Honestly a great place to work. The management team is great as are the other Barnes employees. Hands down a 10 out of 10. I have never worked for a company quite like Barnes.

At Barnes you have the opportunity to work for the dumbest management team that ever existed. And this works both ways; If you’re an under performer they won’t notice. But if you’re an over achiever they won’t notice that ether.
