I’m from out of state and needed an oxygen connector because I forgot mine. It is a little piece of plastic that connects my nose cannula to the long hose. Free with any oxygen company, but they refused to give/sell me one because I don’t get my oxygen from them. What part of out of state don’t they get???

Its Saturday and my dad needs urostomy supplies. Who would even think a store like this wouldnt be open? Just checked Google. Since its a holiday weekend apparently they wont be open until Tuesday. Unbelievable. Must be nice. I work at Sams Club. It would literally take a natural disaster and the destruction of the building for me to not have to work a weekend. Obviously 18 lb hams and huge cases of soda are more important than medical supplies. Our priorities are so out of whack in this country.

Part of the problem with the US healthcare system. They require yearly prescriptions for CPAP supplies and then only accept them by fax. They are no help in getting this done, even after you wait on hold for 15 minutes. If you can go somewhere else, do.

Normally really good, but would love to know why receiving a call earlier in the day about your supplies being ready to pick up allows you to cut the long line of other people who received calls about their supplies being ready to be picked up. Asked someone about it and they told me they would look into it, then went about their day avoiding eye contact with me the rest of my time there. Awesome.

Had covid-19 and Dr. Called in med equipment to keep me out of the hospital, they gave me the wrong equipment and couldnt get the rrt to answer the phone even after admitting they sent wrong equipment

I am very satisfied with the service I receive each time I visit my local Sparrow Medical Supply (Lansing). Traci in customer service was absolutely amazing. I feel she not only met my needs in a timely manner but was very friendly and easy to work with. Traci went above and beyond. Thank you!!

Went to the sparrow medical supply to get a glucose monitor was I formed it would be ordered and arrive in a day or two and they would contact us when it arrived. two weeks + called to check status only to be Informed they could not order, but no one contacted us to let us know.

We had full coverage for the breast pump for our new baby; just not with sparrow medical supply - a fact that they happily did not share with my wife. Typical corruption and greed in American medicine. Will gladly share this story with anyone who will listen. No wonder Sparrow system is so poorly regarded by everyone I talk to and is rumored widely to be floundering.

Go elsewhere! Ive had good service in the past but with my DX for a smart ResMed bipap, I have to wait a month to book an appt. The only other offer was a group appt. in a conference room with a bunch of other people. How can anyone get individualized attention in this setting. What about HIPPA??

Some of the staff try to be helpful, but their “policies and procedures” are asinine. They force people to go without needed supplies while they take their sweet time adhering to idiotic procedures. What’s worse is that they have a neat little arrangement with PHP that doesn’t allow you to go elsewhere.

After getting all my medical supplies here for many years, I got hold of a customer service representative that INSISTED I had to go ELSEWHERE with my prescriptions because, and I quote, Sparrow does not bill Medicaid or Medicare. Good job, employee /end sarcasm, because I know for a FACT that Sparrow DOES, indeed, bill those insurances as theyve billed them several times for me. If that person keeps turning away customers its not going to be good for business.

This morning I received an automated call about my CPAP that led to me calling into Sparrow Medical Supply. After waiting for 22 minutes on hold to speak to a rep and 5 more minutes on hold to speak to a respiratory specialist, I was asked to leave a voicemail because nobody could talk to me. Originally, this really frustrated me, enough to leave a poor review online.This afternoon however, I was rather pleasantly surprised to be contacted by a Sparrow employee who asked for details about my issues. He was very professional, courteous, and honest about their short handedness this morning. It builds a lot of good will to customers when a company acknowledges their concerns. I have been very pleased with their response and am looking forward to working with them in the future.

Each experience is frustrating. They have no customer service standards. I called to confirm an order and they just told me they have no way of knowing if the order for CPAP supplies had been placed (by them).Last time I ordered I was told they had ordered the wrong thing and I should bring it in, but when I got there they told me it was actually the correct thing. I feel very uneasy about the lack of support here.

Horrible customer service sheri there was extremely rude and acted like I was a drug addict trying to score when all I need was catheters when they have access to my medical record and can see that I have stage 4 kidney failure wont ever be back
