John the owner is excellent and has provided great service over the 5 years I have had my Hot Springs spa.. a few warranty items covered quickly snd installed professionally. He really knows his business. John does what says he will do, and the few time I have needed him, he is there on time. He quickly diagnoses and solves the problem. Sure wish all business were as well run and dependable as Outdoor Comfort. Great place to get your hot tub and keep it running!!!

We purchased our Jacuzzi two years ago and have been completely happy with it. We recently had a computer board fail. They were quick to respond and get a new board from the manufacturer. It was under warranty, so, there was no cost parts or labor. Excellent service.... I highly recommend them!

Outdoor Comfort did a great job in repairing my spa and actually called to ensure everything was working well. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs there spa repaired.
