Saved my butt when my blower went down. Had it in stock and shipped it to me for next day delivery. Also sent me manuals on blowers in my plant that they didnt even provide. Roots wanted me to pay for the manuals.

While I cant comment on the quality of Suncos product, I can comment on their dedication to customer service. Though they speak kindly enough, the actions of the sales engineer and the management shows that the staff cant dedicate themselves to individual cutomers. If you need something quick and if youre not a returning customer, look somewhere else for your rotary valve.Here is what happened: We had requested a Dust Collector Rotary Valve on a Friday and the sales engineer assured us that we would receive it no later than Wednesday. Monday rolls around, and no word from Sunco. I called them up and asked for the sales engineer to call me back with a status update.Tuesday rolls by with still no word from Sunco. I had called them up multiple times, and each time the sales engineer was out or in a meeting. I asked for other people to help with my order, but no one got back to me.Wednesday and Thursday rolls through with the same story as Tuesday, and even when I got a hold of someone on the management side, they failed to return my call.It was not a pleasant experience, and I will look for other rotary valve manufacturers in the future.
