Never got my title for a bike I paid cash for and he keeps telling me its a covid problem and not his fault and doesnt offer any other remedies, I NEED THE TITLE FOR MY BIKE . Two stars cause the bike he sold me is great. And if you wanna help me get the title Id have no problem giving ya five stars but there is absolutely something you can do, and its absolutely your responsibility to make sure i get it. Not kicking the can to the mail service or the DMV, I dont wanna take off work to go to the DMV to figure this out. Id rather you do something to help me. Bought the bike at the beginning of April, so about five months ago, twenty weeks. And nothing, Ive waited as long as you kept telling me to. Honda Shadow 600 1998 VLX Baby blue, 4 gears. I just wanna actually own the bike I paid for, I dont think thats to much to ask.
I recently bought a scooter from here. It’s my fault that I didn’t do my research but completely took advantage of me because I didn’t know any better. Completely overpriced scooter. I spent 1,500 on a scooter that goes for 900 dollars. I willNever bring my business there and if you do decide to buy from them make sure you do all your research first.
After my first experience here, i will never go anywhere else. I can just tell the owner is honest and a good guy and Im so glad to now have a place I trust for all my scooter needs, which I definately didnt feel at the other shops..thanks!
CHARLES AND SIMON ARW THE BEST!! MR SUNSHINE LOVES YOU!!
Seaside Powersports is the Greatest! I searched all over the internet for the best deal and couldnt find anything close to their rock bottom prices. I live in Denver, CO and needed to have the bike shipped to me. Charlie was able to make arrangements over the phone and agreed to take my deposit and hold the bike so I could secure the rest of my finances. They had the best deals in the entire USA so I didnt want to miss out on it. The only assurance I had to make sure I was getting a legit bike was Charlies word and the pictures online. I paid for the bike in full and had it shipped to Colorado before I saw it. When the bike was off loaded, boy was she a beauty! The bike rides like a Champ and is completely immaculate! Being a Florida native, Im glad I can still support this small business from across the county. Thanks again for all the support!
Very rude mechanic. Took it there to fix the bike 3 times to fix the same problem never fixed it but charged me more money than I spent on the bike and still the bike wasnt fixed. Please avoid this shop at any cost. All they care about is to rip people off.
Good old school knowledge motorcycle shop!
I bought my honda cbr from here over 4yrs ago, and Ive been bringing it back to them from all repairs. Charlie and Simon were very helpful today when I picked it up. They did an awesome job on my bike keep it up guys..👍
Charlie and Simon were great... very helpful and the service to my motorcycle could not have been better
Went in today as a cash buyer for a 600 cbr way over priced. They didnt even have fuel to hear it start. Meanwhile Im there to buy cash plus helmet plus a backbone or jacket. 7k sale no way to hear the bike.Keep the front guys.
Seaside Powersports Rocks! i bought a 1968 Honda CL90 from them and the owner Charlie was extremely helpful in helping me get the bike shipped up to my shop in Illinois. Charlie gave me a recommended shipper by the name of Bernie who did a fantastic job at a great price. Everything went as planned and the bike arrived safely as promised. At one point i thought i had lost the title that Charlie had sent to me but i later found out that someone in my office let it sit on thier desk for a month. In the meantime i called Charlie and he was still a big help even though the sale was over, bike and title delivered and the transaction was closed. Being willing to help me after the fact says a lot about the ownership at Seaside Powersports. Every time i called or emailed them i got an immediate respone. i highly recommend Seaside Powersports. Basically they are good people.
These guys are great. Bought my Honda Shadow from there and the battery was starting to go bad they replaced it for free and I’m back on the road. They seem to care about their customers
Horrible wont even update their website misleading his customers.
The owners there are honest. They know what they are doing. I go there to get my work done. Also I have referred people there and they have given them excellent service. They dont try to rip you off like other places. If something doesnt need to be fixed they wont tell you that it needs to just to make money. 5 stars. Great job guys
After dealing with numerous motorcycle repair shops where the people were apathetic or just plain discourteous, I decided to give Seaside Powersports a try. My first phone contact with Simon, the mechanic, was a breath of fresh air as opposed to conversations Ive had at other shops where at best they make you feel like theyre doing you a favor just by speaking to you. I brought my bike in and Simon was welcoming and friendly as we discussed my situation. When they discovered that we needed to order a part they even let me keep my bike there until the part arrived. That might not seem like a big deal but Ive encountered many mechanics who would not extend even that simple courtesy. While my Seaside Powersports experience is just beginning, their courtesy and professionalism so far encouraged me enough that I intend to bring my other bikes there for service and maintenance.
