Moved from NJ to GA over the Christmas & New Year holidays. No complaints at all. Very professional teams for both loading and unloading. I packed my own things. All my items were picked up and arrived within the given time frames with nothing missing or broken. Good communication throughout from the coordinator. They worked within my timelines and were very reasonably priced. No surprise fees, etc. Would recommend to anyone looking for a smooth, stress free moving process.

We could not have been more pleased with the service provide at all areas, from sales, customer service and above all the pick-up and drop-off of our household goods. Not one complaint and only Kudos to everyone.

Very friendly customer service. I requested a quote for moving services within my existing town and was advised that this company does not service my requested move. However the customer service rep offered to obtain quotes from other companies for me within 3 business day. It’s been 5 business days and I have not received the requested quotes. I ended up finding a local moving company on my own but appreciate their efforts just the same.

All was good. Moved from PA to FL. No packing services used. Truck and help arrived on time. One broken piece of furniture (no offer to reimburse) and came in under weight. Have not seen refund for the yet either. Would be 5 stars if not for those items.

We used Louderback for our first long distance move. The estimator who visited the house was knowledgeable and informative. As he went the estimating process, he provided practical tips that helped us prepare for the move. The estimate was extremely accurate. The office staff who scheduled the move kept me informed. The truck and crew arrived on time for both pick and delivery. They were friendly and very careful moving our furniture and boxes and made sure each item was in the right spot before they left our new house.

Our move from PA to TX was effortless. (We did our own packing which was the hard part.) Had an excellent experience working with them. The driver arrived in the promised time window and the loading / unloading crews were did a great job with our boxes and furniture. The office staff guided me through the process and had the answers when I thought of a question. Everyone was outstanding.

We had such an amazing experience from scheduling the in home estimate to unloading our items into our new home. Our movers, Mike and Kerry, were wonderful. They gave us tips for packing the next time we move and were incredibly efficient and helpful. This was our first professional move, and after reading reviews for other companies I was nervous about the process. Mike and Kerry made it a stress free move and I could not thank them enough. I would absolutely use them again if we move back into the Philly area.

Used loudeback as a mayflower agent in Early July 2020 for a cross country move including packing services. Overall poor experience and poor value.For one, the agent that conducted my in home estimate insisted that I needed to purchase all of my own packing materials, including emailing me a link to uhauls website for materials.This amounted to about $300 and a couple hours of my time to go to uhaul and get all that stuff. When packing day came, the packers told me that they always supply their own boxes/materials, and that they weren’t sure why I would think otherwise. Told me to return it, which anyone who has moved knows is really inconvenient to do on a move day. Again spent my own time taking the stuff back to uhaul, and their return system was down so ate the cost there.Packers were nice people, though distracted frequently. We were billed for 9 of packing labor, and similar on the move out day when both days they we’re present for less than 5.It’s somewhat absurd that in the year 2020 a moving company has no way to monitor on a website the status of all of your belongings in transit. Maria is great, but often was playing phone tag with her and for how much this service costs that should be a given.They tout their full value replacement guarantee but it’s all a gimmick. Ultimately if something is lost or broken it’s on you to find it, document it, and do the work to get reimbursed for it. They also have a well hidden clause in their contract that they are not responsible for anything after the movers leave the destination, so if you discover in 2 hours or 2 weeks that your TV is shattered or major items are missing you are outta luck.Which all brings me to the price, which was well above quotes from several other companies by almost 20%. Given the premium, and hearing that they are often used for corporate moves, we expected premium service. Instead it felt like we got a pretty run of the mill service, where every piece of the move was contracted out to different companies, our stuff lumped onto an 18 wheeler with multiple other people’s, and it taking 11 days to get from Pennsylvania to Texas. What it really feels like is that it’s a mediocre service propped up by easy money from government and corporate contracts. Knowing now there are other alternatives (I.e bellhop) that offer easy tracking and single truck direct shipments for less, would certainly not choose mayflower/loudeback again.

We moved from Pennsylvania to New York and were nervous about such a long move and how Our belongings would be when they showed up. Our area in New York is tough to get to with the truck so they were late in Arriving. But everything they did to load and unload was very organized and professional and all of our things came with out damage. The guys worked quickly and were very nice. I would definitely recommend them To others. They were also very good about helping us bring the price down by telling us exactly how to save costs. If you need a good mover This is the crew to call.

Im glad I took her advise and ended up using them, as I had the absolute BEST experience with Louderback Moving Company. We used them for our recent move from NJ to TX . Everything was handled professionally & efficiently. The entire staff was extremely courteous and easy to work with. They showed up on time, delivered our furniture on time, everything was accounted for and in perfect condition.Over and above, their prices are extremely reasonable. Out of the 3 companies I contacted, they gave me the least expensive quote. I even got a check back from them almost two weeks after delivery!I will most certainly be using them again for any future moves.

We spent a great deal of time and expense packing our house. We were advised to fill our dresser draws with clothing, which did only to have your people scoop all of the clothes out of the draws and threw them into boxes. Had we know that we would have packed the clothes in seals bags. All if these boxes practically fell apart requiring all of the clothes to be laundered, an expense we had no counted on. Boxes marked fragile came through crushed indicating that when stored no paid attention to the box load ratings, clear marked on all of our boxes. The wardrobes were handled roughly causing all of the clothing hung in the wardrobes ending up on the bottom on the wardrobe. Some if these wardrobes appeared to have had boxes liked in top. We expected much better.

My move was from PA to NY & in the midst of the Covid-19 lockdown. Everything was smooth, timely & professional!!My highest praise goes to the fatherfather-son team that came to my house to pack & load; I was so impressed with them that I requested they also do the delivery. I am so grateful they were able to help on both ends of my move!!!

Michelle Handy is by far the most helpful person. She is on top of everything, lets you know almost daily what is going on. The packers and movers are careful, pleasant and polite. I would no hesitate to hire this company again.

I was very impressed with the ease and organization of the whole moving experience from start to finish. The evaluation of my furniture and belongings was completed professionally and fairly. The packing of difficult items was done with care. The actual moving of my furniture and belongings was done with care and respect. Scheduling of pick up - loading and unloading -drop off was done accurately and explained clearly in detail. All parties adhered to the schedule set. Cost was reasonable and well worth it.

They came to my house, gave me an estimate, came for the move when they said thet would and delivered my items in a timely manner. The check off of items as they moved them in was helpful and the crew was very efficient. All communications were answered promptly and they did not contribute any stress to my move, which I am very thankful for!

I think the measure of a good company is when things go wrong and how they respond. Our furniture unfortunately was one week late. As soon as it became apparent that there was a trucking problem from that point forward we were called multiple times a day by their customer service aswell as the moving coordinator who could not have been more understanding, helpful and industrious in trying to find a new truck to bring our furniture. I must say we were treated with the utmost care and respect, every phone call was immediately returned. I was impressed with their ongoing effort to solve the trucking problem and get us our belongings. Even though we received our furniture later than expectedwe feel that they deserve an A plus Rating based on their ability to solve problems. I highly recommend this company. the personnel are above average in every way. They are also returning some of the money forbeing late. Honestly. these are very fine people to work with.

We had a horrible experience every step of the way. We moved across the country and it was a very bad experience. From the moment the packers walked into our home with disrespectful attitudes to the damages and missing items at the back end, we have regretted hiring Louderback every day. And, they are terrible to work with to file a claim. They dont return calls or emails for weeks. Definitely use another company for your move.
