Such a beautifully curated, inclusive space. Aura and her staff do an amazing job of making you feel welcome, important and loved. Its like coming home to see a friend every time I visit. Thank you for being such a light in the community and offering great items for every personality - but even more important - such a special atmosphere. The personalized service and smell good gift wrapping are just the cherry on top!!

Talk about shopping therapy. You are greeted with kindness and love, there is good music and it’s like being in a museum. There is beauty in every spot your eye looks. This is my go to for gifts and Aura and her staff are absolutely amazing!

Very rude to us when walking into the store. Make sure you bring a mask even if your vacinated or she wont you in. Went next door instead to Bradleys HG where we received a warming welcome and spent my money. Will never go to October Moon again, nor would I recommend the store. This was our first time shopping in Old Town.

This shop is beautifully-curated and you’re sure to find the best gift for anyone on your list. The kind employees offer an excellent shopping experience and the gift wrapping is so helpful. Pricing is fair and I was able to find a wide variety of Christmas gifts here. Definitely recommend.

This place is wonderful, such a great selection of items and the staff are always kind. They are doing a great job with covid, they have you ring a doorbell to enter so they can limit the capacity.

If you need that special gift, buying for that hard to buy for person or just want a treat for yourself....this is the place to go! Staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and will wrap up your purchase beautifully. They always ask if I want a gift receipt and I always chuckle. No one would ever return a gift from October Moon!

They are awesome. Lots of help and all kinds of unique kitchen, dining, bath, clothing and decorative handmade arts and crafts. I enjoy just wandering through the place and seeing new things. Of course they only stay in business if you buy the wondrous items they have for sale...so wander, lust, then buy what your heart desires. Enjoy!

October Moon is my favorite. Lovely, unique items - I can (and have!) spent over an hour just wandering and enjoying. However, the real draw is the unbelievable customer service. Examples include freshly brewed tea, gorgeous complementary gift wrap (hand-tied designer ribbon, scented tissue paper, holiday flower decor), and the owners personal assistance carrying gifts to the car. This past Christmas, I accidently left one small gift in the store. Aura (the owner) offered to bring it to my house, but I told her I would pick it up at the store. When I did (on Christmas Eve day) she handed me a gift bag with the missing item, a lovely gift she had seen me admire, and a personal card. She takes service to a new level. I will always be a devoted customer!

I have lupus, iI Went with my daughter, walked around to look at everything they had, my daughter was getting upset, where she was standing waiting for me, she could see the sale lady following me around like Im going to steal something,. Nothing like making your customers feel like convicts. Some people have to stay covered up .. lupus. We wont be going back to that place.

Nice items but overpriced. Everything is packed tight on shelves and when my winter coat brushed a ceramic spoon holder ($36!) and it shattered on the concrete floor, the cashier had me pay for it. Not a place I want to go back to even though if the clerk would have been more forgiving I would tell more people about it. Oh well. Never again.

Dont loose your receipt, they will not even do an exchange. Even if the product may be defective. Did not expect this from what otherwise appears to be high-end store. Bad business move to loose a customer over a $12 product!
