Great staff and large variety of clearance items

They had exactly what I needed, two times this week. In and out, no nonsense.

Very friendly staff called several times and so helpful in person. It is still there at the above location. From the street of torrence it looks like a empty building esp from the google pic but its actually acros fro chase in between cititrends and tops&bottoms. Look for two large red store signs. Sallys sign is on the lil arch. Theyre still there.

Worst Sally Beauty I have ever been to. They hardly re-stock & will string you along to come on shipment day only for them to still not have it. Also went in on a b2g1 & had a $10 off $20 coupon. First of all, the manager told us that only about 5 products were b2g1, but the entire line was. Altogether I was supposed to pay $11, but I was charged $23 because she did not pay attention at all to the coupon being incorrectly applied. I asked to receive the difference, but they chose to give me a refund on the gift card I paid with & then have me pay what it should have been... So now I am stuck with having to wait to be credited & go back again. Seriously, you should just go to another store & save yourself the hassle.
