As far I know, the UPS store last pick up time is 6:30PM. This locations pick up time is whenever the casher wants. Their casher always let the driver leave the location even the customers are waiting on the line. Their works are getting so slow. They werent like this kind of service before.As their reply, they said they regularly tell the customers about the changing pick up time. Sadly, I never heard about the time changes. I used this store since 2018. They should put some notices on their walls or somewhere to let the customers about their NEW pick up time.
Went here last week to return Verizon items as they requested from my move. I walked in with a box and the brown haired man was there and immediately told me I needed an order number. No hello, just seemed to be annoyed he was even there.He was very rude in his delivery with me as I was being pleasant the whole time. I said this is the email I have and as he was digging in the box he found what he needed, took apart the boxes inside ..and handed me the ones that he didnt need and said he had to make room.He gave me a receipt/label and said nothing else as I want on my way with boxes that didnt need to be given back to me.I needed to review my experience as I thought about it days after and knew it wasnt right. The attitude was not necessary and I see from other reviews its not the first time. If I ever need services from a UPS store in the future it will NOT be this location.

Came into the UPS Store today to do an Amazon return. I ended up having a return code for Whole Foods, but Mark helped walk me through getting a code to use in the store and saved me from having to drive 15 minutes out of my way. Thank you!
Wish I could give it less then 1star. Old lady was very mean and they tried to charge me when I already had a label printed. Definitely will not be going back.
Staff at this UPS store are terrific! Friendly & pleasant! Great customer service! I’ve had a mailbox at the store for about 6 years, & I can’t say enough about the customer service I’ve gotten. They’ve been a tremendous help to me shipping large items and small items, Amazon returns, providing shredding services and notary services.
NO STARS if it was an option. I am writing this after using this store multiple times because it is close to my home. After my experience today, I had to share. I’m a nurse and customer service is an actual thing, it exists. This store does not value the concept. You are treated like a number and nuisance. The younger woman and gentlemen are on the more friendly side but the other woman who works at the front desk should be behind a desk and away from a phone. She does not greet the customers but simply barks orders. When I asked today to give my mailbox key back, she informed me I’d have to step aside and wait again for the young gentleman to finish his lunch. I asked how long that would be and she told me she couldn’t tell me if it was 5 minutes or 30 minutes. Everyone deserves a lunch however other staff should be able to step up and cover one another. There are three visible people working but customers are to wait regardless. Now I will say had she apologized for the inconvenience or even spoke to me like I was not full under her shoe, then maybe I would have waited. I’m sorry but this store is the pits for customer service.

I walked in and the young lady behind the counter asked me to put a mask on. I have a medical condition, so for us that have one of those we have all memorized to some point I have an underlying medical condition that prevents me from wearing a mask.She said If the owner was here she would ask you to leave.Are you refusing me service, because of my disability?She took my package and scanned it and handed me my receipt. This whole time Im getting an attitude about this. And then she said Well if you would call us we would come out to your car and pick up your package for you. Well if she would have said that or had it posted not a problem.I will not be returning unless the owner would contact me personally and we could discuss this like 2 grown adults. But Im not putting too much faith in her.Please go out and use UPS most of the employees seem very nice. Just pass up on this one store!

Staff is full of attitude and not a friendly store. My wife went there today to return an item and she had label in her mobile. The old lady and young one said they are going to charge money to print label and put it on the box. Its first time happen that UPS is asking to print the label which is provided by Amazon seller. So she came back with the package as she was not happy with there attitude and the way they were treating. Probably it would be first and last visit on this store.
Not a customer friendly place. Staff can be polite or cold/I don’t care a bit/rude depends on who serves you. It’s a hit or miss. I will not recommend doing business here. I understand it’s a franchise model, but UPS should look into the customer service of this location. Unfortunately, this location is the closest to us. I limit my interaction to just drop off of Amazon returns. Avoid this place if you have other mailing options.

