The two guys in the shop made the process very easy. They let me talk them through what I needed to get done to my phone, they explained how they would do it and how long it would take, and they had it done by the time they said they would. They did a very nice job with it too, the screen looks just like new. The back glass still needs to be replaced, but they gave me a time estimate on when the glass would be in, how long it would take to replace it, and even guaranteed me the buy one get one half off price despite the second service being done later on. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

My sister was with me when I came into the store. I had been into this store before. She lives in California and had not been in a store but ordered on line r by phone. She was impressed with the young gentleman that assisted me. She said the same as I did, she will go back when she has the need. We both were impressed with the selection and the customer service. I liked the online ordering and they had my battery ready and quick. The only thing i didnt like was the customer service. The man at the register was very well rude and sarcastic, said i had a pickup order and he said name...i said my name and he didnt here me then said name in a more sarcastic and rude tone. They did put the acid in the battery for me but other then that i felt very unwanted.

$summary: $50 more expensive-takes 2 attempts to get it fixed-didnt call when it was for real fixed-took 9 days lomger longer than promised-wasted fuel and my time to pick up an ipad that was still broken. fyi no discount was given for hassle.$50 more expensive than their competetors on the west side of town, told me it would be fixed no later later rhan the following day, but suprise -it was not. they called me yet another day but i was 6 hours away so i had to wait another day. i go in check it out and it does not work. i hand it back and the guy just responds :what? i repeat myself though i knew he knew what i said. He plays with it and says that it worked earlier and that they would call me the second it was really ready . i waited about a business week to call. after cocncluding,they were not. some kid answers i ask ask if it is ready, he respomds:yep. i repeat: are you sure yep. i get there check it out the screen was making a crackling sound but it was functioning unlike the previous time they claimed it was. i dealt one other time with another franchise of this company before. in grand rapids. equally horrible experience. it is my fault i gave them a second chance

I brought an iPhone in to have the screen repaired. When I picked it up, my internal settings were modified and the RFID antenna and proximity sensor were broken. I brought it in the next business day, the phone was again repaired, and the problems persisted. Keep Tyler far away from your devices. Jay seems to be at least decent, but equally unhelpful.Don’t get your phone fixed here. There are plenty of similar businesses within a mile or two with consistently better service, with respect to both customer and hardware.

Item was paid for online at a certain store simply because I was told from the website it was in stock. However not long after I made my purchase I received a phone call that oh we dont actually have that particular battery in stock. Probably be in later in the week.

After taking my time to fill out a survey, I continue to get emails asking me to fill out a survey. If they cannot keep track of a simple thing like that, I am afraid of I do have issues I will have problems. Totally unacceptable.

Online order was filled promptly and email notification sent. Battery was ready for pickup upon arrival and core charge was refunded promptly. Nice guy waited on me.

It took a couple phone calls to get the right battery ordered but in the end Sean helped me order the right battery for the sump pump system that my plumber recommended (sealed marine battery). Ordered it online to get discount (thanks for the tip Sean). Pick up at the store was easy, the salesman carried the old battery into the store and put the new one in the trunk of the car for me (they weigh like 50#). I am now trying to submit the $10 rebate for it and this is turning out to be a bit of a hassle. I have to photocopy the original receipt and print out the online rebate form (I cannot print from my computer), so this is turning out to be more difficult than it sounds.All in all, happy with customer service, great employees, cheerful and very knowledgeable. The customer website/rebate system could use a little revamping to make it an hassle free experience for the customer.UPDATE 12/2019: Have come back to this store two more times to have phone screen replaced. First time the store beat the other stores prices. Second time I came back was because of price and service I was happy with the first time my phone was fixed. The second time I got a discount for being a repeat customer, which I appreciate. We took our key fobs to Batteries Plus Bulbs because we were getting a low battery message. The staff was very helpful. They took the time to test all of our key fobs and explained everything to us in understandable terms. I had no idea my key fob actually had a key inside it. The customer service and repair of my phone screen was phenomenal. I went to get my screen fixed and it was done within the hour AND they replaced my battery free of charge due to it being so old and not cutting back on.I truly appreciate all of the staff like the Manager J who made sure we had the best experience and Corey who we initially spoke with.

Customer service wise, My account manager keeps in constant touch to see if I need anything, they typically have the items in stock and will deliver them right to you. I had a broken phone screen and underperforming battery and made an appointment late last night to get the phone fixed. I get got half off the battery repair because I was having two services in one visit, and I got another 10$ from an online coupon and another small discount in the store. They were very efficient and helpful. My appoint was at 8:30 and I was out of there with my phone (so far working really well!) at 9:10. I also got some advice from another service member about my phone fob while my phone was being fixed and I think that problem is fixed as well!

Very helpful people but the service repair on phones suck. They fixed my galaxy s7 3 times & the screen keeps bleeding. Great place to buy car batteries from but avoid getting a Samsung phone fixed here.. not worth the cost & headache.

This place is great! Replacement screen on Note 5 was $80 cheaper than Genius Phone Repair, the staff was more friendly, and really worked hard to make sure I was happy with the work. Never going back to Genius, this is my new favorite place!

Today was my third time at this shop. The first two times I just brought in a couple of AA batteries for recycling. This time, I brought in a couple of electronics for recycling as well as a bed pump that was not functioning (I thought that its battery needed to be replaced). The staff member (Sean or Shawn) tested the different electrical components of the pump to find out that the battery was simply disconnected so I basically got my pump repaired for free. All of the staff that I talked to in this shop were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and were always about helping solve the customers problem rather than pressuring the customer to buy an item. I highly recommend this place.

Because I went there looking for a 850 cold cranking amp Duracell battery for my truck x 2, and I get home get them installed and find that they sent me home with 650 cold cranking amps so I had to travel 1/2 hour each way twice to get the battery that I needed. And they charged me for the 850 cold cranking amp. They did make it right with me but it just upset me that I had to drive so far twice for a stupid mistake like that and theyre in this business everyday.

I rarely give reviews but I have to give one to this store. I took my Samsung Galaxy S7 here to have the charging port fixed. Wasnt perfect the first time but thanks to the warranty I was able to come back to have it fixed again. Each time I came back the staff assured me that they have my phone covered so I felt relieved everytime. My S7 has finally been fixed to where it used to be so I just want to say how much I appreciate their customer service and how responsible they are in dealing with customer issues. They are the kind of people who you can trust to have your problem fixed, really glad I had my phone repaired here than anywhere else
