I bought a Samsung french door refrigerator from them in February of 2021, by October of 2021 the refrigerator and freezer stopped staying cool. I called Samsung to repair it as I figured it was still under warranty since it hadnt been a year and Samsung told me the refrigerator was refurbished by a company other than them so it was no longer covered under them. Im confused because here I thought I bought a brand new refrigerator, no where did it say my refrigerator was refurbished. I even called the store and a associate said their appliances werent refurbished so still lying. Now I have to pay out of pocket hundreds of dollars to replace a bad compressor. I didnt buy the $300 warranty from the store because I didnt think a brand new refrigerator would have any issues for a while but I didnt know it wasnt brand new. These people are crooks.

Nope. Older gentleman helped us and he was rude, walked away mid sentence to help someone else that walked into the area.. We went in happy and cheery. Left completely disappointed in the customer service. Prices are too high for what they offer.

I had issues with Guardian (warranty company), but after Anthony reached out to me Keith was extremely helpful to clear my issue up. My husband and I bought a dishwasher and dryer from American freight in June 2020. While installing the dishwasher that evening, we noticed that one of the springs that keeps the door from crashing to the floor was missing. I called right away ( so still within hours of purchase ) and talked to a very nice lady who assured me that she would send out the part right away. About 2 months later, we still hadn’t received it. I’ve called 4 times throughout the last 4 months, and each time have been told that they are sorry, and will absolutely get it to us. As a small business owner, I would never allow an issue to go unresolved for this long. They clearly don’t care. I’ll change this rating if we ever see the part, but I’m not holding my breath.

This minute, one star. My elderly mother bought a dishwasher here in July. The dishwasher has never worked, it had parts missing and broken. The GE service person was out a couple times and continued to find issues. The service tech finally called his supervisors supervisor, who called the store manager to make things right, the manager called my mom in Mid / late August saying hed make thing right, but made no real attempt. Finally my mom got others, including myself, involved today, the manager didnt make a half attempt to help, wound up sending the assistant manager in. We shall see how my mom likes the settlement decision.Well, to add to the comments. I called the number the company left here for a District Manager, left a message, no one touched base with my mother or I. The first date the company was to make good on a replacement came and went, NO replacement. The Assistant Manager never made the delivery / install arraignments like she said she would, per delivery person. The second date, the truck was broke down. Finally the machine is installed. The extended warranty my mom bought, was to restart on the delivery / installation date (yesterday), instead the assistant manager is saying it is resetting to the date when she failed to schedule the install.Also I guess if per the Assistant Manager, the dishwasher was tested before going into the show room, the dishwasher wouldnt have had busted and missing parts, someone is less than honest, or the company took / damaged parts.Either way, will not be back for anything.

We came in for a dishwasher, and bed and he showed us what were some of the best they had and a few other options. He was very help, friendly, and had a great since of humor. He got us taken care of in a fair amount of time. Got a 600$ dryer that is 1100$ at Best Buy right now. Same price at Home Depot. Couldn’t be happier just had a dent and a few scuffs but you can tell from the inside it really was never used. Once you get it home you realize how little you care about the cosmetics, much better than spending an extra $500!Thanks! A++

All furniture here is damaged so a scuff or a dent on the furniture during transit. Honestly, great prices for minor damage to formerly expensive things. Knowlagable and non-pushy staff

I have not shopped at this particular store; however, Sears hands down carries the very best lines of appliances and tools. Kenmore and Craftsmen are brands that come to my mind.It will do everyone a disservice if Sears stores no longer operate.I own several appliances purchased from Sears. The latest is the mini fridge my daughter bought for her dorm room. Three years later and the appliance operates like a dream.If I had’ve been in town I would have purchased a vacuum from this store instead of from Costco about a month ago.Next time I will spend a few minutes researching Sears locations for spending my $ before going anywhere else to buy appliances or tools.

Most of the reviews are likely fake from worker there. Bought a range and found out upon delivery that there was a large dent in the handle which was hidden by the great deal price tag. The delivery guys alerted me about it and they were AWESOME. Great delivery team. Sales team, not so much.

This Sears Outler center is GREAT!! Since the beginning of summer my wife and I have made a couple of bigger purchases here and couldnt be happier. Bailey was our salesperson and for being so young her knowledge of the products and how professional she was helped make the purchases easy as pie. Ive been in sales my entire adult life and was very impressed with her. She only had one question and asked for her manager Jess for a little help and she was just as nice. With covid-19 implementing strict guidelines. The appliance were delivered to us by 2 men, wearing masks with their nose uncovered (masks are pointless then) they had no shoe covers for their shoes, they refused to remove their shoes either. It’s ignorant of the store and the delivery department to take basic hygiene measures ....! Disgusted

I must say the cleanliness of the store was very well kept and the staff was great. A man named Drew helped me get exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend getting your appliances here. My fiancee and I walked in just to look around, and ended up leaving with a queen size gel top mattress with a down payment of only $37! Pretty good store overall. They sell Sears merchandise at reduced prices. Obviously, they do not have the same selection of merchandise as the full line stores but some good deals can be had. They mostly sell appliances, some tools and outdoor products.

Mark and Ced made a quick and awesome delivery for my washer and dryer. On top of the speed, they were super nice and friendly which was a plus. I definitely recommend them to whoever is looking for washer/dryer replacement and are concerned about having a horrible delivery.

Service is horrible I am sure they will not last 6 months, how can a store have 4 people in an empty store and still not acknowledge customers who stop in. The employees look like they dont care and it shows. It would be different if this was a self serve discount shop but 97% of this stuff you have to have help with buying, so is it so hard to ask customers if they need help? They have the same junk inside that when it was called Sears that they could not sell. Some of it looks new, some of it looks beat to hell why bother with junk that could be refurb or used. Appliances are built to be throw away these days why start off with junk for small discounts?
