They dont know how to run a business. Was suppose to get my truck lifted. Left my truck there the whole day nothing got done they told me to drop it off the next week in the morning waiting 10 past when it was suppose to be open still nothing. Wouldnt recommend. Find somewhere better

First let me say at the times of purchase everyone was friendly. I came in with a amp I Purchase off Amazon and was installed with know problem for a good price but was told by the owner that my sound system would sound better if I had a better amp and he had one he could sale me. So I bought the amp he referred and when they installed it sound waste. The guy that installed it said it sound like that because now my speaker wasnt strong enough. In that case why would you sale me a stronger amp. Less than a month later the amp blows .And when I call back to check the warranty the young lady that was so nice before wasnt anymore. To make a long story short she said if I had my receipt to prove they installed it they would check it but I had to wait a week for a opening . Yeah ok. In there system it said I bought the amp but they didnt install it.. Its cool I I just replaced the amp and I will never go there again and know one I know will either...

I’ve been dealing with Rick and forza ever since they opened with one counter and no rims and tvs on the wall in the store lol. They’ve touched every single one of my cars and even brought friends cars for remote starts. Great work and excellent customer service . I had a slight hiccup with our last interaction but I can thank COVID-19 for that which caused my order to take over a month for them to get my item but he finally made it right. Only issue I had is communication since the showroom is closed and rick is taking all the calls. Other than that rick and the crew are A1 in my book

This place and there service is horrible. I bought my products and had them installed here in August of last year. The sub I bought stopped working not soon after. I brought it back and was suppose to receive a new one. Fast forward they just now taking care of that problem. The amp I bought here stopped working so I bought another one. For some reason the amp keeps going into protect mode. So I made an appointment to see was anything wrong with the wiring. I bring it in today and the girl at the front desk told me I gotta make another appointment for them to install the power, ground, and remote wire into the amp to see what the problem is. Something that takes less than a minute to do I gotta set another appointment?

Had an appointment tentatively set, arrived and they didnt know how long it would take to get to me. Not how long it would take to do the installation, that was estimated at 4+ hours. They didnt know how long it was going to take to even see if they could do the work on the day, and time THEY had told me to arrive. Waiting an hour, during which their power went out (just the business) I watched other people come in, and get vague info on appointments they made for various work. There seemed to be no management present, and the girl working the counter seemed to only have guesses about the work that supposed to be done for everyone. With the power out, anyone who dropped their vehicle off was going to have to wait at least an hour more than they were told, yet no phone calls were made regarding the issue. Finally, with the power still out, and no idea how long I would have to wait, my Spidey Sense won out, and I left.

I connected with them a while back and they did some rewiring of my sound system. We discuss how they can hold my subwoofer box in place. One option was to drill a screw down in the vent port of the box. Even though we discussed it, I never authorized that work order. The trunk rug now has a nasty looking hole in it. I figure Ill give them another try, but I cant seem to connect with them and not only that their voicemail box is constantly full. They have potential, but they need to do better.

I came in having trouble getting my Bluetooth to work and the receptionist Ashley helped out real quick. She was super nice. Would love to come back again.

I will never go back to this place the service is bad and the girl at the front desk has a bad attitude. Very disrespectful. I had my speakers installed and and a week later they wasn’t working it took me over a month to get back in there to get them fix just so they can charge me again after I paid in full the first time

Very professional shop. The owner called me and explained everything to me and help set me up another date to leave my car.

Very slow. Had appointment and work on my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT was shabby had to ask for manager to see why installed product sounded horrible. They Cancelled my appointment on another occasion and never called to reset once their sounds installer returned. Spent over $3K w them in past would never again use their services. If u choose them get rdy to talk w other customers who complain of communication and time issues. Ijs THEN THEY REPLY THE DONT HAVE A RECORD OF ME COMING IN....:REALLY PAID YOU $500 for shotty work I really want my dam $$$ Back!!!

