Excellent customer service. Dropped in with only an hour and a half left to closing and Abraham was wonderful. He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable and he let me try out multiple mattresses until I found the right one. Customer service was outstanding however I purchased a Queen sized headboard on March 29, 2021, at which time I was told it had to be ordered and shipped from another warehouse. I was told it would be in the store for me to pickup on April 9, 2022. I called and was told something about a delivery mixup. Now, it’s been 2-weeks already...I’m now told it will not be in until April 23rd (almost a month) after ordering and pre-paying... I chose to be patient because of the customer service but do not believe I will be purchasing from this location again nor will I recommend this location....

Found store after doing internet search. Location was clean, but the actual location is in a crazy, busy parking lot. The salesman had good knowledge of the mattressess sold. looking at the web site, there seem to be more mattresses listed on the web site than there were actually in the store. The test for finding the right bed was interesting. And informative. I like to look and shop on my own, dont like a lot of attention. The fee to take away the old bedding is reasonable, and convient. The prices are kind of expensive, not many lower priced items. Overall, experience was good.