Not sure what the deal is with these guys. They try pushing the Chinese brands and want to take your money beforehand to lock in the deal. I believe his name is Simon, the guy that sits in the back in the office, he is very rude and condescending. I really dont know how they can run a business in thats manner. I decided not to buy my bike from them.
They didnt tell me masks were mandatory when I was on the phone 2 times to get directions. Limited parking due to business next door . Made me move my car. Again. Didnt mention on phone letting them know I was on my way. And took a long time for a simple thing. They seemed snooty
Very high quality of used Scooters/Mopeds/Motorcycles. Charlie & Simon are the main guys, Simon is also the head mechanic, his knowledge of just about anything that runs on an engine is off the charts. They also have helmets, gloves, LED lights, Registration, Licensing, anything you could need. If you are in the 561 area code, do yourself a big favor and stop by to see for yourself. I have purchased 2 scooters and 2 Maxi-Scooters from these guys and am more than satisfied.
Nice people. Not a bad selection - only better bikes offered. Full service repair and accessories. A few antique bikes as well.
So far so good! My purchase of an ATV for my son in underway. My father in law spoke to Charlie in person and phoned me with really positive things to say. I called and spoke to Simon who was very helpful and friendly, I decided to put a down payment, Simon sent me my receipt via email almost immediately. Nothing like helpful, friendly assistance. Hope the rest of the transaction is as Great as the 1st, will keep everyone posted. Thanks Charlie and Simon!
This is the very best motorcycle shop Ive been to in many years. Great service, real nice inventory of clean, well maintained used and new motorcycles. I bought a used Cruiser and they made sure it was perfect. I was helped with all the gear (great pricing!!!) and highly recommend Seaside to all wanting a great product with awesome service!!
No type of respect bad service wouldnt recommend
Charlie and Simon are excellent professionals. Privately own business, good old american way. Great prices and outstanding service. True and honest hard working folks. They walked me throughout the whole process of buying a motorcycle, no gimmiks or hidden fees. Simon works the shop and does a great service on your bike with a lot of attention to detail and care. Will I do business with them again? Yes. Do I recommend them for you repairs or buying a motorcycle? Yes.
After sitting partially covered for 3+ years my Yamaha FZ6 needed a full overhaul. The guys at Seaside brought her back to life, running like new, and within the price I was originally quoted. Best part was they called when they said they would.
Simon and Charlie at Seaside Powersports are the people to see when it comes used motorcycles, accessories and cycle repair/maintenance.I took my 04 VT750 Honda Shadow for a front tire and thorough check of all fluids, electrical system, and all other parameters to see if it was good to go for a trip up north of Orlando. The next three days I took a quick 500 mile ride. The Shadow ran perfectly and just wanted to drop a line to say thanks to them and their capable mechanic. I was also impressed with their mechanics quick turn around so I didnt have to wait too long.
I brought my sports bike to Seaside Powersports to get some maintenance done. This was the 1st time I have used their services. Upon receiving my bike, I noticed immediately the difference in the ride. It had never felt better. The mechanic I had been using prior missed countless small adjustments that could have made my bike ride like new again. Simon, within a short amount of time, found these things and fixed them at no charge. By tightening some screws and nuts it made all the difference. I will never use any other mechanic again. Charlie in parts was very knowledgable about the merchandise they were selling. Pricing was very reasonable and work was completed in a timely manner. I had a wonderful experience and would suggest them to anyone looking for quality work. Thanks Seaside!
They do great jobs and they are small so you know you get all the attention
Was such a pleasure dealing with the guys over at seaside. Very helpful and was with me every step of the way with the purchase. Would recommend them for all your motorcycle needs.
I had a very good experience with Simon at Seaside Powersports. They did a lot of mechanical and body work on my 1986 Harley and I’m extremely happy with the results. I was previously taking my bike to another shop in WPB but Seaside was able to properly fix an ongoing issue for much cheaper than the other shop. Everyone at Seaside was very professional and knowledgeable. I intend to continue to take my bike there in the future, should any other maintenance be required.
Both Charlie and Simon a true gentleman thanks boys
Very friendly and stand by their word. Good to find an honest shop. Had a scooter tire purchased and installed there. Gave me the quoted price for the tire even after finding the actual size was a bit more. Also brought in new brake shoes in case needed them when wheel was off getting new tire. They told me old ones were fine instead of installing to make more $$. I plan to take in my other bike for rejet.