Unprofessional and lack of customer service

Ive brought a few of my cars here for different things and Ive never had a problem. From car alarms, remote starts, sound systems never once had a problem. Just recently came and got a new touch screen radio installed and they did a really good job. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Overall this place is terrible don’t waste your time setting an “appointment” for services that should have been taken care of the 1st time around…tried to give me my car back with terrible sound & without goods that were discussed during the “deposit “ stage…very slow turnaround…bad management…stay away

Got a remote start for my mom as a gift. Guys were very helpful with the different options available and good prices. Other shops didn’t take the time to explain a lot of things. She needed a new battery as well and they gave her a good price on that too. Will be coming back for more work on our family vehicles.

I made a appointment with them on a Wednesday for 10 am that upcoming Friday. I went in for my appointment and the guy at the front desk asked me what I wanted to do to my car. I told him and he gone say, we can do it but I only put you down for a hour slot and we are booked for tomorrow as well but just bring it back tomorrow . Very unprofessional with that. Why make a appointment and dont follow through with it. Nah for that ill take my hard earned money some where else buddy.

I Bought a Full sounds system from them. I Love it. Great install and answered all my questions another shop wanted to charge me more for just one 12”. They sold me DigitalDesign sound system. It’s the best.

UPDATE: After speaking to owner RICK&Tim we were able to hash things out and they both took care of the situation with my lights...life is about mistakes and correcting them and that’s what they did...I can appreciate when a business make a mistake and takes full ownership of it and correct the problem...Everybody needs a second chance and I’m glad that I gave them one! Im usually not a person to write a review especially since its been quite a while that it happened but i could never stopped thinking about the fact that i lost some beautiful, great headlights so i was very disappointed at this place. It started with that me and my brother noticed that my car needed new lights and my brother went out of his comfort zone and decided to get LED headlights instead of the regular headlights so he spent a lot more than he should of but he said it was worth it. Once we got the headlights he said he trusted this place to install them. The day we got them installed we loved how they turned out except their was a harsh line on the right side but we said its fine they still work and look really nice. Then I was very happy with my new headlights but after a few months i was on my way home and noticed the right side started flickering and dimmed down but then went back to normal. I told my brother about it and he said hopefully it wasnt something serious. Then again a couple days later it happened again except it stayed the same so my brother said Ill call and see if they could take a look. They were completely understanding and said they would fix it,no charge. They noticed the issue and fixed it but they made it worse. Again after like a week it did it again but then the the right side completely turned off the only things that was still on was the ring. At that point we said they messed up the $800 headlights we got. I am now so disappointed because we tried to see if we could figure something out and try to get then fixed but there was nothing to do so we lost a total of $1000 including the installation to get nice headlights and they only lasted a few months.Till this day a year later Im still mad at the fact that I have dealt with my headlights looking like this. In order to even have both headlights on I have to change the bulb every month or two.We actually did reach out to you when we first noticed something was wrong with them and it just made them worse.

Found this place via Groupon and used them. Staff is nice, friendly and knowledgeable and the work was done to my satisfaction and no issues with it so far. Space was neat and clean as well. Was a little disappointed that I made a blank initial trip because they failed to mention they didnt allow any waiting at the time due to COVID-19 and I had to reschedule.

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR!!! The experience as a whole was horrible. I took my car in for a simple radio and camera install. Was told before hand it was a one day process. That was a lie. Took them three days, probably longer if I didn’t need my car back, with no update on what was the hold up. When I finally did get my car back, I was in such a hurry that I jumped in, tested the radio and camera, and took off. That’s where me as the customer was naïve. I should of checked EVERYTHING. Unfortunately, I was going out of town and wouldn’t be back for 2 weeks. I get back and take my car on a store run. I hit a little bump and look at the pictures below. First, I noticed the shifter portion lifted. It made me pull over and examine it and I saw it was missing some screw underneath. That’s when I drove back home to do a more thorough check of my car. Middle compartment loose and missing screws, compartment under steering wheel loose and missing screws, and broken little part pieces on the driver side floor. Ridiculous. Do not waste your time or money here. Also, the radio was placed very poorly and the bracket was install incorrectly. I will be getting all of this repaired at a location that knows what their doing.

