We cannot praise this place enough for their service, selection, and welcoming environment! We knew we needed some trees and plants for a new build, but we had no idea where to begin with designing our landscaping. After spending a significant amount of time talking with Steve, we are extremely pleased and excited about every selection he guided us toward for our new yard. When Rob delivered everything, he brought them to the most convenient locations around our house, and he took the time to provide valuable insight about planting and orienting each tree, plant, and shrub. I stopped by to check on cornstalk, take look around.ive only lived in Lancaster several months.wanted to check this place out for festive decorations.i asked the staff person the cost and also about indian corn.she was very helpful,and very informative answering all my questions and then some.nice small business.please do check them out.

Friendly service and had a good variety of things I was looking for that no one else carried in the area!

I spent close to $600 at this greenhouse. I placedthe order for fall mums, pumpkins, bales of strawand corn shocks online. The mums were just horrible!!Walmart had much bigger and nicer mums for$5.00 than what was delivered to me for $11.99 each. Half of themums were so small it took three of them to filla 16” pot. The others were just a little larger. Thebiggest problem was they were so thickly rootbound it took forever to cut through that beforeyou could even think of planting. Definitely notworth the time and money to deal with these.I had a similar problem with the geraniums inthe spring!! So root bound it was ridiculous. Andthe flowers did not do well until fall when we wereready to plant mums. I have learned my lesson.I will never do business with this nursery again.Waste of time and money.

Absolutely the best!! We live in Alabama and ordered a delivery for a family member that lives in Lancaster. They were extremely polite and helpful. I had mixed up the number on they delivery address and the called me and help to quickly fix the mix up. Thank you Rob! Your the best!!

I went on a day that was 90 outside. As hot and humid as it was I could not tear myself away. Once inside it is so much bigger than it looks. Oh, and the variety of nature and creativity is something special you have to see for yourself. This was my 1st trip but it will not be my last. The staff are friendly and quick to help, yet give you space to wonder and enjoy. Even considering they did not have everything I was looking for I still couldn not have asked for a better experience!

Nice place with reasonable prices. I ordered some soil to be delivered to my home during my visit(on a Saturday), and was told that it would be delivered on Monday or Tuesday. An hour later I got a call that they were on their way to my house. It did work out, but the level of communication was clearly way off.

The staff at Lancaster Greenhouse is WONDERFUL! I live 4 hours away from them and was ordering grave blankets for my grandparents graves in Lancaster. Considering I wasnt able to drive down there and see what they offered, the staff went out of their way to accommodate me. They text me beautiful options to choose from, and then sent me pictures of the final product, both at the shop and once they put in on my grandparents grave. From start to finish they were incredibly kind and just sincerely wonderful to work with. This is my second year using them and they were every bit as wonderful this time around as they were the last time. I look forward to using them every year to decorate my grandparents gravesite and would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Great local place to purchase annual flowers, perennials, garden vegetables, ornamentals, etc. They have a good selection and their prices are just as good if not better than the big home improvement stores. Customer service is great. I bought a cherry tree this spring and it died mid summer. I called the greenhouse and after supplying a couple of pictures and a brief discussion, they said they would replace the tree free of charge. They even delivered the new one and took the old one free of charge. I highly recommend.

I went to get a 6 pack of smaller tomato plants . They only had big ones for sale. Being a greenhouse and not selling a most popular item ???? Then I was treated like I was stupid. She told me well you cant plant them yet anyway. I know I keep them inside and let them get a little bigger before putting them out. Will not go back .

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Exceptional quality plants and gift items at good prices. Very fortunate to have all this available locally.

The woman that helped us was very helpful while the plants were all well taken care of. They even let me know when they would have the items I want and offered to call me when they were ready

Great friendly service. I haff never been there before, found them online, and they were super helpful. I needed two loads of soil for my garden, and after the first load, I knew I was tight on time to get back before they closed. I called and explained the situation, and they were kind enough to allow me to get my second load after they closed. Going so far as to have to get the loader out of its shed, since the regular operator had already put it away for the day.

We went here now and it’s close we check on google and it’s say it’s was open 😡

I asked for a yard of topsoil, charged me $34.00 which is fine. Until I see how much was loaded in my pickup. I told the guy that was not a yard..he said we sell by the bucket.. well that could mean any size?? I know a yard bucket, and that is not one..I would need 4 buckets to equal a yard. Which would be roughly $150.00 for a yard of topsoil..will never ever go back

We’ve always loved getting our flowers here they have the prettiest and fullest hanging baskets also. This year we were a little disappointed because it seemed like they didn’t have many flats of flowers at least not what I was looking for..mainly impatients. ...I feel like they use all the flowers to put in decorative pots. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars

I have bought 4 trees in the last 3 years plus many flowers, herbs, and local honey, beer and wine. They are wonderful and have taken great care of my planting needs. They even took out a dead tree (very small) that I had purchased and had planted from another local nursery that died.

3/3 workers not wearing masks. Had to leave immediately. My rating will change if efforts are made. The customer also not wearing masks. I want to support small businesses but y’all are making it hard to support you.

Local store, beyond plants, trees, etc, will assist you in making right purchase. They also landscape. They have a shop inside with local goods, including beer and wine, along with local crafts. Nice alternative to the big box stores.

They have everything you could ever need plus a very helpful and knowledgeable staff

I enjoyed their salad very much.
