I cant speak highly enough of Dr Aubrey Marley. Ive had hearing aids for 6 years thru 3 different doctors (due to insurance). I was pleased how well I could hear when I first got hearing aids, but disappointed that I would never hear like a young person again. Layers of noise, grandchildrens lisping high-pitched speech, background noise, crowds - would forever be a problem. When my insurance sent me to Dr Marley, it was a godsend. She took detailed time with me, testing down to details: how does the crackle of this bag sound? Can you clearly distinguish the letter s? Testing and resetting, and checking again (all in a single sitting). By the time she was done, I could hear better than I have in a decade. Im only59 Now I can hear layers of sound, easily picking out voices from background noise. I can understand the lisping speech of my grandkids, conversations in crowds, the tv without subtitles, and more. I cant speak highly enough of the care and expertise provided by Dr Marley. I highly recommend her.

While I am a new user of new Oticon hearing aids I am very satisfied with them and in particular with the professional service I received in the acquisition process. Dr. Reiff is the owner of the Associates in Hearing facility in Lansdale, PA and was thorough in her examination of my hearing and explaining what the exam results showed. I had put off for a long time the need for aids and chose to see DR. Reiff after hearing the experience my son-in-law had with her and the practice in general.I have not been disappointed.

I was referred to Associates in Hearing by a friend who had an excellent experience with Dr Flynn. On the strength of her referral, I decided to schedule an appointment despite the fact that getting there is somewhat of a long ride for me. Now, I’m glad I did. Dr. Flynn was entirely professional, and conducted a thorough hearing examination. Afterwards, he took the time to explain the results of the test and graphically displayed the frequencies where I’m having trouble hearing, and finally how he can tailor a solution for my precise areas of weakness.I now have my new hearing devices and they can do so much more than what I thought I knew about hearing aides. I love being able to hold a phone conversation without having to place the phone up to my ear..... totally hands free. And while most kids are walking around with bulky ear buds to play their music, you can hardly see mine while I stream my favorite music from my phone directly into my ears. And, it was so nice to go out to my patio and hear the birds singing. Very cool!

For my first visit everyone was so friendly.Dr. David Flynn was so understanding of my problem and so helpful.When I went back for my second visit, again I was greeted very warmly by Kelly at the front desk.Dr. Flynn listened to my problems and fixed me up right away. I was just fitted by Associates in Hearing for my new Phonak CROSSP & Phonak Auden P hearing aides. The fitting as very comprehensive and detailed, we discussed many technical aspects of the hearing aides and scheduled a new appointment in one week to discuss any additional issues I may have. Can’t say enough about the exceptional customer service, professionalism and expertise of this entire staff. My mom is a senior living in a retirement community. They go once a month to meet with clients so they don’t have to go to the office. They help them change batteries/filters which is tough when you are older. They bend over backwards for their clients and provide excellent follow up.

I have been going to Associates in Hearing since my GP first confirmed signs of hearing loss in one ear over five years ago. Dr. Patricia Reiff and staff have been knowledgeable and helpful explaining the type of hearing loss and how extensive it is, going over my hearing tests with me, and fitting me with an appropriate hearing aid that truly improves my hearing (and therefore my quality of life). During the pandemic Ive been extremely reluctant to visit any health offices, but everybody at AiH carefully follows COVID protocols, and they do not allow the waiting area to become crowded. It is wonderful to have this kind of service within easy driving distance in Montgomery County.

Our daughter has been seeing audiologists since she was 8 years old. Her journey began at King of Prussia Chop but when she aged out of that system we needed to find an audiologist for her. I went to Associates in Hearing after being with a different Audiologist for many years. I was impressed with the warmth and professionalism of the practice. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and the other members of the staff. Dr. Reiff gave me a through checkup and fitted me with hearing aids that have significantly improved my hearing. I came to this facility (before COVID) to get my hearing checked as I was having issues with Tinnitus. After a thorough hearing exam - I was offered some solutions to assist with my mild hearing loss and also help learn how to cope with the Tinnitus. They allowed me to try several different types of hearing aides - to make sure I have the ones that worked best for me. It took several visits - mainly due to COVID - to get it right - but they always followed up to make sure I was doing OK. The staff is very welcoming and professional and the clinic is following all safety protocols to assure our safety during any visits. I have already recommended them to friends in my neighborhood seeking hearing assistance.

I go to the Senior center of Generation in Souderton Pa. The center had a free hearing testing done there by Associated In Hearing. I was told I was not hearing very well. They told me that I should come to the office of Associates In Hearing in Lansdale. I went, and after having another thorough hearing test done, Dr. Flynn told me that I needed hearing aids.When I received my hearing aids, Dr. Flynn fitted me and also made adjustments for my hearing,and explained everything that would be happening with the new hearing aids. I am amazed on how much I was missing out on. I am now able to hear again. And my Husband told me that I am not talking so loud any more. Life is to short to miss out on what you dont hear. Thanks to Dr. Flynn, I now have my life back.

As a musician, I had become increasingly worried about my hearing over the years. So last year I finally decided that it was time to get my hearing tested and also to get some pro-quality custom ear plugs. I had a great experience at Associates In Hearing. The staff is top notch and the office is clean and comfortable.The hearing test was easy and I was pleasantly surprised that there was no significant damage to my hearing. After the hearing test, the doctor made clay molds of my ears for some custom earplugs. The doctor also gave me some useful tips on how to best deal with my tinnitus.The earplugs arrived within a week and I have been very happy with them. I take them to every gig, concert, and even loud bars/restaurants. The earplugs have significantly improved my life as I no longer have headaches lasting several days after being in a loud environment.Highly recommended!