My boy Tim really hook me up. I got a remote start and alarm installed in my 2006 Chrysler 300c..... the work is amazing, you cant even tell that there was any work done...... He is very professional and knows what hes doing..... I strongly recommend going to forza for your custom needs......

This shop does great work. They installed a separate battery in my wifes 2003 Lexus Es 300 for her sound system. The did an awesome, neat, and clean job. I definitely will go back. Stay away from Unitek down the street they left a dent in my wifes car on the top part of her trunk that perfectly matched a speaker they just took out the back. It took over 5 days to review their surveillance tapes and upon the review a period of time off the tape mysteriously disappeared. Im taking both of my Lexus cars to Forza for any audio needs.

I went into Forza to get all four of my tires switched and i loved it! They have a very friendly staff who are fast, efficient and very knowledgeable about what they are doing. Price was very reasonable and service was top notch! My car now runs like a brand new one! Will always be coming back to Forza to get my car done.

I just want to say that this shop is amazing at what they do the owner is really nice and the employees know what theyre doing I just had an aftermarket alarm with remote start installed and Im very satisfied I would recommend anybody to go here any day of the week these guys deserve the business. they offer great prices as well.

Took my car here 3 times for a sound system install, employees acted like they didn’t want to work on my car, and kept my car for over 5 hours, didn’t have any equipment for sale music sounded like trash once done, had them redo it and add extra battery, came back 5 hours later and nothing was done to my car. Owner tried to make right by giving me free LED lighting in my car but one of the strips only half of the lights worked... bad placement of rca cable jacks and overall bad wiring job, had to pay $1000 for someone to fix their mistakes.... please do not take your car here, they don’t deserve your business

Had a remote start and alarm put on one of my trucks back in 2017. I had issues with it since day 1. The remote never connected. Had to hit the remote start button minimum 3 times while standing 20 feet away. Same with the door unlock. Brought it in 3 times to get fixed, and I wanted the truck to run longer. They told me I had to put new door lock switches in and that was my problem. They didnt even raise the run time of the remote start. I went to get new remotes for my truck today. They want 65 for a 1-way remote that I found at another local shop for 45, and 145 for the 2-way remote I found at a shop for 80. My remote start wasnt installed right so another shop has to tear apart my truck to figure out what wire they didnt hook up. Btw had a remote start put on my work truck (the door lock switches dont work at all) and they lock and unlock without any issues with the remote

They installed a remote start in my manual car. It started with the factory fob by simply locking the door. I was never told that would be a possibility and the car took off.

Ive recently had LED headlight bulbs installed in gfs car here and these guys again did a great job! They use premium headlight bulbs that last and do not flicker at all. 3 years ago I installed LED headlight bulbs on my car and they are still running and just as bright as ever and am so glad I got them now for my gfs car. Over the years Ive also had radios, speakers, and a custom sub woofer box made with them and all turned out great. Customer service is also top notch and they care about their customers. My experience with this shop does not compare and these guys know what they are talking about. They also are very reasonable in pricing and do quality work. They are truly my one stop shop for all my car customization needs. I already have them in line for more work to be done on my vehicles.

This place is amazing! I had a remote start put in my sons car for Christmas and like their work, so I took my 1977 limited edition Firebird over to Rick. He managed to find heavy duty actuators so I can have power windows and locks; he put in an alarm and a stereo with speakers WITHOUT DAMAGING THE ORIGINAL INTEGRITY OF THE CAR! Forza is the only place I will ever go to get custom work done on my cars

I would have liked to have graded them better, however, I have no basis for that. I called on the phone and asked for prices on a car stereo installation. The person seemed knowledgeable and said that I could come in and they could install a stereo for me. I decided to head towards the shop. When I arrived I sat in the main area for 15 minutes before anyone came out from the back (understandable I suppose). When He reached to show me the model of the CD player he found that the box was empty and they had no more in stock. They offered to sell me a more expensive CD player but I declined. The gentleman working was polite and apologetic but the work was never done. I drove 45 minutes there, waited 15 minutes, and then drove 45 minutes home. Giant waste of time.The second star in the rating is for the gentleman who answered the phone and was at the shop, while he was unprepared he was knowledgeable, professional, and polite throughout the encounter.

