I had a great experience in all aspects of the buying process. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Additionally, I was impressed with the selection of lights and their competitive pricing. Its nice and convenient to buy things online; however, with lighting I think its truly hard to get what you want without seeing it in person. Definitely worth the visit.

Had a variety of lighting stuff and found everything we needed in about 10 minutes. A little pricy and all stuff made in China, but we got what we needed

Best place in this area to purchase lighting of all sorts. This was our 4th time to purchase lighting (both interior and exterior). This time got our cottage remodel in Maine. Prices reasonable. Staff friendly and very helpful. Recommend highly.

We waited to be served.... waited and waited. Then my hubby went back the next day to make our purchase.... only to get it home and find out the lamp we purchased in a box was opened.... used.... and returned. Dont need to go back there again any time soon.

My saleswoman was supposed to get prices on lamps for me, and I never heard from her. She wasnt very helpful in the store.

High price, ok selection. If you special order and return, theres a 20% restocking fee. Not sure why you would shop here when the big stores have the exact or similar items cheaper. Very nice staff and very helpful.

Always have extremely nice lights and shades. Some very unique! Just purchased Quoizel lights to complete our outside renovation. Sales staff helpful and friendly but not pushy!

Called ahead to ask if they had a bulb I needed. was assured they did, when I arrived I was told they didnt have the bulb, felt I was treated rudely and dismissed without any explanation. will not be back