Excellent kind knowledgeable staff. My 81 year old dad loved his new hearing aids. Well worth the investment!!!! He passed away at age 86 and we were able to donate the hearing aids back. He was astonished at the quality. He suffered for twenty years with hearing aids from the Vet services. My wife finally convinced me to go and get my hearing tested. I really didnt want to, but was convinced after having to turn the volume up on the TV continually. I have been a client of Associates In Hearing since my second pair of hearing aids several years ago. Patricia was fantastic, explained my options, and got me set up with the exact pair of hearing aids that I needed and I still wear them today. My first pair of aids were from another company so I had nothing to compare the experience to. After meeting with Patricia and her team (they are all fantastic!) My experience at Associates In Hearing has been both supportive and constant. When I had a problem using my hearing aid for my right ear after major surgery, the staff was kind, patient and helpful. After being under anesthesia for a period of time, I was unable to use my right hand easily. I was unable to insert my hearing aid in my right ear correctly which damaged the device. The Associates Staff repaired the device, and helped me relearn how to insert it correctly. Best of all, no one ever made me feel stupid. I am grateful for their constant support.I stop in regularly for both assistance and batteries. My Mother is a patient of Dr Flynns. The experience has been terrific. My Mother has dementia, so everyday things are difficult. Dr Flynn is always personally available to my Mother at her home (Peter Becker Community) but has met with she and I on several occasions in his office as well. Recently Mom has been experiencing a decreased understanding of her need to use her hearing aids, and I called Dr Flynn to discuss and he developed a written take away for her to help her understand her need to use her hearing aids when he meets with her on Monday. Ive been a client with Associates In Hearing for 17 years. I especially appreciate the relationship that has been established with them in hearing care. The one experience that has literally changed my life was when David Flynn introduced me to the ReSound Multi-Mic system. Ive developed many uses for the Multi-Mic which has dramatically helped my hearing disability. Some of the ways that Ive found to aid my communication and being able to hear better are:1. Clip the Mic to the car visor to be able talk with rear seat occupants.2. Set Mic in middle of restaurant table to hear others at table.3. Connect to church sound system to get audio directly from system.4. Connect to any audio device (radio, music source) via Bluetooth.5. Connect to treadmill, etc at gym to hear audio from TVs.6. Use Mic as hand held while conversing in noisy environment.7. Clip Mic to person presenting a speech, when no sound system.8. Connect to movie theater personal sound system .9.With Mic in front of TV speakers, there is no need for headphones.

Easy to locate, plenty of parking. Nice office and everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. Thorough exam and left the office with results in hand. Would highly recommend!

I bought my hearing aids from Dr. Patricia Reiff several years ago. i had checked online before hand the reviews of various audiologists in the area and Associates in Hearing seemed to stand out. So I took the plunge and made an appointment. At my visit, I met with Patricia and had my hearing tested which confirmed that my hearing was deficient. She put me at ease by going over the choices in hearing aids they offered and explaining how they worked.I have been most happy with the hearing aids I selected and while it took a little time to get used to wearing them, mainly because I could hear higher pitches I hadnt in some time, I have become so thankful for what they bring to my life. I can hear TV movies and shows clearly and the voice of someone I am conversing with in a noisy environment.Dr. Reiff has always been most helpful in answering my questions whenever I am there with my bi-annual check up. I have single sided deafness and went to Associates in Hearing to learn about CROS systems to help me hear. My appointment was scheduled quickly and I met with Dr. Flynn who listened to my needs and gave me a very thorough hearing test. He recommended the Phonak and it was ready a week later. After having a hearing test, they were able to let me try a pair of Oticon hearing aids and compare them to another Oticon series, which were the ones I liked. They patiently work with you to make sure you have a good fit. After a few minor tweaks, were getting close to the needs of my hearing loss.

I have been a patient there for many years. Great staff and doctors, however, I have been on a payment plan, never missing a payment that comes out directly from my account each month. Every few months or so, I am asked to pay more than the agreed upon amount. Once this is paid off, I will be finding another company. With the cost of hearing aids, there really should be a kinder approach to an agreed amount financed each month.

Hearing practice with three doctors who help patients and people around the country. Many options are made available to you, but make sure you are informed so you dont pay more than you need too. I saved $400 knowing the was a model down that did what I needed to hear well again.

Obviously I was hesitant to get hearing aids in the beginning. After being fitted for my hearing aids and how awesome it is to be able to hear so clearly! It is amazing when I put my hearing aids in how well the sound is!! I love my new hearing aids because it is Bluetooth and when I get a phone call on my cellphone I can actually hear very clear without any static also. It comes straight through to my ears. I used to always have the speaker on in order to talk on my cell. Which made it hard as people around you could all hear the conversation. Now nobody even hears my phone ring as I have the ringer turned off. I can have conversations on the phone and nobody can hear it. The staff at associates in hearing are awesome, friendly and really know their stuff!! I’m very pleased with the care I get from this office. If I have any issues they have the answers for me. I can watch tv with my tv muted and have the sound come through my ears. If I didn’t have these hearing aids that sound would be blasting. So it’s nice now. If someone else is around. They can put the tv to whatever level they want and I can just turn my ears up to the level I need to be able to hear the show. Win win for everyone!!
