Bright and clean facility with professional, polite and friendly staff. Everyone was wearing masks and safety precautions were evident which is greatly appreciated. I was helped immediately and received what I needed. A very positive experience. Thank you.

Very stressful experience at this location. I bought a new phone through apple, went into this store to have it activated on my already existing account. I was the only customer in the store and the associate (farrah) that helped me acted like I was the biggest inconvenience. She had to keep walking away to do things and would huff and puff/ sigh every time. Then pretty much yelled at me because she thought I had already set the knee phone up (which I hadn’t). Then it came time for me to accept the agreement on my old phone and when I was reading over it, it said that there would be an extra charge of $18/month. I asked her about that before I accepted it and she very rudely said “you’re going to call and cancel that, I already wrote it down for you”. When she could have simply just informed me of that before sending me the agreement to accept. Will not be going back to that location if I can help it.EDIT: my bill had the $18 charge on it and when we called they said she never should have activated my phone the way she did. This store needs to get some better educated employees.

Very stressful experience. Had to come to the store because the online website experienced issues and the representative told us the only way to proceed was to go in person. We wanted to simply set up internet at our new apartment and had to jump through hoops every step of the way. None of our cards worked with their reader, all visa/Mastercard, we tried 3 different ones (trust me, they work everywhere else), and the representative had to restart the entire process because their system took so long.

I came to this location for a pretty simple request, to pickup my starter kit for Xfinity internet. I’m using my own equipment, so all I needed was a coax cable. The free streaming TV device was also part of my order, but the customer service rep decided I didn’t need it since I have a smart TV. I’m moving to a new location over the weekend, and need internet Monday morning as I work remote. The customer service rep asked why I couldn’t just pick it up in the area my new apartment is in, and I explained the situation. She noted they are open until 5 on the weekends, but I wanted to ensure I had the starter kit since I was moving on Sunday and wasn’t sure I could make it to the local location by 5pm. She overall seemed very uninterested in helping me out, and even said there’s probably already a cable in the apartment I’m moving into because the previous tenant just canceled their service. This all seemed quite unprofessional as I thought my request was pretty simple. After reiterating that I need to guarantee I have internet Monday, she reluctantly gave me the coax cable. I guess I don’t need everything I ordered? I see why this location has such a poor rating. But, they have a monopoly on these types of services, so you’re at their mercy.

I have had Xfinity for 20 days, I cant take it . It makes me physically sick to try and talk to a human being . The automated system just keeps asking me the same questions. I just want to ask simple questions and never can . Very frustrating, I hate this company.

The worst experience, I have ever had. Ever.We had an appointment set up by customer service after talking to 4 people on customer service trying to purchase 2 new phones under the currebt $350 deal.Upon arrival it seems like they knew nothing about the appointment, we were told we could never get that promotion because we are current customer. We were told again that to receive the same $700 discount that a new customer would get we would have to add a new google phone number n pay for an extra lineThen the manager proceeded to tell me that she thinks its false what I said.

This place is horrible!!!!!!!!! The young man at the front desk and the manager was rude and rushing! Neither of them didn’t care about helping fix an issue with my phone or SD card, when there was clearly something wrong.They had me going back and forth from there to Apple about 3 times! After today I will MOST definitely be switching to a new carrier! Never using Xfinity for anything EVER AGAIN!!

This maybe the worst company on earth. I hate them with every fiber of my being. They always try to charge you with hidden fees. There data caps are a joke, just another way to nickel and dime you. Pick any other options for service if you have it. I can imagine it would be hard to choose something else with their regional monopoly.

None of the good employees work there anymore. They are useless and cant help you with anything. Im turning in my equipment and switching to lightspeed. I liked going there but with them recently letting all the employees go its horrible. The service is also so expensive. This company doesnt deserve anyones money, they are the corporate example of whats wrong with america and lack and respect for customers and employees.

It appears xfinity must regularly delete their location to clear negative reviews from it. But Ive had them for two years and every year they always up my price without warning and refuse to refund me when I try to renew the contract. They want you to spend 2+ hours on the phone with a representative that has no power to do anything. Their sticker price will never be what you actually pay. I am posting again because my contract renewed and I cant say how annoyed I am that they are even trying to cheat at google reviews - rather than simply offering better customer service they manipulate information on the internet.

TD pushed me away from Comcast. I was in two days in a row to try and get the best price to switch back from AT&T and today was treated poorly because I questioned the pricing based off what I priced off the internet. When I told him I was going to stick with what I have his was response in a snide tone was good luck with an inferior product. You have lost a customer forever and I will NEVER recommend your store to anyone.

Xfinity internet is ripping people off by charging for overages that do not exist. They charged me $70 just in “overage” fees for one month. I cancelled and switched to Frontier the next month and my data usage is not even half of what Xfinity Comcast stated I used. They are horrible. Their customer service would not assist or provide me proof of my actual usage.

I bought internet service in my apartment. I had to cancel service because the apartment I was so posed to rent ended up not working out. So I called xfinity and cancel my services before they sent me my router. I was so posed to get a refund from the internet company. Still nothing. I’m trying to get a hold of them. No one picks up or responds to me. Very unprofessional internet provider. Do not get this company for your internet or any other needs.
