Very nice experience from the minute I walked in. No pressure to buy anything. Staff was friendly.

I like Yankee candle. I usually only shop here when I have sales during the holidays because the candles are very expensive. This particular store has a pretty good selection and all the sale staff there were very friendly and kind.

Joshua was a very great help and very great customer service skills. Greeted us kindly, asked if we knew about the sales, and recommendations.The store itself was very neat and put together. Definitely a 5 stars for the customer service alone and friendly atmosphere. The other associate was helpful as well with the other customers that were in the store.

I cant go in here without leaving with at least two candles. Doug is ALWAYS so nice and hospitable. I was sad when Yankee closed the Meridian Mall location, but Im glad that the service at this location is so superior (ngl Ive only been assisted by Doug though, so I cant really speak for anyone else). Ive literally spend around 1k+ here since first seeing a Yankee in the Eastwood towns centre plaza, but Ive now got a reputation for giving great birthday gifts of wonderfully smelling candles. If you stop by look for Doug, he always has great reccomendations.

I was just hanging out somewhere warm while I waited for the bus and then I was suddenly spending a bunch of money on a bunch of awesome candles and my apartment smells AWESOMEI rank my experience an A/5. Staff was all super nice too

What a great visit and the person working there was so kind and helpful it made for a very pleasant trip and theres lots of new exciting stuff to try out and theres always great deals in this store.
