Very poor pharmacy service. Waited 20 minutes to pick up order. Celia behind counter entertained a walk in while 15 of us were waiting in line. No management is around to report. This happens a lot in this store. Do not go here if you are short on time. Worst customer service.
I went to store this morning to buy NyQuil and one medical gloves.I am registered to cvs and I always put my phone number and get digital receipts. The lady was in phone while I am doing checkout. For NyQuil medicine employee need to verify the date of birth to purchase and she did that but she still talking in her phone. I pay with cash and card. I get digital receipts on my email and credit card charges notification on my phone but in mean time she came back and tell me the payment is not going and she told she didn’t verify my purchase on NyQuil and asking for paper receipts. I show her my digital receipts on my phone and and credit card charges. She started to argue with me and start to scan item again and she call her coworker over there. She told me why I showing my attitude but she forgot that she already verify the purchases and busy in her phone and she forgot within a minute. Her coworker say everything is good. I really feel disappointed this kind of service.I don’t recommend any body to go on that location .
The pharmacy is the worst. Never call youll never get an answer. Not only do they take forever. They have all these helpers and still cant get things done. But they act like there doing you a favor. This is your job. If you dont like it. Find another job. Always have an attitude. So quick to rush you off, when they havent full attend ones needs. Change pharmacy now...........
Do not enforce mask mandates or social distancing. The past few times Ive been here Ive seen customers walking around without masks.aisles are a little small so its hard for me to navigate away from them and keep social distancing.During my last visit a pharmacist expected me to use the same check out counter after allowing a man that wasnt wearing a mask used it. Had to ask for disinfectant and even then the pharmacist didnt know where it was so I asked for alcohol spray and paper towels. I always have trouble getting my prescriptions in a timely matter so the convenience of a 24 hour pharmacy is huge for me. But with the way theyre practicing covid guidelines I see that the cost far outweighs the benefits. I daresay I wouldnt be surprised if this was a covid hotspot.
This pharmacy needs more employees, stood on line for over an hour to have to wait two hours for prescription.

This place is the worst. They were the worst employee/ customer service I have ever experienced. No one was helpful, no one was willing to help. Literally the worst experience I have ever had going in a CVS. I will never come to this specific CVS again.

I hate coming here. Staff try their best but I’m always disappointed. Somehow my prescriptions that I have confirmation from my doctor are not in their system and then my insurance info magically disappears. Finding a new location, even if it’s out of my way to fulfill prescriptions.

I was just hung up on by the Pharmacist I was speaking with. There seemed to be a language barrier and I politely asked if I could speak to someone else after she kept trying to rush me off the phone without actually listening to my question. There is truly no excuse for this.
This CVS is really big. The store itself has a wide selection of products. Sometimes they have really good sales on random items that I end up buying but hadnt planned on buying.The pharmacy is only good because it is 24 hours. They do not do E-prescribing which is ridiculous since most doctors use that method now. There is no good reason for them to not do it. They have given me my medication late, after I ran out or later than I needed it due to their own problems in the pharmacy. One time they never filled a prescription of mine because they said my doctor never called it in, which he did. I fought with them about it and they were not helpful at all. A few days later I got a call from their pharmacy apologizing that they hadnt check their voicemail and that was why they never got the prescription. So, you really have to stay on top of them if you use this pharmacy. ALWAYS call before you go in to the store to pick up your medication. ALWAYS call and make sure they received the prescription from your doctor before the end of the work day or the weekend.
Because this pharmacy staff foget to prepare and let me know i suffered a lot from not having my doctors prescription. If you ask your right you will get punished next time. Is this a trained pharmacist ethics?Is this good for prestige of big retailer like CVS. When a patient get upset, where do we go to complain. Please let me know.

