Dave was fantastic and fixed our damaged air conditioners, and fried heater from a direct hit by a tornado on the spot! He had no problems with getting up into our damaged attic to ensure that our air conditioners were stable and not going to fall through the ceiling, were in working order, and were not going to cause a fire. He was professional and calm while dealing with a sleep deprived, hopped up on adrenaline, crazed lunatic.

My request for service was answered promptly within an hour of my call. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable.

I have never dealt with anybody more unprofessional then Jonny. I am in the process of getting rid of my old oil heater and having a new heater/hot water heater combination unit installed (which will be powered by propane). Johnny came out to my house about two weeks ago to discuss details of new propane tank and gas line. We made a plan, he emailed me a proposal, I signed and sent it back, he confirmed everything was good to go! He went on vacation for two weeks and told me to call him first thing Monday morning (yesterday). When I called, we talked about how the plumbers who are installing the heater will be here this week and Johnny said he will be out later that day to place the tank. I didn’t hear from him again all day until last night when he left me a very weird, very vague voicemail saying their office won’t accept us as clients. With no explanation! Now I have the plumbers scheduled, around Johnny’s schedule and I’m going to have to reschedule the plumbers. I can’t have them install new unit until we have propane or else we won’t have hot water. I am not entirely sure why Johnny would make so many promises and plans with us just to not take us on as clients. And he’s apparently the manager!! We were put into a very bad spot because of Johnny. After speaking with Johnny two weeks ago, we had the plumbers remove our old heater (that was still working) and I am so thankful it’s not cold because we would not have any heat because of Johnny. I am also very thankful for the other propane company we found, much more organized, much more professional. I would not recommend this company. Even when I called the main office to try to get a better explanation of what was going on, no one seemed to know what was going on. Very disorganized.

We are so thankful to Waltons for fixing our water heater after a lightning strike. Dave was professional and knowledgeable as always. We did not expect someone to come out and for the work to be completed so quickly.

I have been a customer of Walton Fuel for over 20 years. Over the weekend I had an emergent situation which required the removal of 275 gallons of fuel oil from an interior tank in my residence due to oil leakage.Walton Fuel failed to contact me the following business day to address remediation measures and discuss viable options for replacing the fuel tank.A phone call had to be placed to their office to solicit a response; furthermore, Walton Fuel failed to provide pertinent information regarding the estimated cost of replacement equipment and labor.Walton Fuel’s subsequent handeling of this situation is completely unacceptable and is inconsistent with industry standards compared to similarly situated suppliers of heating oil and related services in Montgomery and/or Bucks counties.As a professional woman, I found Walton Fuel’s response to be indifferent and, to an extent, biased in nature.

Serviced my rather new heater with all the care and concern of having an older heater. Took his time, preventively wrapped some pipes and made me glad I am being serviced annually by them.

Due to Waltons busy schedule our annual heater cleaning was very, very late in the season this year, 4/6/21. This cleaning was supposed to be for the 2020 heating season, so technically it was after the entire winter had passed (not a good thing for your heater really). But, that being said, the heater sounds great and is running smoothly and ready for the grueling summer (heating) season. LOL...Moral is, schedule your cleaning early, but in reality, the moral is, schedule even earlier than that... Or perhaps Walton could contact their customers and say, I have a pre-season opening, just a thought... Like they did with this survey...

After having Horizon come out and try to sell me a whole new heating unit. Walton came immediately after and fixed the issue. No hassles, definitely recommend Walton.

The technician was young and we needed to ask a lot of questions to get answers to concerns that we had. The initial answers were very basic but he answered with more detail when asked. We were unsure whether or not we would have been given in-depth info if we didnt ask very detailed questions. Unsure if the general population would have been given complete info if they didnt know to ask the questions that we knew to ask.

Ashley, Chris, and their propane manager were great to work with! They were knowledgeable and great with communication! The propane manager stopped out the same day to answer questions we had about the tank we were removing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with HVAC needs!

Explained the possible choices and explained differences without pushing any in particular until i asked for comparison to the brand that i was considering. I did my research prior so i had an idea of what i was looking for but they were extremely professional. I highly recommend them.

Weve been using Waltons for 10 years now, and am very happy with their service. They recently did some work for us, and drive a great job. Large mats were used to keep our house clean, and contrary to what he says, Dan vacuums like a pro! We highly recommend, and would not use anyone else for our HVAC needs.

My HVAC unit wasnt cooling so I called Walton, they were able to detect the problem and fix it extremely fast. Dan from Walton was the service tech, he was FANTASTIC! This was the best experience I have ever had with a repair in all my houses. Dan knew exactly what to trouble shoot when he listened to my boiler try to fire up and didnt. He had it resolved in 30 minutes and spent another 30 monitoring everything. He was very intelligent and very nice. I could not be happier with my repair. Price was on target as well. Dont try anyone else for your furnace / boiler repairs.

I was having trouble with another HVAC contractor and ended up having to call Walton to do the job. Compared them with others and although prices are middle of the road, Im willing to pay a bit more than the cheapest one for the exceptional customer service. Johnny is amazing and goes above and beyond his job to answer any questions I have and isnt condescending if its a stupid question. He truly does right by you and makes sure that you are getting what you need. You can tell by talking to him that he really knows what hes talking about. If I ever need anything HVAC related in the future, my first call will be to Johnny at Walton.

