I took the private instruction class of using firearms with Victor as my instructor. Victor was professional, skilled and very knowledgeable. The soft earplugs that were provided me for the indoor firing range were however woefully inadequate. My hearing in both ears rang for the rest of the day after the class. I have no doubt that I will be returning to Morr indoor range but I will be safely equipped with an over the ear headset protector.

My wife and I have been thinking of personal protection for quite some time, and took the plunge by recently purchasing a firearm. Since neither of us were raised with firearms in the house, there was some hesitation but we felt it was a necessary step to take. Since safety was a primary driver, we felt formal training in use of the firearm was paramount. Accordingly, we signed up for personal instruction, and were fortunate to get a terrific instructor for our session.Our initial questions and some degree of apprehension were quickly alleviated by Chris Tamalavage, who took us through the training in a step by step fashion. Chris covered every aspect of proper safety techniques, including handling of the firearm, loading, aiming, unloading, and storage. At the end of the session, we felt much more comfortable about owning and using a firearm, and are looking forward to coming back for practice on a regular basis. Chris and all the folks at Morr Range made the entire process quite rewarding.

Been coming here for a over half a year, purchased five firearms over the time span. I couldnt be happier with my experiences. The stock changes every time I come in, always very interesting to see what comes through. Ammo is always in stock, and despite the inflation of prices given the current situation, the prices arent nearly as bad as some bigger stores (and local) Ive seen.First time purchasing a pistol right when I turned 21, I was blown away at the inventory selection.Staff is always helpful, happy to answer any question I have, including personal experiences with certain firearms.

Took a first shots class with my daughter (11yrs old) last month in preparation for my first handgun purchase. Class was informative, just the right amount of time, and Kris guided us to feel comfortable, confident, and safe when on the range. Returned this week for private instruction when determining what handgun to purchase. Matt was awesome. Great instruction without pressure, very encouraging to a newbie. Will be back to Morr!!

As a first time handgun owner, I signed up for a one-on-one instruction at the range. Chris T was AMAZING. Took time to ensure I understood the mechanics of the firearm, and the results were fantastic. I am very comfortable with the gun, and it is thanks to Chris skill and patience.

Kris showed me the ropes with my new Smith and Wesson - 380 EZ recently purchased from Moor Range. My experience was excellent. Kris was very through with his demonstration in the operation of my firearm, and then had me try it out, Kris was kind and patient with this first timer! I highly recommend taking a private lesson. I learned a lot and feel much more relaxed and comfortable using my firearm. Definitely will have more confidence when practicing on my own in the future!

Went in on a monday evening to look at a new firearm couldnt find what i wanted went to the counter to ask a question made direct eye contact with 3 employees to only be ignored that was my first and last visit to morr range will take my money elsewhere its a shame trying to support a local gun shop was met with such poor customer service

Morr Gun Range is with out a doubt a safe and fun learning environment for New and experienced shooters ! I am very surprised that they are not a franchise cause I wish they had more locations. My family and I were staying at a local air bnb for a week in Lancaster and was just looking for things to do. I’ve always wanted to experience the feel of a gun range but couldn’t tell which spots were credible enough despite reviews. But the moment I saw Morr I was so excited ! From the moment I walked in they were very approachable and nice. Explained everything to me in simple terms and all the details there is to shooting. I was a first time shooter and had a million annoying questions but wow do they have patience and they will answer all of them for you ! Very responsible, great pricing, Very fun Time ! Omg I will definitely come back again loved it so much ! Extremely amazing experience.

Morr consistently has great customer service. We have taken several private lessons on how to use our guns from Matt. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and wants you to be confident in using your fire arms. Found out in two minutes why I will NEVER return to this store. Went in ready to buy a new gun, was refused service because I wasn’t wearing a mask. They lost out on an almost guaranteed gun sale because they were “Morr”committed to helping the government strip me of my freedoms than to help me defend myself and uphold my second amendment rights. I told them this was ridiculous and walked out the door, because out of all places a gun store should be free of tyranny. Do yourself a favor and go to Sportsman’s Shop, Mussers, or Wolf’s where they will treat you like gold instead of rejecting you for reasons beyond common sense.

Great First Shots class for beginners! I have shot before but took this to get more comfortable and learned some VERY valuable safety info. The instructors were amazing and the range staff very patient and helpful. We will be back! Nice facility!

First time customer at the Morr Indoor Range and Training Center on April 8, 2021. VERY nice place, excellent selection of supplies, equipment, firearms, and ammunition. Sales and gun range staff at Morr’s were professional, courteous, friendly, and quick to provide assistance. Soon as I walked in, I felt like, “Chewie, we’re home.” (Pardon my movie reference) but, I digress.Both the range AND store are super clean and well maintained. After my range session, I thought to myself, “I’m really looking forward to coming back here to this range again.” My overall experience at Morr’s was an excellent one. This will be my new “Home Indoor Range” here in PA. Give them a try!👍🏽

This place is awesome ! from the minute i walked in the door the staff was eager to help and very very friendly ! they all took the time to explain and show me everything i asked about. they were also amazing to my fiance helping her in the range and finding her the perfect gun that she could control and protect herself with. when i go there i feel like im going to see old friends not going to a store. place is very well stocked and very clean. Started out with range time and rentals (they have a lot to choose from). VERY nice and HELPFUL staff, without attitudes! Purchasing is smooth as silk because they take time to explain as well as help figure out what would work best for you. Highly recommended!!

