Great prices and selection... happy plants! I had a great lil photography adventure.

Received a bouquet arrangement last week. It was fabulous. Full, fresh, bright and fragrant. It was so packed with flowers I couldn’t get everything back in when I snipped the stems a couple days later. It still looks great a week later.

Floral Shop....The first time I ever ordered from here I was happy with what was delivered. Slight alter to flowers but no big deal they still looked good.Well, this time, very unimpressed. I understand they warn you that some things may need adjusted if they dont have what they need. BUT this time the arrangement looked absolutely nothing and I mean NOTHING not even close to what was in the picture advertised.With that being said, I dont think Ill ever trust them again to make me an arrangement unless I go there personally whichI live in Ohio and I sent to my bf in Lansing.I couldnt believe the picture he sent me. It was a complete change, no where near what they advertised in the picture at all. 🤔🤔🤔🤔

We met a kitty with thumbs today at the garden. Like, yeah, we bought flowers and stuff, but I cannot express enough how precious this kitty is. 10/10.

Went for the first time and it looks huge until you go in and realize it’s only one hoop house you can shop in (WHAT are they doing with ALL the other hoop houses?? There’s one tiny stand of produce and their website makes it sound like they have a bunch, a small area outside that had a terrible selection of perennials. Most everything there is not marked as to what it is or prices. I asked an employee and although she was nice she used an app on her phone to identify the plants because she didn’t know and the she didn’t know if it was annual or perennial. She said the annuals and perennials were just sort of mixed in. It was very weird and there’s no trees or shrubs so don’t bother if you’re looking for anything other than annuals to plant in pots. I definitely didn’t see anything that would cause me to try to go back there again.

I purchased several plants less than a week ago. I spoke with Jody, the manager after it was clear that one of the plants was dying. I simply requested a replacement. I was told there is no way she could determine if I caused the problem. Really!!! It was clear she was not interested in customer satisfaction! Next time I will return to Menards where this would not have been an issue!

Lots and lots of beautiful annual and perennial flowers artfully displayed. Other gardening staples such as peat moss and topsoil also.A wide selection of stone, stepping stones, shepards hooks etc is there too.Market average prices.Staff is available if there are questions.

First time shopper here and was very pleased with the experience! Large selection of different flowers and other plants. I will definitely be back in the future.

Thought after I saw a ad that they would have had more produce. Did not find their vegetable plant selection to be a good or varied and previous years.

I have never been in a garden store where the employees didnt leave the cash register, couldnt answer basic base questions about their own products. The planta are poorly marked and not in the greatest shape. Go somewhere else.

I rented a truck today to get landscaping materials for my yard. Lansing Gardens says they’re open till 6pm. Well they’re closed at 4:30 with no explanation or notification of reopening on door.Now I won’t have time to go somewhere else and get the rented truck back in time. Wasted money and time. In the future I’ll go to Hammond Farms where there actually open during posted hours.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my mother in Lansing for her birthday. The delivery service claimed my mother was not home even though she was home all day and said they would try again the next day. When my mother called to get some information on how to receive her bouquet she was told they only redeliver once and that she better be home. My mother then decided to stop by and pick them up instead so the woman on the phone told her to show up at 8am the next morning. When my mother showed up at 8am the facility was closed. Luckily a man came out to talk to her to tell her they don’t open until 10am. Luckily he gave them to her.

Went in December to buy a Christmas tree. Great selection, trees easy to see. They helped pack it up and load it. Great experience.

I found two mealybugs on the houseplants when I went here today (May 21, 2021), so I left right away. Pest are signs of an unhealthy plant, so I knew that it is not worth my time to look at other plants. I also did not want to infect my other plants at home with mealybugs or spend the time neem oiling my plant back to health.

I have always heard good thing about Lansing Gardens so I went to see about getting a couple plants.I was disappointed when I saw the selection and that many looked half dead.I ended up going to a different business to get what I needed.I totally support local businesses and will shop again and hope that I have a better experience.