Great place,n great guys running the place. They are geniuses, theres nothing they cannot do. Quick high quality custom work on any vehicle. From sports cars to family vehicles they do it all for a good price. They care about their customers.

Three weeks later they still didn’t have them. Awful customer service, wouldn’t return phone calls it was a nightmare. Rick is unprofessional and Tim is a liar. I needed a speaker install and my system checked. The job was fast and I even got a suggestion on what I can do to improve my sound system. I will definitely return to have that work done. I will make Forza the place for me to to have my installs.

I had an appointment but wasnt my car wasnt taken in till a hour later, no explanation was given. There were other people there that had been waiting for at least 3 hours. I dont know but to me thats not good. I would have liked to at least be given an option of rescheduling if I didnt want to wait.

They were absolutely amazing. I got my mom remote start for Christmas and whenever parents got stuck in traffic and couldnt make it (as we were driving from 2 hours away), they were extremely polite and understanding. In addition, they provided extra service the following week when we rescheduled. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Got wheels and HiDs. Plus they fixed a humming problem I had on the sounds on my BMW that no one else could figure out. Best at custom work.

OMG..We were so impressed with the shop and the customer service..a few days later we took our car in to have FORZA do the work..Originally we were just looking for an autostart installed on our car... but for a bit more we were able to get a high quality Alarm along with the Automatic Start..After the quality product and service we received.. we will be bringing in our truck to upgrade our stereo system.I strongly recommend you visit Tim at FORZA for your needs..... ALARMS... STEREOS...RIMS..ect...I KNOW YOU WILL BE HAPPY..

Horrible customer service. They missed my appointment. They are understaffed because no one around to answer phones the right way. They arent BBB accredited. You can go at your own risk. They cant guarantee a great job.

Rick has promised this situation would get taken care of and EVERYTIME I go there Ricks not there and nobody at Forza has any clue how to get ahold of him. Im extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and management. Cant believe this place is still in business with how poorly its ranI tried to be patient but this is getting ridiculous.

Decent prices, good workmanship, good service.Ive taken three vehicles to Forza because they have good options available, and theyre helpful. I was disappointed by their audio installation service quality a couple times, but they always resolve the issue immediately if there is one.

Walked in and told them what I was looking for. They quickly recommended me what to get and set up and estimate of price and time. Great place and very good prices.

I live in Hammond Indiana, so after being serviced poorly at Sounds like Security, I decided to take the drive over to Lansing. I was greeted kindly by the young lady at the front desk, and she advised that I speak to Rick about what I needed. My subwoofers were hooked up completely wrong at the other shop and I was so pissed about spending money over and over again but not getting the sound quality I was used to. Rick explain to me exactly what I needed to do and his guys did an excellent job. I will continue to have all my work done here at Forza. Quality work with great pricing. Please, dont sleep on this place. I HIGHLY recommend Forza Customs!

Rick (owner), went above and beyond to fix some customer service issues that I previously had on my initial visit. The work they do is clean and of quality.

Went to try and have a custom box made. They offered to order me an A Trend pre fab for $225. Found the same box online for $115. Minimal selection. Tried buying some RCAs. Last week they were $5 each, this week were $20 each. $10 at walmart. This is why I rather shop online.

Very good installation. Prices seemed reasonable. My issue is as a return Coustemer . Rear speaker out . I took in for service. Ok problem resolved. NOT !!! I love stereo sounds . The installer hooked my rear speakers on one circuit. Meaning they were as one . Without the sounds of Stero . I was upset. I live In Aurora Illinois an don’t have the time to travel 1.5 hours for something that should have been fixed properly the first time . Or at least given me a say so on the matter. I was charged for incomplete work !
