I purchased the 4D scan package for a friend as a baby shower gift. She scheduled an appointment and the baby wasnt facing in a good position. They requested she reschedule and the day of her appointment to get what was paid for the company moved locations and didnt bother to contact the patients that had an appointment already. I tried to contact them for roughly a week to see what happened and the phone system wasnt working nor was there a sign posted with a new location. I was gifted the same experience as a baby shower gift for myself the year before and it was alright. I want my money back!

I love going here. This is my is my 3rd pregnancy coming here and they always so nice and professional and friendly. I even refer my sister here and she loved it. And I would keep referring people here. And its wonderful cause you can have your whole family here to enjoy your new edition to the family.

Rude, unprofessional and unethical. Shows up late and argues with customers. Disgusting business. I highly recommend you seek an alternative and there happens to be one located in Palmdale. The girl who runs the place threw a temper tantrum after attempting to argue with my wife and I, not only was it embarrassing but it was super EMBARRASSING. The owner gave us a call but I never bothered to return the call because that is how upset I was and the employee decided to try and lie and act like I started the issue, I wont justify it any further. I hope your experience should you decide to go here is anything other than how ours was. Goodluck.

Went yesterday and was more than happy with my experience. I get so anxious with appointments but the girl that did my ultrasound was great. I have no complaints. I would go again. Also would recommend.

Made a appt which was cancelled due to Scanner not working. They called me early and rescheduled the next day. The office was clean and comfortable the lady in front was nice and fast with payment. I waited in less than 10 mins got taken back. Room was clean spacey and comfy. I came for the basic gender ultrasound. Ultrasound tech was nice and friendly and did a great job and got me a great potty shot! Id recommend sweet cheeks for other expecting moms. Satisfied with the service I paid for which also was a great price.

Staff is amazing with out them i wouldnt have known what the gender of my child was plus i got a teddy bear with her heart i wish i could of done this with my 6year old son

This appointment has been the most unprofessional, disorganized and dishonest and stressful experience we have ever been through. The girl showed up minutes late, then proceeds to say we werent booked for the date and claims to have a computer glitch and changes the appointment right as we are waiting.She proceeds to argue with us and a pregnant girl at that while causing a scene to everyone else in the place and storms off with a temper.I just walked out, and wont be turning back. Shame on the owner and the employee. You guys need to be shut down. Also maybe hire employees who show up to work on time and know how to act in society .***I have the outburst Recorded on my phone in crisp 4K high definition. Also when I asked for the owners name she storms off into the back avoiding to give me the information.My biggest concern was my wife, you dont act that way in front of women who are not supposed to be stressed out.I honestly hope you learn to treat people better and have some morals.Check YELP and see for yourself. Others have reviewed about the same girl with the same issues. The owner is nowhere to be found.Also if you want an ultrasound go to blessings 3D/4D ultrasound in Palmdale. Very professionalAnother red flag soon as you walk in it says no refunds why even have that unless this place has had issues in the past?

Its such a comfortable environment and so relaxing. They made my experience today absolutely enjoyable!!! They were so friendly, helpful, and were very professional! I thank all of you guys today for sick an amazing experience! Ill send over everybody I know!!! You guys are amazing!! Oh and I got the best offeron Groupon!!

The girls are really ride they dont care for anything !!! If your baby is not in right position they dont even try to scan they reschedule!!! While adding a office fee like if its your fault baby isnt in right positions they will hang up on you and be so disrespectful!!

I wish I could rate these people ZERO stars!I made an evening appointment with notes on the package I wanted which was the sweet cheeks special (and the add ons I wanted to pay for) and explained this would be gender reveal for me. When I showed up for the appointment with family we sat in lobby for a bit waiting to be called back and once we were put in the room they had difficulties setting up the system that allowed family to view the session live which was a big deal to me because my mom wasnt able to come so It mattered allot, after the two girls working that night tried to get it to work and failed I simply asked for some sort of discount for the inconvenience she explained they could so I said okay it’s fine lets just get this over with im having a horrible experience and returned to the ultrasound room in tears that things werent working out (because im pregnant and obviously emotional) after 5mins the 2girls entered the room with a phone saying it was the owners wanting to talk to me (I was very confused to be handed the girls cell phone) when I got on the phone with the 2 owners( 2women) I barely said 2 words before I was getting yelled at by them saying in holding up other appointments and that im being and incovienceI was very upset at this point told them how rude it is to be yelling at a PREGNANT CUSTOMER and that I no longer wanted to there business and hung up the phone and walked out the office in emence tears feeling mistreated and end up having an panic attack being that I was being yelled at and treated as a problem. I left extremely stressed and honestly my feelings were hurt. About 20mins later I received a call from the sweetcheeks studio that I refused to answer because I was still in tears so my sister in law answered and it was one of the owners apologizing and saying she showed up to the studio to meet with me but I was already gone and that she wanted to upgrade me to the Deluxe package for the same price I was originally going to pay and if I could give them a call to schedule it. Honestly it was more of an insult to me being that I was treated so poorly! You would think there would be more professionalism and kindness when then customers you have are pregnant women who shouldnt be put in stressful situations! I NEVER went back or called instead I went to an AMAZING place called BLESSINGS 3D/4D ultrasound where they made my experience so amazing and special for less than what I was going to pay, even released gender confetti poppers in the room for me to find out what I was having. Go to Blessings it has a better environment and people

We came here multiple times bevause we are excited we are having a baby our first visit was at 16 weeks because i had to know gender even though i felt she was a girl and i was right! Our most recent visit was at 30 weeks if youve never had this done do it! And bring friends and family the rooms have couches and plenty space and the ultrasound is projected on a wall size screen,we saw baby move and stick her tongue out AMAZING ! The employees are great and really take thier time to get you good images of baby

They had to cancel my appoinment due to technical difficulties so some of my family couldnt make it when they rescheduled but they totally made up for it and the ultrasound technician was super sweet. I loved the experience.

The atmosphere in there is not a cozy feeling. The girls call off and they dont have no one to cover them. I requested a refund and they told me that I was going to receive my money by the 2 week. I have been calling and Im getting the run around. No one is calling me back and I still havent received my money. Dont waste your time with this company I dont recommend it. Especially if they are not professional about handing their business. I regret coming here I should of continued to go to Blessings in Palmdale. Update they have still continued to ignore me and havent gave me my refund yet. Please dont waste your time with this unprofessional company. I contacted the better business bureau and my bank is now being involved. I never want to hear about them again. I will tell everyone to avoid them. I work in a big healthcare business and I will let my OB doctors to never recommend them to anyone.

Employee was nice but we went twice and paid, only for them to NOT find out the gender, and told we could go again later on for an additional $25 and maybe wed have better luck with another employee. Waste of time and $$$$.

The first time i came here i wasnt as far along as i thought so we werent able to see much. They were nice and didnt charge me and said i could come back at a later time. Today i went in at 16 weeks to check the gender and my little one was being stubborn with her legs crossed but the lady was super nice and spent extra time doing her best to get the baby too move.