Love the inventory but your killing me with the vanilla scent. It smells like someone took a dump in my mother in laws bathroom. Even my AR has the vanilla smell. I’ll never get a shot at a coyote once he gets wind of that scent, he’ll be gone.

I would certainly recommend this store for any of your weapons needs. Id been there the last 2 evenings trying to purchase a hand gun. The background sight as you all know has been overwhelmed. Both times the store was packed and both times the entire staff was doing their best to help in any way. In the time I spent there I had opportunities to interact with their whole staff. I was impressed by each of them. All well informed, all willing to help. Most of all with the store packed under those circumstances what I didnt see where upset customers. Went to the store, never going back, I have a concealed carry permit, I even cleared my weapon before entering the facility because I needed to try some holsters. I came in and was asked if I needed anything this guy comes up to me shaking and I told him I need a new holster for my gun I pull it out to show him and before I even clear it this man grabs my gun clears it and is literally shaking while doing so, I am a POC and was definitely treated like I was different and dangerous. Been on two deployments to come home to this BS yea no.”UPDATE”— Respectfully, I am fully aware of muzzle awareness. I would love to see the video of me pointing a gun at someone. Thank you.

Customer service, except Carlos, is just non-existent. I’ve gone back thinking it was a fluke and if Carlos isn’t there I regret stopping in. Another thing, the store REAKS of a strong vanilla fragrance. I leave stinking like that and all the products smell like it too. So if you buy a case for a hunting rifle, it will pick Up the odor and takes forever to go away. Lastly the prices are through the roof. I want it to be a better experience as they are local and I’ve tried time after time but I think I’m done going there and taking with some friends and acquaintances locally, I know I’m not the only one.

First time gun buyer, was in and out with my first gun purchase in roughly 45 minutes. Picked a gun, filled out the background check form on one of the few tablets they have set up, then waited about 15-20 minutes for approval and was on my way. Only thing I would recommend to Morr’s are some chairs for waiting customer. Not a huge deal tho, great experience!

Really top-notch service by all staff members. Brought my wife and another couple to learn how to shoot. The instructor, Chris, was excellent. Calm, professional, friendly, and an excellent teacher. I was in the Lancaster area only for the night. I had my firearm on me and figured I’d “waste some time” while my wife went shopping. I Googled “firing ranges near me” and the closest one was Morr Range, and am I glad. I arrived a little over an hour before they closed. They couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating. I signed in with the young lady at the counter (sorry I didn’t get her name) who gave me good advise on ammo. I then went into the lanes. I was instantly impressed with how bright and clean they were. I went through 75 rounds and as I was packing up, I struck up a conversation with the range supervisor Derrick. This guy couldn’t have been nicer. He gave me a ton of tips on laser sights, aiming, and then gave me a chart on how and what your groupings mean. Never once talking down to me. You could feel his passion and how he just wanted to share it and genuinely help me improve. When I walked back out into the store, I was looking at .380’s when Matt came over to see if I needed help. Keep in mind they were getting ready to close but he never made me feel rushed. He showed me a few pistols and gave me a lot of great advise. Again feeling his passion and wanting to help others. I walked out of there with more knowledge then when I walked in, along with a lot to think about for my next purchase. I would highly recommend Morr if you’re in the area. 6 out of 5 stars. Over and above on the property and customer service. The owners are lucky to have employees like the 3 I personally dealt with, representing them.For the record, I know this is my 1st review, but I was not paid or even asked to write this review. In fact this is totally unsolicited. That’s how impressed and compelled I was with Morr Range to take the time to write this. PS: I apologize if I reversed the 2 employee names and also for this novel of a review. But Morr is worth this read, I promise.

This is Mike writing for both of us. Our review is long overdue. We bought our first handgun at Morr Range almost a year ago. We have bought and sold multiple guns there since. We have bought other accessories as well. All of our dealings have been fair and we were well pleased.There are many outstanding employees. I will not risk naming them all because I might forget one or two. Lets just say that the employees have impressed us above and beyond that of the half dozen gun stores we visited before Morr Range. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and great problem solvers. You will find none their equal.

I love to go shooting there. Everyone is very friendly and very helpful. Prices are reasonable. I would suggest this place for anyone starting out or someone who has been shooting all of their life.

I stopped into Morrs on Saturday to purchase a handgun. Ive been trying to research concealed carry, but never having owned a gun I was quite confused. I was very happy with the service at Morrs . Carlos directed me to a Smith & Wesson M&p shield 2.0. I purchased it and when I got home and researched it I was thrilled with the purchase

Visited as first time shooters with my wife and brother and could not have had a better experience. Purchased the guided experience and worked with one staff in particular named Matt. He made the entire experience spectacular. He welcomed us, walked us through firearm basics, and coached us the entire time we were on the range. His suggestions and advice were spot-on for our needs. We had an absolute blast (pun intended) and very much plan to return for additional classes and more time on the range. Every staff member we interacted with (included Tracy who was very responsive to my email inquiries) was kind and welcoming. Wish I could give this place additional stars to reflect how impressed I was with the professionalism and fun of this business.

