Daylen and Jasmine help me today by switching my two lines from metro, 💓very sweet girls they help me transfer all my information to one phone to the other. This is the cricket store to go too . I did a good update 🙂.

Honestly I do not know if she is manager or not, but she definitely should be ! Yuri was such a wonder and she definitely helped with a really great deal. She is the sweetest and the most attentive young woman. I came to this store to fix a phone problem and she did everything she can. Loved the service ! Yuri is your go to person ! She is a seriously the most patient, sweet and immaculate person that works there.

Who in the actual hell is helping a customer and answers their personal cell phone on speaker phone, and has an entire conversation with their mother. Then tells her mom to hold on so she can help me. She helps me for a little while then she picks up the phone and props it on her ear and continues her conversation while she’s typing in the computer.I have never seen anything more unprofessional in my entire life.

Ive been going to this Cricket for years now, and they’ve always been friendly and helpful whenever I come in and need something done! Daylen helped us out today, and she was very patient with Verizon’s nonsense of transferring over. Keep it up guys!
