My husband and I were very impressed with the technology that Sleep Number has. We are not real techie people, but for me it will be great.Lindsey was absolutely great! As we went through the different bed stages, she explained everything in a way we could understand. It took us over 2 hours to complete our purchase, but we feel very confident that we will love this bed. I would highly recommend the Lansing Sleep Number location.

Kayla was fantastic! My wife and I came in with our 18-month old to check out the Memorial Day sales at Sleep Number. Our little guy is friendly and super talkative, and she made sure to pay him just as much attention as she did us in the process. She was also very no pressure when it came to sales, which from someone with sales experience, I greatly appreciate. I would highly recommend checking out this store.

My wife and I went in search of information; our salesperson, Lindsey, was extremely knowledgeable and personable. She knows the product throughly and can answer all concerns. We spent about 3 hours in the store trying mattresses and did not feel at all rushed. When making a decision on an expensive item that you will use nightly for many years you need to make an informed decision. I have high expectations for what this bed and adjustable frame will provide.

Ive bought my bed from sleep number with help from Lindsey, (shes the best!!) .. I loved it so much I bought another for the spare bedroom.. all of my company thats stayed, has also loved the bed. I would highly recommend them.

First of all, like a lot of you I deal with back pain, pressure points and numbness in my hands and arms; so sleep is not an easy proposition for me. I went into the Sleep Number store with my wife, and they took a fair amount of time with us in help find what would work best within our budget. I’m sleeping a lot better and so is my wife. I no longer have to take medication for back or shoulder pain. However, a week with this bed and it has a problem. My wife’s side started sinking in and causing more than a few altercations at night. I want to repeat that the customer service at the store was top notch.We diagnosed this over the course of two days because the air chamber on one side was sinking. I called the 1800 number and the customer service representative informed me that it was going to cost $99 to have a technician correct the issue. The reasoning was it is a “smart” bed and needs special skills to do this correctly. I certainly don’t like it when someone doesn’t appreciate my skills, so I respect the need for a technician on something like this.The things I had wrong were this; it was two weeks, so this bed basically failed right out of the box, and there should be a least a heads up given or labor waived on something so new. To the CSR’s credit she was going to waive that, but the problem wasn’t even the part they were going to charge me for. After I had explained that I had already plugged off the mattress and it was still holding air, they realized that the pump was having the issue. Apparently this is a part that I CAN install without having special skills so they are going to send it to me. In the scheme of things $99 isn’t a whole lot, but the point is that listening on their part would have avoided that in the first place. Most might argue that paying anything to fix something less than a month old is a bit much. Again I would definitely recommend Sleep Number, and this store in particular because the service top drawer, but the 800 number service could use some work.Update: the help at the store helped walk me through getting the issues resolved and another call at their 1800 number to get the pump reset was quick and painless.