My technician arrived during the end of his scheduled timeframe, which is completely understandable but I had to leave to pick up my daughter. I know that this is a family run local business and because of that I felt 100% comfortable leaving a stranger in my home for over 30 mins alone. Moreover, he did not rush, he serviced my heater and gave it a clean bill of health for the winter. A trustworthy company!

My most recent experience with Waltons was to have my A/C serviced. Tristan was so pleasant and informed about his job. He fixed everything and recognized my thermostat was not working properly. He gave me 2 choices to pick from and installed a new thermostat for me. He then thoroughly explained to me how to use it. Ive always been very pleased with the the service Ive received from Waltons employees. Ive been a Waltons for about 25 years now and will continue to count on them to keep my home comfy.

Ive been very pleased by Walton service over the years. I was especially impressed by the technician who most recently serviced our heaters and air conditioning units, Bill Fisher. Bill was exceptionally friendly and helpful in explaining what he was doing and the state of our units, keeping all in perfect working order. Jason was here yesterday to service my oil burner and AC. He arrived promptly, recognized that he had been here before, and proceeded to complete the oil burner service without leaving any mess. When he moved on to service the AC unit, he discovered that the condenser fan was not working. After disassembling the unit, he was able to restart the fan without further difficulty. The whole job was completed within about 2.5 hours. I have been a Walton customer for the past 5 years, having changed from one of the big name dealers.I continue to find Walton helpful, responsive, less expensive, and easy to deal with, and I would recommend them to anyone without reservations.

Top notch customer service! The technician came out to do my A/C tune up, but the date was cold and rainy. He was unable to perform the full tune up, but still did what he could. He mentioned that I would need another tech to come out. I appreciate the open and honest service from Walton! I even bought the A/C service plan! Well worth and I highly recommend it!

Weve used Walton for years for supplier for oil for the boiler. This year we decided to add a heat pump to use when its not below freezing out and also provide AC in the winter. We were really happy with all of our interactions - the 4 days install when without issue and its been working great. They also offered us 12 months interest free financing, which was great. Im thrilled with their work.

The annual air conditioning service was scheduled for today at 1:30, the Tech was running later, but Waltons called to let us know he was coming.Jason arrived about 20 minutes later and started working on the unit. We have a high pressure system and after checking things over he let us know it was too cold outside for a final check on the system. He completed all that he could and let us know that Waltons will call us to schedule the completion of the service.We had been a customer for over twenty years and we have always been satisfied with the manner in which we have been treated.

Great working with Waltons! They came out because our heat was not working and it was discovered we needed a new heater. In the meantime he added a small amount to last until it cameon Monday. However, before he left, a delivery truck showed up. Great service...very much appreciated!

Having a central air conditioner fail when you need it most and to have it happen unexpectedly is never fun. That said, the great team at Clyde S. Walton, Inc. made the experience comfortable and easy. From the service technician who diagnosed the issue to the sales contact who never pressured us but rather coached us, to the installation team. All were tremendous. Was it the lowest price? No, and Im okay with that because I believe you get what you pay for. Great experience. The sales people werent pushy or tried to over sell me on the size of my heater. They actually talked me out of moving my oil tank which would have cost me more money. ENDANGERED MY FAMILY. Went to Walton today to let them know my heater wasnt working. It set off the carbon monoxide detector in the middle of the night, and I had to turn it off. It is cold in the house. My four year old and seven year old are in danger, my 75 year old father lives on the first floor, the carbon monoxide was being generated in the basement. I was told they would have a technician here today to at least diagnose the problem, until I got a call from the technician telling me he couldnt come until tomorrow. I get to choose if my kids die from carbon monoxide poisoning or if they freeze to death. thank you Walton, the Moyer tech will be here in an hour.

We really like dealing with Walton! They are punctual and always do a good job. We have not had any major troubles so far.

I specifically asked for a call from the engineer after they determined what the problem is and BEFORE he started repairing it. Instead, I get a call AFTER the repair was complete and telling me that I owe $XX for it.Shortly after, I receive an email from sales stating that the engineer recommended that I replace my fuel tank. This of course was never brought up to me by the engineer.Repair itself went fine, but overall, the entire experience was very unprofessional.

Everyone we dealt with at Walton to set up a new boiler install was very helpful and informative, as well as getting the work done in a timely manner. One minor issue we encountered was quickly resolved and we were all set.

Ken and Rich did a great job of evaluating our furnace situation and recommended improvements to our air handling. Zacks workmanship was also excellent and we love the humidifier he installed.

Uhgh. Just ran out of oil. I honestly did let the bill go past due, but paid up weeks ago. The company took me off of the auto-delivery plan, and canceled all future deliveries without telling me, as well as a tune-up scheduled that I stayed home from work for. So, my oil ran out. I called for delivery and they want to charge $25 for same day delivery now @ 2.75 / gallon (.30 more per gallon than local competitors). Bye Walton.

I recently had low heat problem during this last cold weekend. I waited till Monday to call for service. The service man was there right on time. He was here about an hour and a half.We still have a little work to do but he got us working again with plenty of heat. I am very pleased with the service. I have been with Walton since 12/78. I had an explosion in my furnace. It turned out to be a faulty over-flow valve among other things. It required four trips but on the last trip I had Jason (in truck 2). He was terrific. He listened to me and discovered I had a broken air bladder in the boiler and after testing the repair - a broken thermostat. He was wonderful and I suggest he get a big raise. Unfortunately the previous technicians did not test their repairs. Way to go Jason.