Went to this location today before starting a long work day to get an urgently needed document notarized. The woman working there told me theyre not notarizing until after the holidays because theyre busy. I responded that I was the only customer in the store. She tells me well that can change ?! Can change....This is a service they offer and advertise online and maybe updating a shift from that service will help people avoid that un-necessary and unfair commute. The minutes I was there and the minutes I sat in front of the store in my car contemplating this review, no one walked in.I hope this is a service FedEx adds and offers in the future because the years Ive used their locations for service Ive never experienced a less than satisfying courteous staff.
I use this store regularly. The Staff is great! Always amazed at their patience repeatedly witnessed staff walking customers through their amazon returns and explaining packaging requirements. Helped me out again today with a large and strangely shaped ebay sale.They deserve a thank you and a pat on the back the store so much busier since covid and they are there everyday doing what they can!
Lets just say that customer service is not their priority. I found their service to be rude, disrespectful and sarcastic! Needless to say, I will not be using this store again and will drive out of my way to use a different UPS store.
Nasty employees! Look at my other reviews...I dont like to criticize. If these people are not the owners relatives, they should be gone. I brought a semi large box in. Had a return label sent to me by manufacturer. Dont have a printer. The older woman was exasperated! Unpleasant tone. They charge you to print the label. Ok. I asked the younger woman for help readjusting the item so I could close the box better. Nope! I took the styrofoam out. Closed the box. I asked for tape. She said you have to tape it yourself...your lucky, Ill put a piece on now. And you can take that with you(the styrofoam) she nosed at it. Arent they a packing store too? Go to Harleysville. They dont charge for the label, they help you and dont act like its an inconvenience. I wasnt nasty to them at all and felt horrible after I left.
The woman at the counter was unfriendly. I came in with a big box...I had no way to print out the return label...she looked at me all exasperated and said, well that will cost you and you half to email it to us. She said step aside and handed me a laminated paper with the email address. When I was done, I asked if they received the email. The girl...another person, equally as unhappy tolde to come up. I asked for help to get the product a little more secure in the box. She didnt help. I took the styrofoam out and shut the box. She said you need to tape that. Youre lucky Ill put a piece of tape on it for you and you can take that with you. (The styrofoam). Look, I am not unreasonable. I know the customer should bleave happy. I wont be back. I will go to Harleysville where they are much friendlier.

I was very upset with the customer service in this store. I had a zip code that the customer emailed me and it didnt go thru. The girl that waited on me said that she had a Smart computer and that was not the right zip. I tried to look up the town on my phone with Google and got another zip code. Well, she said that one wasnt right. I told her if her computer was so smart, how come it couldnt tell me the correct zip code. She told me she didnt need my attitude. But that is not very good customer service to me! She could have tried to help me find the correct one.Anyway, my husband went to the Hatfield location, where we told them the SAME zip code, and they were very pleasant there, and it came right up and she gave us the price. She was friendly and very nice and it was no problem at all! Maybe they should give you some lessons on how business should be done. I had the right zip code all along!I will go to them always in The future! I will NEVER return to YOUR store!
Mark was a great help especially due to my amount of Amazon return. He patiently helped me go through all of Amazon returns and made sure each item was in it’s right place! My fave UPS!
Customer service at this location is hideous. Don’t torture yourself going there. Head up to the 309 store instead. Employees at this location are short tempered, rude and incompetent. I’ll be shocked and amazed if the package actually makes it to its destination. Read down the reviews - THEY ARGUE WITH THE REVIEWERS! The customer service cluelessness lives strong. SMH 🤦🏻♀️
Poor customer service. Called to verify the store would stay open until 7. Then I get there at 6:55 and the guy working claimed it was 7 as he was walking out a customer. I guess there clocks at this particular location are not digital. If you post hours for your store than you should at the very least honor them. Ill stick to USPS or FedEx for my shipping needs.