I can’t say anything negative about this place at all. I went in during a time of chaos, and the staff was so welcoming and professional. It was a madhouse and still they all were helpful and coolheaded.I’ve seen a few reviews knocking them for requiring masks...but I actually had a lengthy convo with the owner and I 100% agree. It’s about protecting their customers and their staff as well as myself. It’s 20 mins, put on a mask and stop complaining. These people are risking everything by staying open and providing an essential service to the public.Definitely will be going back because of my experience. The range is clean and very well maintained. They offer great classes at reasonable prices..just like everything else in the store.

Awesome experience from the second I walked in....they ALL made me feel welcomed and very helpful with all of my questions. I took a firearms class which included education material and use of the 2 different guns at the shooting range with very knowledgeable instructors. I opted for private gun training lessons. Ryan was my instructor and was impressed by how he explained everything, and I mean everything, from taking it out of the box to the actual shooting of the gun. He was very precise in his instruction, answered any questions I had, and explained everything fully. The range was nicely laid out, clean, and all safety rules were strictly adhered to. I was awed at how professional this store/range is. I will definitely be back.

Went there for my very first time using an indoor range. Being rather nervous, they made me feel comfortable. Staff was engaging but not overwhelming, pretty good selection of guns for sale and rent. Price for the range was very reasonable. I wasnt forced to buy their ammo to use the range like some others do.I live more than an hour away but will make the trip again.

This is a friendly & great gun shop. I enjoy shooting there with simple to use lanes. One can shoot all day for one price. They helped me once with a gun I didnt even buy there. That shows me their interest is with the client. I did buy an AK here later & the time they spent with me going over the firearm was exceptional.

Went to Morrs today to use the range and it was not a pleasant experience! Have been there on several occasions in the past with no problems. But the range supervisor today was rude and unfriendly. I understand that there are rules and I definitely want to abide by them, but Victor actually snatched a firearm from my hands and was rude to the other two people I was with! His customer service skills are lacking and in my opinion he needs additional customer service training. I haven’t seen him before so I assume he is new. Regardless, he ruined our experience and honestly I don’t no if I can go back if he is there. I would more than likely leave. Overall it was a bad experience which made me and my friends feel uncomfortable and unappreciated!

Called into on our way back to Manhattan and had so much fun as a first time shooter, the staff are so so friendly and made it so easy for us.. we had Chris today and he was amazing.. myself and my husband would definitely call back there again.. keep up the good work..

Great place I shoot there sometimes 4 times a week. The place is clean staff is great helpful and numerous times helped me with some minor adjustments on my rifles at no cost to me. Great place to take your girl and teach her how to operate a firearm. Staff is knowledgeable and one even printed out a manual for an obscure scope I could not find a manual for. If you are looking for a nice place to shoot morr is the right place for you.

The best shooting range ! Went through the safety class and it was well worth it, we learned alot from Tracy and Chris . My brother and I have been target shooting here for several months now, it just keeps getting better. Everyone is so nice and professional! The selection of guns is very good . Bought my .38 Smith and Wesson model 10. and got the best price from Morr. Did not take long to come in, Carlos handled the registration and was very nice. If you are in the market for any firearm you need to check these guys out they are the best. McEvoy brothers.

Morr’s is an absolute awesome experience. Theres simply no other way to explain it. The staff is really what makes it. They arent judgmental or “know-it-alls” that are jerks, and unfortunately there is a ton of gun shops like that. But not Morr’s, they teach you where ever you are at in your skill level. The store is clean and simple. Straightforward. The range is organized and really nice, super easy to go in and shoot. I wish more shops were like this. Used Morrs to ship a gun to a relative out of state. Dropped off the gun before noon on a Wed. They said they had all the info needed and told me the gun would ship that day or next. Friday they call to ask me my address. I asked why the 48 hour delay to call me for more info and no answer other than an apology. Again I asked when it would ship and was told that day or the next (Sat.) It finally shipped on Monday...5 days after I dropped it off. When I called again to ask why it didnt ship until Monday an apology was all I got. That was an expensive shipment for two apologies. I wont be using their services again anytime soon and suggest you look elsewhere.

I was in today to pick up 3 hand guns and they charged 75 dollars for transfer and charged me 3 times for each gun total rip off 225 dollars just to transfer any other gun store u go in if u buy four guns u only get charged once for the transfer never going back never shipping any guns to them worst gun shop out there rip off

Good selection, friendly service, but their accessory prices are higher than most every other store in the area! Ive gone in several times looking for a specific item, but just couldnt bring myself to pay 10-20-30-? Bucks more for something. My advice, price your items comparably to internet prices. Example, a BCG 69.99 online, 99.99 at Morr. I could lice with 5 maybe 10 bucks difference, but $30, couldnt do it.... otherwise great place!!!
