The fellow who answers the phone appears to be on a trip involving substances of some kind. He also is challenged with public interface. It apparently is too much to ask for people to extend common courtesy when doing business. Clearly this business is unfamiliar with the concept. Call them up and be hung up on. NOT NICE!
