Great snacks . But very snarky attitude from the female employees .. i can deal with that, but please keep it more professional and dont whisper behind customers back . please fix this .

Food its good, But its suck that I spend almost $40 and I only got a large Tosti Locos and the promotion of 1 dozen for $20 and single scoop of Ice cream. I went t back just to ask about the prices but the lady did not mention that they do charge xtra to get a different type of chips for your Tosti locos and I realized that they charge Tax in each item . I understand that everything its getting spend it, but at least let your customers know about your changes of price. Very disappointed.

It depends on whos working. Some of the employees ignore you while youre just standing there waiting for help. I would have understood if they were extremely busy, but there are four behind the counter, and there are only two customers in the store. Their prices are so high. You would think their customer services would be better.

Honestly this place is better than the original better pricing and better portions if you want bang for your buck you come here do not listen to any of the bad compliments theyre just people who didnt have it their way asking for too much but if you go there you will see that it is the best place

I love the creativity that they put in there ice creams. And the flavors always stand out so much. Also great and fast service.

When youre customer only wants a bionico with 1 fruit he probably knows what he wants. The fact that you state you have to get 3 different fruits its ridiculous. What happen to the customer is always right or customer service last time I waste money on this place theres small mom and pop shops that will do what you ask for and for better prices.

Showed up at 9:42 on a Wednesday night and doors were locked and closed sign was up. Hours show 11-10pm and there were 3 employees in there. Very unprofessional.