Dont buy anything from them bought 1974 Yamaha r 350 lots of problems dont trust charlie
Great experience friendly staff
Seaside Powersports are a bunch of scammers I was interested in a car and I asked them if it was still available and they said yes and then i arrived at the lot and told me that you can’t have that car but we can get you into another car with well over 250,000 miles. And then they proceed to tell me that they are going to do financing on the lot with a 30% interest rate. Needless to say I would not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy.
Great place got some great advice great customer service.
Excellent service!! Seaside Powersports is the place I now go for ALL my motorcycle needs. I was impressed with their communication and pricing. Just recently had a rear tire replaced there for my Yamaha Vstar Tourer 1300 at a great price and quick turnover. They also checked over my whole bike and gave me great advice. No pushy guilt trip sales tactics into getting more money out of me. They also have a selection of equipment in store. Thank you Charlie, Simon, and mechanics.
The most honest and trustworthy place to take your bike. Service department is amazing. I felt like i was at home.
These guys are more interested in telling you what they cant do and what they wont warranty rather than having to sometimes think outside the box to get the job done. I go next door for better service.
If it was up to me I would not even rate it 1 star. Simon and Charlie were absoulutly no help whatsoever. I bought a brand new scooter from them. Even paid for extra insurance . Since day 1 they sold me a lemon. When I would bring it in they were very nasty n always told me it was not covered. First of all a new scooter should not have any problems. Ive had it 6 months n had to invest in a new motor n battery. This is inexcusable. They lie to u just so they can make a sale n after that they treat u with no respect. I if I could do it all over again I would never have bought it there. Word of advice, go somewhere else.
I brought in my Suzuki Burgman 400abs to get a tune up and several upgrades installed. Charlie and Simon were fantastic. Bike was completed exactly as promised and at a very fair price. Excellent experience all around, Thanks guys!!!
Great place excellent service. Fixed my scooter in a little less than a week. People there are great and seem to know what theyre doing!
I purchased a late model used motorcycle, and was looking for an honest mechanic so I didnt have to deal with big companies such as Broward Motorsports and the like.My friends have several motorcycles between the two of them and they recommend Seaside Powersports for all their mechanical needs.I spoke with Simon and explained to him what I wanted, as far as to go through this motorcycle and anything questionable to replace it, adjust it,and inspect everything.I just got the motorcycle back today and Im very pleasantly surprised at how smoothly everything operates, Simon even caught things I didnt know about!!!He went above and beyond! He is a genius with tools and wrenches in my opinion!service was excellent price was outstanding!Im never going any place else again!Thank you to Seaside Powersports, keep up the good work guys!
I took my bike there and had a lot of work done, and spent a lot of money for a problem they never fixed. I have since done the work on my own and never had another problem. I would not recommend that anyone who cares about their bike take it here. They do not know what they are doing, or at least do not hire people who know what they are doing.
My boy picked up an excellent buy here on an 80cc scooter. Get riding on the back with him. Nice
I shouldve come here in the first place. I needed a bag hook placed on my Yamaha motor scooter. The one I ordered from the Yamaha dealer didnt work. I stopped by here and they modified the hook for something else and put it on and its perfect.
These two are nothing but thieves!! Buyer beware!!! This is the first negative review I have ever posted, but I couldnt just let these guys do what they did to me, to someone else, without at least warning all of you! Simon first started repairing my 250cc CFMOTO back in October of 2018.After repeatedly working on it, returning it to me, only for it to breakdown on me and having to haul it back to his shop,LIKE 4 SEPERATE TIMES !!! They do not guarantee any of their work, they never completely repaired my scooter, they broke my brand new water pump and didnt replace it,I could go on and on, believe me when I tell you!! Ultimately, I returned my scooter to him on my way to work (in like March of 2019), as he requested came back during my break, only to find out be left on vacation for a week!! No phone call informing me,no communication at all!! This is after having my bike for almost six months, replacing it with a brand new motor, and they still couldnt get it right!!! I ended up calling into work, immediately getting a truck and hauling my bike out of there, Damn Skippy !!! I took it to Cycle Ivans (who I recommend highly)(TL motorsports as well- Junior) and he had it up and running properly within a week (even after he had to repair what they broke and put back together, anyway)!!!! Simon and his partner are incompetent, thieves and horrible businessmen and shouldnt be jn business to begin with!! Biggest bunch of rip offs, ever!! What kills me is I allowed it!! Over and over again!! I believed in them and trusted them....BIG MISTAKE!!
