I play Yugioh here every Thursday and sometimes Sundays. The staff is super cool and knowledgeable. Russ is a really good guy. If you want anything trading cards related, this is the place to stop by.

Best card shop in the mid Michigan area, they do a lot to help out players searching for cards. They are open for giving suggestions. Great prices. Place normally has enough traffic to find someone to play either magic or other games with, when just stopping in.

Very impressed by the employees level of knowledge. Really appreciate the staff going through all my MtG cards to find the treasure cards. Sold my cards to them for store credit and bought a case of Heroclix. The staff went above and beyond when they had issues with their distributor. Love this place.

Lots of fun to meet new people and the tables for different games are one of the main reasons for coming. Generally supplies needed are around and if they arent the staff is open to orders. Wonderful place all around. Bathrooms can definitely be cleaner though... yuck.

My favorite local place to pick up paints! The owner is always an incredibly nice gentleman (at least I think its the owner? Hes there most of the time) and always has a smile on his face. If theres a paint I need not in stock, they always make sure it can be ordered, but their selection is always pretty good. Lots of friendly folk, I hope to play some Warhammer or Magic here when this pandemic is finally over! Next to some great local restaurants, too!

Evolution Games is the best local gaming store in the area. Larry is especially helpful and knowledgeable on a wide range of games.

I went to evolution to get some new packs of cards that had just come out for my son. He was working and they have limited hours right now so I went and got them. Employees were helpful and I got in and out with no problem.

Seems like a nice enough place to game. Folks on-hand were conversational and very willing to answer questions. 40k/MTG focused merch for sale, but good selection therein. Maybe some reno/reorganizing going on, but reasonable facility otherwise, with lots of space and tables/terrain. Id absolutely go back if I end up playing 40k again.

Evolution has a large amount of space for gaming with friends, as well as a great selection of paints and brushes for painting miniatures and the like. Theres also a fair selection of tabletop games available for purchase. Definitely worth checking out if youre looking for some gaming space for a meet-up or just looking to stock up on painting supplies.

Evolution Games is GREAT! I have been attending sessions of Werewolf Legacy here, and the staff has always been helpful and accomodating as far as where we set up. The selection of games is also very good. I bought a copy of King of Tokyo Halloween yesterday at a reasonable price. I also like the new location of the store, as there seems to be much more parking.

We went today (saturday) around 3:30 and it was closed. I get limited hours due to covid but the sign said it was only open mon, wed, Fri 2-6. My husband woundnt even get off work in time on those days. We really wanted to expand our game collection so we went to Barnes and noble and spent 37 and then found a used game on Facebook for 30. We would have probably spent that money at this store had it been open because we like supporting stores like this. We wish they had more reasonable hours but at this point they wont be open when we could go so thats why the 1 star. Hopefully they update to better hours.

Smallish game store with limited merchandise offerings. What they do offer thats really, really worthwhile is room for gaming: Warcraft, Magic the Gathering, D&D Adventurers League, and more. Every night has something going on. Theres also a small supply of snacks and beverages available for purchase

A cool shop with a variety of games and accessories. Everything from dice and cards covering the popular products such as Magic the gathering and pokemon to the more obscure properties such as Argent saga. Books for roleplaying games of all interests including D&D and Legends of the Five Rings, both core rulebooks and supplements for adventures.

Extremely friendly and helpful. Were not from the area and stopped in on a whim. Store is very nicely laid out and organized. Easy to get around even with lots of others present. Game tables are a great edition in any store. We purchased lots of MTG and are definitly planning a return visit (despite the hour+ drive from our part of the state) for not only cards but 40k.

Great place to get Dungeon and Dragon miniature figurines. Plenty of paints. Wish I could paint. They didnt have c any of the painted figurines in Stock yesterday. My sister and I were getting them for my nephew and the associate was very helpful. We didnt feel out of place even though we really were. Seems like it would be a great place to gather to meet friends to game. Saw lots of people come in so must be a good place

Evolution Games was the best magic store I have ever been to Larry was a really hard worker he helped me find all the cards I needed (which were well over 60) and at a good reasonable price because I have gone to other places before and they priced the cards far too high. I will never go to another mtg store without going here first. Thank you Evolution Games.

I went there for the first time today and it was amazing. I had a list of 25 mtg cards that I needed and they were commons, uncommon, and bulk rares. Nothing in the show case so I had to search through un organized cards only organized by color. The guy working the cash register (didnt catch his name) he asked me if I was looking for something and I laughed and showed him my list and said I was gonna be here a while. He without hesitation came out from behind the counter and helped me look through the cards and we were able to find 9 of the cards I needed. He then told me about all the sales they had going on and they were some good sales so I bought a aether revolt bundle from them. I had a great experience here and will definitely be back to buy more cards and to play games.

I stopped in while in Lansing for a work training. Within a couple minutes of browsing one is the managers named Mike walked over and started talking to me. He asked if I had time to play some games and offered to teach me the star wars card game. He then taught me marvel legendary deck builder. We played both games and really had a great time. I could tell that he spends time to get to know his customers. Really great service and I never felt pressured like I had to buy something. They had a good selection of everything from board games to minatures and card games. Also a lot of tables for gaming. I will definitely be going back the next time I am in town.

Every experience Ive had here has been great. Youll find a great selection of table top games, mtg singles and products, etc. Whenever Ive dropped by, the staff are friendly, the prices are fair, and there are often friendly gamers up to play a number of different games, easily my favorite gaming store in mid Michigan.

Great place to set up and play games you like with your friends or to meet new people. A place where you could play DND, Magic, Warhammer, Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh or what ever you could imagine. Too bad they closed.

Really nice store, they had a great selection of miniatures for different game systems and good basing materials. They also have a friendly staff and the store is large and clean, it looks like a fun place to wargame or play Magic the Gathering.

They had the binder I needed but the service was awful. Had to find the cashier so I could actually check out. No one was there to answer questions or provide assistance. Also smelled like smoke and was strong enough to make me cough.
