What can I say about a really nice place that serves, in my opinion, the best ice cream, Pine View Dairy Ice Cream. The ladies are so friendly, lots of space between tables, very clean and again, Delicious Ice Cream.

The Salted Spoon is a quiet, cozy, clean, little ice cream shop located within a Church facility, within the Harrisburg Pike Chesterbrook Academy parking lot. There is a very large seating area with plenty of couches, oversized chairs, a fire pit, and table seating.The main attraction is the Pine View Dairy ice cream with speciality flavors such as the Mint Oreo Cookie, Expresso Caramel Oreo Cookie, salted caramel, etc. as well as the staples of the ice cream world: strawberry, vanilla, chocolate, etc. On any given day the specialty flavors are rotated so you never know which delights to choose from. The scoop sizes are gigantic and very affordable for a family outing. My kids have only barely mastered the small scoop and they are very accomplished ice cream connoisseurs.The hours are dependent upon season. Please check their FB page, Google website. I love everything about this. This is something that was well-needed in the Lancaster area. Everyone on staff is super kind and the ice cream is top quality. Definitely coming back again and again!

My wife and I had ice cream here for the first time last week. It was delicious! The employees were so friendly, the space was inviting, and it felt very COVID-19 safe too. We’ll be back soon!
