This is a huge shopping complex. We visited Bonworth and it was great and QVC outlet but it would take several trips to visit all the stores.

Very disappointing. Only a few shops are open. The rest are permanently closed. The Christmas shop was the only shop that we felt was worthwhile. Also, we did eat several meals at Cracker Barrel that is located in the outlet area. The other restaurants were very busy also.

The shops in Rockvale are nice but Rainbow was a horrible experience! 3 young female workers were too busy to wait on me because they were talking about coffee & what they liked. I waited at the check out counter for 15 min & they never came over. They knew I was in the store too! I was so mad I left my stuff on the counter & left (9/13/2021 around 12p) would never go there again! They need new workers that actually work!!!

Hate to say it but going down hill. Only about 30percent stores open. Property Management company needs to do something. You can only blame COVID so much. People still want to shop. Lower your rent give some incentives. I couldnt believe it when we drove through there. Up the road is doing just fine. Take a look for yourself.

Customer service wise this gets a 10, aside from that, its getting very hard to find my particular Jean, Its Wrangler Riggs, best work pants ever made, but my body size and what is available is different, so I buy big and will have to do a lot of hemming.

The strip mall looks nice, but it is almost empty. Shops going out of business. The shoe store I went was liquidating everything. I could not find any thing suitable. However, I went to the other side of the strip mall, and found the shoes I was looking for with a sweet deal.

An outlet graveyard. Its a shame because the stores that are there like Corning ware and lee are incredible. The place was desolate compared to pre-covid. Hoping things get better for this place.

I bought two pair of of nice Lee jeans and a tunic sort of top at V F outlet store for less than $30.00. The jeans are straight leg mid rise relaxed fit, and they fit very nice. I love the tunic ! Its light blue cotton with dark blue and white decoration. Very subtle, and quite sturdy fabric. Perfect to wear with leggings !

Perhaps they should call us the shop at Rockdale. Seriously most stores are gone and what is here isnt worth stopping for. The Tanger outlets a little further up arent too much better. Outlet shopping seems to be leaving the Lancaster area.

When they say shop until you drop, it can actually happen in this area. Its a good thing all items are discounted and worth more than what they are valued.

I VISITED ON THE WAY BACK FROM A HERSHEY PARK TRIP/ BATHROOM BREAK. IT SEEMS LIKE A NICE LITTLE STDIP MALL WITH A PLAYGROUND LOCATED IN THE MIDDLE FENCED IN WHICH ANYONE WITH KIDS KNOWS THATS CONVIENANT.THE PEPPRIDGE FARM OUTLET DOESNT SEEM LIKE AN OUTLET AT ALL TO ME. THE PRICES ARE HIGHER THAN YOUD ACTUALLY GET AT A LOCAL GROCERY STORE. *** THERE ARE ZERO OF THE NEWER FLAVORS THAT MY KIDS LOVE, LIKE CUPCAKE, SMORES, ETC. THAT WAS DISSPOINTING.THEN I WENT INTO FAMOUS FOOTWEAR & THEY HAD A REALLY SUPRISING SELECTION. MY SON GOT A NEW RELEASED PAIR OF UNDER ARMOUR SHOES FOR ONLY $58THE WOMAN AT THE REGISTER WAS EXTREMELY NICE, EVEN TOLD US TO BE CAREFUL OF THE MUD WASPS IN THE PARKING STRIPS WITH GRASS. I NEVER EVEN HEARD OF THEM NOR SEEN THEM & MY SON IS AFRAID OF BEES IN GENERAL SO I JUST FEEL IT WAS CONSIDERATE OF HER TO WARN US ALSO. IF THE STORE CAME UP ALONE ID RATE THAT 5 STAR. THE BATHROOMS WERE ALSO SURPRISINGLY CLEANER THAN MOST!

While Rockvale was at one time a busy outlet today it is a nearly dead outlet. Most stores have either moved to Tanger outlet up the road or closed. Reading Glass and China, Wrangler, Crate and Barrel, and a handful of other stores remain open. The hotel is open and there are several food options such as Cracker Barrel, Olive Garden KFC Burger King and Quedoba. They do have special events such as Marketplace once a month and Food truck Fridays.

So many businesses are closed its sad. Then on top of that we had a problem with our vehicle battery and the Rockvale security wasnt available to give us a jump. We asked a person besides us but they refused and then an older gentleman was very helpful but we couldnt get any juice from his car. So we sat around for 30+ minutes and waited for our insurance road side assistance.

There are still a number of stores here but unfortunately it appears a lot of these shops have closed or moved to the Tanger Outlets down the road. Was excited to find a Disney store thats still open as most of them here in Michigan have closed. Also, take note that numerous shops here (and at Tanger) are again requiring facemasks for ALL customers regardless of vaccination status. It isnt a local mandate but a corporate one so it does vary from store to store.
