Open Road Customs May not be open the hours we all want but let me tell you that Jimmy gets so much done in that time. Jimmy has to close shop just to cover the repairs he has taken in.Not only that,Jimmy has to be the best V-twin mechanic not only in Lancaster but in the surrounding cities. I have even heard first hand, endorsements from the local H-D shop on his work. Now that says something about his shop.The shop and part prices are fair and the work is excellent. I also like that it is a family business.I wouldn’t go anywhere else for work on my bike.5 star shop !

Best there is. Great service; great attitude; extremely knowledgeable. They are a pleasure to do business with. Military friendly, open carry friendly. Must not forget to mention they crank out the baddest bikes Ive seen! If you dont take your bike here, then youve made a poor choice.

I have dealt with Open Road Customs for a fer years now. They have done excellent work on my 2008 Harley Davidson Electra Glide Ultra Classic,from changing both of my Dunlop tires to original again cheaply,my required HD mileage services, check engine light because of defective ECU pins,NKG plugs, K&N air filter, brakes, bearings, rejuvenating my original battery and now with all of my front end lights with H4 and 881 LED lights. Man are they ever bright. Harley Davidson acknowledges Jimmys business as an official motorcycle repair shop and will honor your Harley Davidson extended warranty. Heck, they even have given me a discount because I was a Marine. So if you want an option to getting your bike back on the road, but dont want to go to a Harley Davidson Dealer for your motorcycle repair(s), then this is the place to take it. Jimmy Tacderan, his brother and the others are very knowledgeable, and will have your bike up and running like it did when you first purchased it.
