ACE is the place !!! for years, I have utilized the exceptional product line at ACE HARDWARE. Ace has an expert staff and if not experts atleast willing to go beyond the call of duty to accomodate the customers needs. On this past trip I went to pick up a unique spring for my pruners which would have been expensive to replace ...except ACE had what I needed ..and the price was great $1.39. Ace has never failed me for over 20years.

Ive always had a wonderful experience at Ace HardwareThis morning I called at 8:54 To find out about having a key fob cut For my car And Dave told them to tell him call back At 9 so being down the road i drove there and now dave tells me its company policy not to cut a customer key which i have had done with my own key fob many times at ace with out a problem and they always tell me we are not Responsible for your key which i understand maybe dave should go to work at home depot or lowes because of their customer service fits him.Nov 7 at 10 am

Very good selection for a local small business

I really love this place. The employees there are beyond helpful, patient and knowledgable. I recently went to a larger, well known chain (not mentioning name) and received terrible advice which resulted in me almost ruining an antique table. I went to Ace and the gentleman walked me through how to repair and refinish the table properly. This is only one of many occasions of them going above and beyond.

Popular place for the locals. Prices are reasonable. Good place to get keys copied. Excellent customer service. Its one of the few hardware stores in the area. They have paint, cleaning supplies, ladders. Tools, nails, gardening supplies, and hardware for the house. They sell candy, ice cream and new gadgets that have come out on the market.

Way better than a big box store. You can always find someone to help you, they even ask you if you need help. You can find a lot of hard to find parts, items, screws, bolts, rollers, pulleys, etc. They have the Hillman hardware system there. So Ace has a way better selection of screws and bolts than any big box store.They also carry craftsman tools. With a better selection than what lowes has. If you are an Ace rewards member you could save a lot on sale items.TLDR: Better helpful employees, better selection.

There were more staff than customers in the store. I suppose that is a good thing when it comes to service.

Good customer service in the front but needed to use the restroom and the guy in the back area was very rude about it, saying they are closed to the public. Offered KFCs restroom instead. Had to leave without purchasing products. Rather go to HomeDepot with larger selection, better prices and restrooms to use.

Staff is always helpful and friendly! They have almost anything you need. Call ahead and ask, if you think its obscure. I bought bike tire inner tubes here. I thought I was gonna have to go to friggin Walmart. THANK YOU ACE!!!

Great place to find the odd and ends you only need one or two of where most big box stores want to sell you a pack of 10 each. Great assortment of just about everything from electronic car keys to coffee pots, coffee filters and springs, nuts, bolts, screws sold by the piece not the pack.

Great customer service. Employees are available to help and are knowledgeableStore is compact and loaded with merchandise . I will be going to Ace from now on.

This is a clean, well organized location that is stocked full of every single thing you will ever need for your home projects or repairs. Every single team member knows where all the items are located. It is truly a family run business! If you go there twice, they will remember your name!

Got a replacement car remote here for less than half of the price of the dealership. Really friendly staff and helpful. Although the key was a little longer than the original but it still works fine. The key was a special order too and got delivered in less than a week.

I brought in some glass to be cut to size for a mosiac project. The gentleman working the service counter was very helpful. He cut my glass to size in just a few minutes. Im very pleased w the service i received here. Thank you