The employees are so helpful and know what they are doing. They are always so busy, but they will get you in and out as efficiently as possible.
I don’t like posting a negative review but I don’t know how else to bring attention to correcting bad customer service. I wish I asked for her name but the blonde lady who (didn’t) help me was incredibly rude and aggressive when I tried to return a small rug that apparently wasn’t packaged correct. I was walking up to the counter and was aggressively approached with “you can’t send that back like that!” I had no idea what was happening that I actually looked behind me to see if that statement was for someone else. Apparently it was for me and my rug!! It needed to be wrapped different than I had done it. I never sent a rug back before. Maybe you could have gently told me what I needed to do. So I decide since I am already there and she told me what I needed to buy I would just get it done. I went back to my car to get money and the customer before me that was leaving as I was being scolded waited for me to say how rude she was and that my rug was packaged just like hers and she had no problem at another location. I went back in, took it back and said I’ll bring it back once I repackage it. (I went straight to the other location and had no problem) I got a big sigh from her because she had to rip up (in my face) the printed sticker she made while I was outside.Everyone has hard days and sometimes accidentally gives attitude to others. I get it, no problem, I can take it... but there’s a pattern here.I see no excuse ever to give attitude to my 18yo son who has never had to step into a UPS store to do any kind of business until now. He went in to return books. I printed the 2 labels required by the company and I said go to the desk and they will help you. (I thought he was going to the other location that I always go to now, but he was closer to this location). The same blonde lady did not even greet him with a hello or how can I help you. So he started with a “Hi. How are you?” Can I return these books. She said “just give me the label.” He had 2 labels. He hands her the one that goes inside the package. (Remember he has never done this before). She follows up with “I said... the label”. (Picture attitude here) He says “oh, I’m sorry, this one?”She sighs at him and finishes without saying anything else. So he starts to walk away and left her with a “have a great day” and he meant it!! Because... THATS HOW I TEACH MY KID TO TREAT PEOPLE!!! Maybe she can take a pointer from an 18yo! Be kind... we were toward you!

Guy with glasses who is normally working is nice but the man with the accent was VERY rude, yelling at me due to a mistake by amazon adding sarcasm in to top it off. Worst part is he seems like a manager because he goes I don’t deal with customers anymore when there was an issue with another customers order. Very sad if this is the standards that UPS holds for their management, or if this is just on a local level. Seems like MOST (not all) of their 5 star reviews are from accounts with 1 or 2 reviews versus all of the 1 star reviews coming from people who have 10+ reviews, I dont know if they spamed google reviews for a higher rating or if some people just had the polar opposite experience and never review things but it was so great they decided to write a review.
I called the store about a question for the notary, she put me on hold and then hung up on me. I called back again and they said they did not know the answer and were extremely rude. Firstly if you’re a notary how do you not know what any kind of legal documents are, and that’s terrible customer service. I used to always go to this for shipping but I’m driving to a different location now. You guys should how learn how to talk to your customers !

I just dropped off two lights for Amazon return and the man who took care of my return was extremely rude and asked me to leave “ you can go now” when I asked for the return proof receipt. I had to leave the store without two return items receipts.
Arrived at 2:59 and he locked the door in our faces and refused to take our prepaid, labeled, return package. Rude.
One star is way too much for this place, if I could I would give it 0.The employee barely responded to my greeting to start with. As soon as employee found out that I was dropping prepaid boxes for Amazon another level of rudeness and unprofessional behavior begun. The upsell of anything and everything started. I was made to feel like they are doing me some sort of tremendous favor and was treated with contempt.Perhaps I came too late in the day but I think 50 min before closing should be OK, who knows...Reading rest of the reviews shows clear pattern of unprofessional behavior at this UPS store. Furthermore, the owner responses seem to be more concerned with blaming reviewers and sweeping issues under the rug.What is clear is lack of customer service and professionalism, perhaps its time to invest in training employees or looking for more professional crew.Perhaps The UPS should take a look at how business is conducted under their name.
The best UPS store I have ever been in. Trey commanded the situation, repacking my posters and securing two heavy boxes for shipping to Utah. Don’t go to another store.They killed it.
On Saturdays they lock their doors early. I arrived one minute before 5 to drop Amazon boxes with prepaid labels, wouldve taken thirty seconds, they saw me and wouldnt unlock the door. Oh well, Ill go to Blue Bell next time, lost a customer because guess what? I use UPS for more than Amazon returns. And I wasnt the only angry customer who left without service.
Staff member was extremely rude and not helpful so I had to drive to another UPS store 20 minutes away to complete my transaction. My package needed about a 4 inch piece of tape that the attendant refused to apply even though the tape roll was right next to him. He was extremely rude in his tone and seemed lazy because he just wanted to be on his phone and I was apparently interrupting him while he was texting.The other UPS store I went (in Hatfield) was great and they gracefully assisted me.

