I was rushed this time and things were not fully explained. Something was mentioned about making full adjustments at six months which would be September 2021, but an appointment was scheduled for March 2022.Bryan did make time very briefly for me because apparently my appointment on August 17, 2021was with Delly, and she had tested positive for COVID. He did not want to serve me, but I explained that no one had called to cancel the appointment and coming in was an hour drive for me.I had to ask to have my hearing aids cleaned three times, and just a cursory job was performed.This is the first time I have been unhappy and felt like I had wasted my time.

I have been to more than a few hearing centers and have been tested for hearing loss only to be told that I need hearing aids. But my experience with My Hearing Center in Lancaster was a completely life changing event! After the hearing test everything was broken down and explained to me using charts and so on. I left out a new person with a thorough understanding of my hearing loss and how it affects the rest of my body. I also got the CORRECT hearing aids and life has just gotten that much better!

Because of the COVID pandemic I had not visited the My Hearing Center in over a year. I am 78, do not drive, and we have vulnerable relatives, so I did not go out much.I was having problems with the bowl on my ear piece coming off in my ear. The people at My Hearing Centers were very patient and immediately took care of the probltem and checked my prescription as well. I had tried to use the app to better hear in some situations and must have changed my prescription. Brian put every thing back where it should be, and I now hear better than ever.

My husband is extremely happy with the clarity he is experiencing with his new hearing aids and we both feel that he is on the road to a new way of life. He now can hear birds singing, leaves falling and so many things that he had forgotten. We couldnt be more pleased. from the very beginning, we found Bryan exceptionally knowledgeable and caring. He went right to work finding out just what was wrong and explained in detail about his hearing loss and what could be done to help.We would highly recommend Bryan Hahn to any person who has given up on ever having the right hearing aid. Dr. Bryan and staff are very helpful and welcoming.I went out of my HMO looking for answers about hearing aids. I have very bad hearing loss in one ear so after getting retested and Dr. Bryan was shocked that no one talked to me about how bad the damage was to my ear. So after talking and going over different options Dr. Bryan got me all set up. WOW like night and day!!My biggest Challenge was my job with all the background noise. I was amazed how clearly I can hear and understand what is being said and what is going on around me. You cant really notice that I have a hearing aid on. I had almost completely lost my hearing do to Ironwork, hot rods, racing, etc. When Brian tested me he couldn’t believe how bad my hearing was, and that I’ve been in this condition for 30 years. Brian was extremely and genuinely concerned that I might not get my hearing back. BUT this morning for the first time in 30 years I listened to the birds, my dogs in the distance and enjoyed conversations that I can finally hear every syllable said, and it’s Amazing, a life changer.I can’t thank Brian enough for honesty caring about me and my health.

The Lancaster office is a great place to go. You dont feel ime you are in one of those processing plant style Drs offices.The person I dealt with, Brian, was awesome. He was by himself and yet he made everything go glass smooth.I gave it 5 stars because I felt that he and his office deserved it.
