Great food!Great staff! Wish they was 24/7. Im from the south where we have waffle houses. There are zero in Michigan. Nearest one is below Toledo Ohio. They are great! I miss the greesey spoon cooking and smells. Best place as a comparison. Southern home cooked food is served at Fleetwood. Miss the smells and tastes of home and you are from the south. This is the best place to to go. Not bad for a Yankee state!!!

This is an outstanding place to have breakfast...and they dont skimp on the amount of food you are given either. In addition to having breakfast I have had their Turkey Dinner which was delicious.....just like Thanksgiving! Their prices are reasonable and the staff is outstanding.

A small, casual diner with a retro feel to it. Absolutely love their chili burger, and the Greek burger is a must-try. I am giving it 4 out of 5 stars because I havent yet had a side that I like. The fries are not my preferred style (definitely homestyle shoestring type), but the senator fries are worth a try.

Ive always heard about Fleetwood a d finally had the chance to check it out for myself and came away very impressed.The breakfast was excellent and the wait staff was even better...which is saying something these days with good help hard to find.Fleetwood has themselves another regular.

Had heard good things about the diner and was looking forward to the experience. When we arrived the floors looked dirty. Upholstered seating looked worn. Pictures on wall were heavily sun-faded. I tried to look past those items, but the place looked like it was well overdue for both a deep cleaning and a remodeling. Wait staff was courteous but did make a few serving errors. Biggest one which could be a food health violation was taking my plate already served at our table back to the grill to get a missing item I had ordered. Should have brought item out on a new plate. Second error was bringing the whip cream can used by the cook to our table for us to use. Maybe our waitress was new. Not a good experience here. They could have had an off day. Food was just ok.

Best club sandwich on the planet! It had a thick slice of ham and a thick slice of turkey breast, not lunch meat, and a generous amount of bacon. It was so big I had to take some home because I couldnt eat it all. Highly recommend it! Also, the menu has so many choices its hard to choose!

Sad day when I have to leave a review like this been coming to fleetwood for years food is generally on point and great. Today however the issue isnt the food the issue is your 24 hour sign is on theres a young lady behind the counter but your front door is locked so I figure Ill try to call to see whats up....no answer that is an issue and an unacceptable one. Change your set hours...

As always, the food is extremely tasty and plenty of it. Our server was busy, but attentive. My wife and average at least 1 visit a week. You really cant go wrong here.

So many flies inside there i bet theres larva growing... hashbrowns and fries never cooked long enough. Underneath the tables there filled with dried food and dead flies, candy and gum. I feel the health department needs to make a unexpected visit. It used to b so much cleaner and food was awesome!

I wanted to place a pick up order but was on hold for over 30 min to were I drove all the way to Zeus ordered through the drive through and got my food in minutes.....So if you have been calling in the past hour and havent been able to get a hold of anyone over the phone. Well this is why, oh and they never did come back to the phone obviously. Soooo I just hung up.

Classic little diner...had cheese fries that were SUPER GOOD! my son had a burger & onion rings. OMG! The onion rings were delicious! Very very good! My son was super happy & satisfied w his cheese burger...he was so full! He cant wait to go back!I was told that most folks have vinegar w their cheese fries...its a really big thing there!

The entire place is so grimy. I love dive spots so a regular amount of “old diner” is acceptable to me but you could just feel the filth in here. I counted over 25 giant flies in our section. I would suggest they close for a deep clean day ASAP. The other star is for our polite server.

Food was good. I had the steak and eggs and the steak was thin and a little over cooked.i am glad they automatically give you steak sauce, otherwise the steak would have had no flavor at all.eggs hash browns and toast were good though. employees were very friendly. working hard but still smiling.

We ordered a mix of breakfast food and dinner food, all which was really delicious, the only issue I had was that the biscuits and gravy is a little too much gravy, but seriously, everything was so delicious!! After an awesome dinner at Fleetwood last night, we returned to check out their breakfast. The food was great and the staff is perfect. They all help each other, your coffee and water stay topped off, and theyre super nice to the customers.Previous review:Erica took care of us and was wonderful. We tried Fleetwood Diner for the first time because my wife was jonesing for mash potatoes and gravy and Fleetwood looked like it might do the trick. It did. She ordered the roast beef and gravy and it was off the charts, even Guy fieris charts! The servings were very generous and we both got mashed potatoes she got the beef gravy and I got the chicken gravy and we shared and I give them both an A. The cole slaw was perfect, super fresh, as was my wifes salad, and the homemade Greek salad dressing was simple and lovely. We will be back to this hidden gem!!! We thanked the two gentlemen doing the cooking; they are right up there end you can see their whole workspace and I just cant believe they did all that with with a relatively small space.

Our waitress was awesome. Love how other staff help one another. Now thats a team!!!!. First time eating there and it wont be the last..

Food is absolutely amazing! The staff is friendly and are very attentive to your needs. The booth we sat in has a drip from the ceiling which was weird. I hope they fix it soon. One of my families favorite restaurants in the Lansing!

I went once two years ago and ordered a steak. I was extremely disappointed as it was 1/4 inch thick.I have heard numerous people say this is a good place and decided to give it another try. This time I went for breakfast and ordered the hippy hash breakfast with gyro meat. It was delicious! Would definitely go back again. Just stear clear of any steaks

When people DINE IN...typically you stay seated unless you need to use the restroom or to pay/leave. You DO NOT get up and have to go hunt down the waitress/waiter to get silverware ect...because theyre too busy EATING and talking to other coworkers. No No No...😲

Had some friends visiting from out of town. Brought them here today for breakfast. As we entered the restaurant we were told hi just sit anywhere. After we sat down we hadnt even had a chance to view menu when our server comes over says you ready to order. We asked for a few more minutes to look at menu and our server huffs and turns away with an attitude. We were not impressed. We werent even done eating and the server then comes over saying you ready for your check yet. We felt rushed. Food was good but serviced sucked

The Fleetwood diner used to be clean. For the quality of the food is still good however the environment is not. Its just a dirty diner.

This location is a good place to eat. Food is accurate and the waitresses are good. The bathrooms are clean too. Its nice they are open 24 hours since nobody else is. Ive started going on a regular basis.

Diner had flies all over the window. The food was pretty good. We smelled bad like grease when we walked out. It took a long time to order.

I go here a lot. I really liked this place. Most things are cooked from scratch. There is a homeless shelter across the street so the clientele is a little eclectic but very nice. The food is always good up and down the menu. You just can not go wrong. Service is amazing. Grill cooks know how to cook.