Jean was great! She was very courteous and helpful throughout my entire transaction. I shipped 4 wheels and tires through this store and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. (8 yrs ago)Most recent: I dealt with a young woman today who was mostly pleasant. However, I brought in a package for return to Amazon and realized I somehow forgot to print a shipping label. Thus I expected to maybe have to pay a nominal (meaning reasonable)fee for having to print a label at the store. To my surprise, she happily told me that they charge a $2.69 fee to receive an email including the link to my Amazon return label and to make it even more insulting they separately charged an extra $0.10 to print a black and white label.I asked her to repeat the charges because I was surprised and she did and said so its under $3. All I could think was gee thanks for the comfort, that makes paying nearly three bucks for someone to open an email and click print so much better. The fee is excessive and unjustified to me.
Came in on Saturday with an Amazon return. I accidentally returned it to Kohls and the guy helped walk me through re-returning it and sending it back with UPS. Marks was awesome
I didnt like the women in the front (03/21/20 12pm). She definitely doesnt like her job. When I walked in with few boxes she was on her phone, I said hi, and she didnt response. Her face wasnt welcoming, she was very rude.

They are pleasant here, but the price gouging is unnecessary. Insurance should not come out to $2 per $100 of declared value when everywhere else (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc) charges a rate of $0.90 per $100 of declared value. Thats more than a 100% mark up with no justification!I was quoted around $120 to ship and insure my package here; I took it to The UPS Store in a neighboring town and paid $89 to ship and insure the same package. Seems like this location is dishonest with the dimensions and/or weight that they claim your package to be.

I just would like to thank both Mackenzie and Tres for providing excellent customer service on Saturday. I had never shipped anything through UPS and they told me about the best options to ship my sister’s baby shower gift so that she could receive it in time for the shower.
Ive gone here twice. The guy behind the counter was miserable. Im used to this kind of attitude and just ignore it but there was an older woman in front of me that was terrified to deal with this toughguy. Dude. If you hate your job or the business you run then quit. Dont take it out on the customers .
I had a horrible time at this store. It was really awful and smelly. The price I was quoted over the phone was half the price I was quoted in store and then they wouldnt honor my quoted price because apparently I had no proof because it was a phone call. I took my business to UPS, NOT the UPS Store. 0/1 would not go to again. Only gave two stars instead of one because there was light traffic on the way and had accessible parking.

Went today to send a gift back to North Pole for Santa and his elves to fix. Had both my boys, ages 5 and 7. Woman at the counter (i think her name is Mackenzie) went along with my ruse, told the boys it would get right to Santa. The package needed extra packing material and to be taped up. She said she would handle. A+ for customer service.
When youve been sending something to the same address for 2yrs the address is correct. When UPS sends to the address they want you pay late fees and fines. And letter lost for a week. Very rude person .

At 4:55pm, the guy there already had the door locked for who knows how long. After trying to ignore me being outside, he finally came out and told me he couldnt help me bc I needed a label printed for my package. This isnt the first time Ive seen him give an attitude to a customer. Then he tried to tell me that all of his clocks said 5pm. I showed him the time on my phone (that cant be changed) showing 4:55pm. He continued to say that his time was right. In the time I typed this I couldve been taken care of. 2 women showed up after me and he had no issues taking care of them. Poor customer service.

Had an unpleasant experience today while returning. The tall, blond, woman who works there literally said she was doing me a favor by taking my Amazon returns, that they werent paid for them.All I know is that those returns are being paid for somehow. I know I paid Amazon for shipping when I purchased the items. If shes unhappy with the arrangement, she shouldnt take it out on a customer.
