I absolutely LOVE Polka Dots! You can’t walk in there without walking out with a shopping bag! They have the cutest clothes, unique style, and the staff/management is always so friendly! Polka Dots will always be my favorite local small business! I shop there for all my holiday gifts for all the fabulous women in my life!

Im so lucky and proud to call this fab shop and its owner my neighbor. They embody positivity in all that they do! Whenever Im feeling salty I just look in the window and my whole mood changes. Its gorgeous, has the sweetest dog in the world, and has little reminders of hope and strength everywhere. Love it, and adore the staff and Jen the owner.

Polka Dots is the best! They have such a variety of cute and unique merchandise, and the management/staff is always so welcoming and helpful. I have had only positive experiences at Polka Dots and will definitely be doing holiday shopping there!

Its a cute store, but it has rude management. When my friend inquired about when they were open, they replied by writing the hours on the back of a business card. However, when she walked away, they made a rude comment by saying we wouldnt want her here anyways. Again, the store is cute, but the way they treat their customer is uncalled for, especially asking a very simple question. I only give a 1/5 because they do have nice clothes, but poor customer service. This review is true, I would never post anything that was not said.

Our daughter Jenn is the owner of Polka Dots. She has sent some gifts to us recently that have been fun and enjoyable. Consider on-line ordering a gift to encourage someone during these stressful days. At the same time you will encourage Jennie as she tries to keep the business going. The Cake face soaping products are wonderful! “Muscle Aches”roll on really helps! Love the soaps...the scents are uplifting. Very cute tshirts ... we sent our son the “Wash your hands.” Also-great line of teas and bottles! Sent our niece a bottle for brewing loose leaf tea and a pillow with encouraging words.

I love to shop here for my mom and squirrelfriends, they have great clothes for every generation and the staff is always helpful on advice and details on their clothing. If you want something special then this is the place for you.

Cool and cute place.

Great store and selection of clothes, accessories and gifts you wont easily find anywhere. Plus I love that they carry ethical brands that give back such as Grace & Lace, Sak Sum, Elegantees, The Bright Project, Bridgewater Candles. It is my go to place to get an outfit or gifts and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and proffesional.

Got lost in this store. Closed my eyes and hoped to find the exit. Knocked over a stand instead. Had to pay for it. Great service.