They sell mulch in bulk. I bought a yard!

Beautiful, huge selection of everything. They have lots of garden decor and lovely little fairy garden items and pond items - lots more than just plants for sure. Good selection of herbs and hard to find plants as well as seeds, soil, mulch and compost. I got some Russian Sage and cow manure. Its a great place to go when you really have time to look at everything. An hour flew by and I still didnt get to see all they had to offer. I highly recommend!

If you want to surprise someone with a floral delivery, DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!I live in a secure apartment building in Bath. I was not home in the middle of the day on a Tuesday, so I missed the delivery. A tag was left on the door telling me to call them. When I did, the so called customer service was extremely rude and not at all helpful. I was told that I was very far out there and that the driver had already been out there once so if I wanted to come pick them up. A) The person who sent me flowers, paid for delivery. B) On your website, the FIRST city listed in your delivery area, is Bath. C) Youre telling me in your business youve NEVER ONCE had someone not home/available for delivery and had to try to deliver again!?!I will never use this florist and whenever I finally get my flowers to find out who they came from, you better believe Im telling them to never use this florist again either. HORRIBLE!

This is a wonderful place for plants of all kinds. Inside theres a little bit of house plants and fresh produce and cute pots and pretty things, outside there is flowers gardening supplies and fruit and veggies plants. Mulch and stone also. The people are always friendly and they even give out free popcorn!

They have a good selection of plants and gifts. Id give it 5 stars if they made the sign that says, this will show up on your banking account under a different name, not Lansing Gardens! I had a panic attack and thought Id been hacked!

I love the improvements to this place. It is a great place to get your soil. Also it has your average seasonal plants at the best price in town.i love the customer service and the perennials.

Wanted to like it as it is very close to where I live. Went there and they had little selection/variety. The perennial selection is pretty non existent.

My visit there was fine. I was looking for some outdoor plants annual and they had what I was looking for at a discount.

Its new and improved! I love all the remodeling theyve done. Very good selection of flowers and garden stuff in season. Theres also a florist that has beautiful arrangements. Fall and winter brings pumpkins and Christmas trees.

This business has been dramatically updated both inside and out. They have some 50 different colors of Mums for sale and prices are affordable. If you havent visited this place in a while, go check it out!

New owners have really made a lot of improvements to both inside and outside in appearance. The breeze way between the inside store and the greenhouse is a nice touch. They have added new inside and outside gardening supplies, a fresh cut flower shop, newly paved parking and a good selection of outside plants. We stopped to see if they carried bulk garden seeds, which they did not. The new owners talked with us and were very friendly. Overall a good experience.

Nice place but the selection is really lacking

This is an excellent local shop for lawn and garden needs! I have always been happy with my visits to this shop and will continue to go there for my landscaping needs.

Last year i was there to pick some greens as my family does every year and the field was not like it use to be the grass was so high it was as tall as i am and i am 4ft.11. The old owner made sure you could walk through and see what you were doing just hope its not like that this year i come from saginaw to shop there with my family there would like to see it better taken care of.

What a cute and reasonably priced nursery. I took my girls there and they loved it. Id highly recommend getting fresh flowers here.

Great place for spring flowers, tropical plants, and pond supplies including koi fish. They also have a flower shop, landscape supplies and services.

Its a great place to buy organic and fresh! Their garden veggies section allowed me to plant a lush garden of my own.

I enjoy shopping there they have many different varieties of plants. I also have never had a problem with the plants I have bought.

They had good advice and the product l needed.

Wow! What an improvement from the old company. Great people with awesome customer appreciation. Products were on average in line with other non big store greenhouses. Some people complaining about prices need to remember they dont have the bulk buying power of the big guys, but have better (imho), products.

The update that took place when it got bought by a new owner is a major improvement. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean and great selection of flowers.

This place is awesome, I bought two rather large plants and I was having a hard time trying to carry both of them and the cashier offered and did carry one to my truck for me! My hats off to this young lady!
