I found a purse I absolutely loved. The price on the tag was $84 & there was a sign saying 50% off. I & others thought that couldnt be right, but I said Im buying it. When I got up to pay the checker said do you want the tassel also. That should have been my 1st clue. So I said yes, even though there had been no indication it was a seperate purchase. He rang it up & announced $385. I said its supposed to be 50% off. He looked at me & said that is 50% off. Of course I said, I changed my mind. Shame on them for hiding price tags & making add ons that aret displayed as such. I realize its Michael Kors but is that even an outlet price?

Clean, well-organized, store with staff who are friendly and knowledgeable and not pushy in the least. Covid capacity limits were well enforced and we even witnessed a staff member ask a customer to leave after they refused to put their mask over their nose! First time Ive seen that happen and made me feel much more secure and comfortable in the store. Prices, as to be expected, were amazing and I left with the wallet I was looking for as well as a new cross-body bag that I wasnt looking for, but love! Definitely recommend this spot.

Amazing customer service!!! I own a few MK handbags, with care I have never had any craftsmanship issues. However I bought a tote May of 2017 and it began fraying on the handle July 2018. I walked into this MK location, they looked up my purchase, and gave me store credit towards another purse. No questions asked.

On March 25 me and my wife we visited the Michael Kors store in your Lancaster, PA center because we had to buy a gift for our grandchild... We choose a watch that was indicated as in clearance and we ask for help to pull it from the display case.. Inside the case there was a standard white sign (used all over the store) that said Take 40% off ... AND a red sign that said Clearance Take an Additional 50% off ... ( Total 70% from retail price ).When we ask for to confirm the clearance price we were told from the clerk that the price was 50% off and thats it, no additional to nothing...To me and to my wife that seemed like a guess from the clerk so we did ask to talk to a manager...And THIS IS THE REASON OF MY COMPLAINT... the manager was unfriendly, rude and sarcastic about our request for clarifications.. The signs were deceiving, the manager told us that he had 20 years of retail experience therefore we were not making sense.. the sign said 50% off and did not matter if was red or if it said take an additional... he commented nice try .. said This is the end of this conversation and walked away from us.Me and my wife were left, extremely embarrassed, in the middle of the store, practically speechless...I have never been treated like this before and I hope that this letter will prevent this to happen again to other people. We did not buy anything and we definitely will never buy anything from this brand again. Thank you.
