Unexpectedly Great!I had seen the commercials and someone had recommended yet I was still hesitant. This was hands down the best experience I have had selling a car. Everything was very simple and straight forward. Glenn was extremely polite, accommodating and professional. He walked us through the entire process and seemed to really enjoy the work he does! I would highly recommend giving these guys a call if you are in the market to sell your vehicle and do not want to deal with the hidden agendas of dealers.

It was quick, In and Out Experience with Glenn, Get your estimate online and Walk in with your car and Walk out with online estimated price.( In my case they looked at couple things that they did not like but still agreed to provide me best price out there, I did other comparison to sale it online but this was best one out there.)

Overall, the process was simple and efficient. Much easier than haggling over the trade-in value at the dealer. My only disappointment was the final price paid was a little lower than the online quote I initially received; the price was adjusted after the final inspection at the time of drop off.

Professional, seamless and all under an hour.

Process was fairly streamlined. The quote they give you online is just that, a quote. Once they take a look at your car and check with their vehicle purchasers online and test scan for codes, I walked out with a deal$800 less than the quote. Again, I know its a quote and until they check out your car in person it is subject to change. Just temper your expectations on the price you are going to get offered. I made the deal and the customer service was good. I would recommend them if you dont have time to sell your car on your own.

Bobby made the whole process transparent from the start. He explained the various steps he would take to evaluate the car as well as how that information would be used to make an offer on the car. Bobby also made sure I was present during all parts of the evaluation so there would be no misunderstandings about any of the findings. He removed all the stress from the car selling process, and I felt the final offer was fair for my car.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. Although we knew they weren’t going to pay the exact amount that was quoted on the internet, but we didn’t expect it to be almost $1,000 less.
