Great customer service. I called for service and I was given some simple advice which fixed my problem without having to have a service call.

Kevin and his team are amazing. Several issues with my seadoo spark from the drive shaft to the prop and impeller. They did everything in one day. Efficient and fairly priced. My ski is better than ever. Thanks Kevin and mike, Hands down best place in PB county

Kevin and his team are absolutely outstanding. The experience I had having them maintain my ski has been beyond any expectation from the second I called the shop to schedule drop off. Kevin is honest, genuine, caring, and just a good dude all around. I wouldn’t take my ski anywhere else and will send anyone needing a top mechanic to him. I called Palm Beach Watercraft to see if they could schedule a pre-purchase inspection on a jet boat that I was thinking about buying. While they werent able to schedule me in the time I needed, Kevin gave me an excellent explanation of everything I needed to know about jet boats and recommendations for boating in general. The wealth of info I got from him helped me avoid getting into a boat that may not have been the right choice for me. From the other reviews, I think its safe to say that he consistently provides solid information and service. If I needed any work done on a jet boat or jet ski, I wouldnt hesitate to contact them again. For now, Im off to continue my search for a new boat.

When a woman brings in a motor vehicle to any repair shop:Most guys light up and say “Cha Ching”.Well this didn’t happen at Palm Beach Watercraft (Mike and Kevin).They explained the safety issues that was wrong with my seadoo insteadof trying to up sell me parts and things I didn’t need.The little things they explained made my seadoo so much safer for me to ride by myself anywhere.And it rides like I have a new seadoo!!BEST SEEDOO REPAIR SHOP IN PALM BEACH COUNTY!!!Mike and Kevin: Kudos to you both!!!Call me so we can go riding!!!!!!
