minutes per person. It’s ridiculous, Vons manager really need to take in consideration to other peoples time.

Really nice store. Kind of expensive, but the shopping here is efficient. Well planned aisles, and a deli that provides a good lunch sandwich for $5.99. Have not been to their bakery, or shopped here for my weeks groceries, but it was a really good sandwich. Thank you.

So many fresh pastries and the fresh French bread. All staff are friendly.

Unfortunately updating my review from 5 star to 1 star. They have absolutely zero respect for future prospects times, I applied, dropped off a resume and called to check in and they never got back to me. I’m not naive I know they don’t hire anyone but an interview or even a “sorry we don’t have a position available for you” would suffice as respect for prospects.

The Vons Rancho Vista Blvd Starbucks is the best. Great tea, friendly professional service.

Vons in west Lancaster is great. Fresh produce, great deli, hot foods available, fried chicken is better than KFC ( my opinion), and definitely cheaper. Store is clean, and well stocked, and Starbucks is inside too woot,woot!!

For reasons I cant understand, this previous review didnt appear properly, so Im reediting it to post it again. About a month ago, I went to the deli of this Vons where I was attended to by an older woman with with an eastern European, possibly Russian, accent. This individual was extremely rude and sarcastic when I simply inquired about the portion of chicken salad I wanted to purchase. Her tone was incredibly condescending and outright malignant, which is puzzling, considering the simple nature of my inquiry. Even if she didnt understand my question, her tone was not even remotely warranted. Perhaps she has a problem with Asian people. Extremely disappointing to see this kind of behavior come out of a Vons employee.

Absolutely terrible service. I stood at the floral counter for 10 minutes before I got any help.

Received an ad in the paper saying 3oz lobster tails were in sale for $5.99 per lb. I went in today and was told it was a misprint and theyre actually $5.99 ea! They wouldnt honor the ad and just kept asking if I wanted to see the corrected ad. Thought that was false advertising because I specifically went in for that advertised deal! Very disappointing that no one would honor it!!!

Very pleased with this location thanks to the manager Mac! The other day I headed there and didn’t realize they were closing early due to the curfew. I was able to collect my desired items but did so in a rush. Once I got home I realized I left a bag with my main items due to rushing so I hurried to get back. Just as they were closing up I was able to catch an employee who searched for my bag but no success. A few seconds later Mac came and long story short, he was able to provide the items I left. I’m very grateful for that and happy because my stuffed peppers were amazing! Thanks again Mac!-CC

Not as good as the other vons in town. No self checkout. No dedicated express lanes, or no express lanes at all, honestly cant tell. Worse selection of some items. Certain management seems to enjoy bossing around staff. Deli people are good at their jobs though, no complaints there.

Overall I go here because of there fruit selection... And their close... Id not for that I would stay far. far away... Shh if you have just the slightest hint of brown in your skin... They will follow you all over the store... Including the checkout line.. if you can go somewhere else.. I would suggest you do😳😬😞 just a pinch of racial profiling 👌🏽🙅‍♀️🤦‍♀️🙍🧘🏽‍♀️

Vons has good deals if you watch the coupons and do the digital ones. All you have to do is sign up for digital coupons and get a big discount. It is wonderful. I like their pharmacy too as it is like the old days and there is not a big long line and the pharmacists are like friends.

Vons is a long lived local grocery store out west. Prices are good. Customer service is good. Product line is good. The store was very clean. All in all a great place to shop.