They take my 45 min and still i did not get my daughter medicine now i decided to go to other cvs they are not honest they told me it will take 20 min after 30 min i asked for the update and then they said it will take 15 mim after 14 min they give me new time to waite for more 15 min so i just leave the cvs my doughter crying she has fever
Very horrible place! 👎🏼 The pharmacist exchange my daughter and my son medication. thank god I checked it before I left and they fixed it without any apologies mentioned. God protects my kids today imagine if I took it and gave it to my kids wrong medicine! Parents make sure you check your prescription before you gave them and Check the medicine after you receive before taking it with you. first they told me to wait a 15 minutes after I drop off medication and then I was stocked for an hour, and they are not botthered to say sorry for wasting my time😡
This is a terrible pharmacy. I’ve been trying to get a prescription for a month, and the pharmacist either forgets to order it, they don’t have it in the warehouse, or some other crazy excuse. It got to the point that my prescription expired. Don’t waste your time here. You will be disappointed.

Nice store to pick up medicine and buy some candy, which Atlantic Supermarket doesnt have. Atlantic Supermarket is still a good store, but lacks classic American candies, such as Reeses Peanut Butter Cups, Life Savers, Jolly Ranchers, and Twix Bars. Has everything else you need though.
Very poor customer service experience not only from an employee from the floor but the pharmacist as well. Absolutely will not return, going forward I will use the 24 hour walgreens right across the street.
I left the 7939 New Hampshire Avenue, Langley Park, MD 20783 about an hour ago. I am travelling the area for work and I have had a sore throat for days that has gotten worse. I had to take an uber since I didnt drive to maryland which cost me $. I had put my info in at the clinic and was given a 45 minute wait time. I waited. .. and waited. I was not seen for almost an hour an a half. I am pregnant and was pretty hungry and trying to plan my meal around this visit which was impossible to do. The nurse on duty was sweet but obviously busy and rushed. She looked at my throat for not even 1 full second. I work in a business where we perform physical exams regularly and have never seen that poor of an exam. All that was told to me was that I had a virus and to drink tea. Seriously? After me looking frustrated and telling her I need medicine, she magically decided to call in a prescription for me. Absolutely terrible waste of time, energy, and money. Wish I waited till I got home to go to the CVS clinic by me or my family doctor. What a waste of time to leave work and come here for a pointless exam. Not a good experience for someone to already be sick and have to deal with (not to mention pregnant. Icing on the cake) .
We reported that a couple of people were shoplifting to the manager here on 9/19/16 at 10pm well he said he doesnt care yelled other stuff that I wont write here, at us even though we walked away since he doesnt care he yelled in a very hostile way dont waste your time!!! what type of manager yelled at customers like that. He is a very rude person and the reason why people steal at this location is because they have done it before and of course no one does anything about it, I just recommend for people to go to the Walgreens across the street because this place is a dump. Managers that dont care about a store do not deserve to be in that position and give way to someone that would dedicate themselves to doing their jobs instead of being lazy and ignoring what goes on here.
I am off white!! & it makes me SICK to watch how the employees treat the Latino customers! This has to stop! & No one should be treated this way! Wake-up! CVS needs to stop treating customers like something stuck on the bottom of their shoes!
This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to! The manager is rude and doesnt care for his employees! They dont care about there Latino customers. Would prefer to go to Walgreens across the street!

Haves the worst customer service. Has to be a manger too one Spanish young girl with red hair was so rude. Shouldnt have people like that working. Most of the time its when the girls that work there never help only like to stay in the door or back.
I Love. The Photo Department Ladies. But i hate that store when they dint left me use tha restroom.
Like someone said, you have to stay on them with your medicine because they will screw it all up. And then you spend 10 hours over the course of the day fighting them to get your refills fixed. I have been with this location for five years and every month theres a darn issue. And its ALWAYS this locations fault. Their pharmacy staff, with an exception to Norman, are all rude and treat the customer like you are wasting their time. Its sad when unfortunately they control your life - saving medication and they dont give a crap. Its horrible and thats why I left this location and went to Walgreens.
Need to hire more people. I always have to wait for at least 30 min to pick my prescription.

It is a pharmacy, all of the stuff that goes on here happens elsewhere, and its available at 2 in the morning for when you get out of the emergency room with that fractured toe. Whats not to like?