I brought my Harley in for its recommended service, nothing was adjusted and something as simple as air in the tires was not checked and things were missing out of my saddle bags. Never again. Im going to the dealer.
I have been taking my motorcycle to Seaside for about 5 years. Charlie and Simon are very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. Prices are fair. I have recommended friends to Seaside and they have been impressed as well.
Customer Friendly Professionals, Always putting the Customer First, I Highly recommend 😀😀😀😀
My wife and i just picked up a roughhouse 50cc scooter nothing but nice and polite and went through everything with us will be doing all my services there and if need to get another one will be going back and great price for it
I would not recommend Seaside Powersports LLC. for any major work done on anyones motorcycle! I dont believe they have any idea what they are doing. I brought my bike in because it wasnt running well. I got a call back three days later from Simon asking if I had a manual for my bike…what kinda repair shop asks the customer for their own manual? He said I need some major components like a new cylinder head which cost more than the bike is worth, needless to say I wasnt going to invest the money. I was hoping he would have at least put the bike back together but instead I had to pick my bike up in boxes. Now, I have no idea if Im missing parts because the parts werent even put in bags, just thrown in a cardboard box. I paid the for the labor and left. If anyone is a true owner of a motorcycle (not a scooter) and needs expert advise find someone else. Theyre nice guys but I just dont think theyre a good choice for real mechanical expertise.
I am leaving these guys a 1 star for their immaturity and dishonesty. I went in this past Friday on vacation from Michigan. I was looking to rent a scooter, the guy there told me they did not rent out scooters, which was fine. When I asked if he knew of any place nearby that did, he replied by telling me there might be a place which was maybe 20 or 30min away. YET THE SHOP RIGHT NEXT DOOR, HIS FREAKING NEIGHBOR DID. NOT ONCE DID HE MENTION THEM!!! VERY IMMATURE & DISHONEST REGARDLESS OF THE RELATIONSHIP THEY MAY HAVE. Needless to say, I rented from L.O.F. MOTORSPORTS,. The owner was awesome, they sell and repair motorcycles and scooters also. Even when I told him about the guys next door, he didnt say one negative thing about them and just said hopefully one day theyll get over me being next door. WOW YOU GUYS ARE UPSET OF SOME COMPETITION, NO WONDER YOUVE BEEN AROUND 10 YEARS AND HAVE LOWER REVIEW COUNT AND SCORE COMPARED TO THEM. bit of advice... GROW UP SEASIDE!!!... for everyoneelse, check out the shop next doorREPLY TO YOUR RESPONSE :Let the dishonesty continue... you knew i was not from the area and the close proximity of your buildings makes it look like you are all one place...and NO i didnt come from next door and you knew that. And as far as the buddy comment or me getting something back for this review is preposterous. I dont know them personally, as I didnt know you guys. But the level of service I was shown by them was far better than I was shown by you. And clearly from some other reviews Ive read...Im not the only one. You guys need to grow up.
These Guys are Great, Professional,Courteous,Prices are Reasonable Ive been Coming here for 3 years and always had a great experience.I recommend them highly.
Excellent guys. Fixed my golf cart and my Honda. No issues. Honest service
Great service, good advice, very professional and a well organized and clean service bay.
Ive been going there for years. Very reasonable rates and super fast service you wont find anywhere. This is the place to go for motorcycle or scooter repairs !!
SEASIDE POWERSPORTs . Dont get confused when you pull in their parking lot because they are joined with a nother motorcycle place called loft cycle do not go there they will rip you off And Seaside power sports is all so much cheaper for the exact same products as far is glasses gloves tires anything you need to get your bike to go faster definitely seaside over Loft motorsports.
These guys are true and honest people. Charlie and Simon will always have your best interest in mind.
Ive been riding motorcycles for 13 years, and Ive never come across better service and better people than these guys. Simon, who oversees the shop, runs a tight ship and lives up to my obsessive compulsive standards. Its a shame I moved three thousand miles away. Oh, and when moving cross-country, Simon loaded up the bike onto my pickup free of charge; the thing didnt budge for the entire trip.
Consumer beware!!! Dont buy a motorcycle from here. I bought a bike and its been nothing but trouble. It broke the 1st day!!! Kept breaking so I took it back on them to fix and they fixed it and it would break again kept bringing them to fix eventually I got frustrated and took it somewhere else to fix they showed me whoever fixed it didnt know what they were doing and just twisted wires back together. They were charging me for parts and labor they never did. Turns out the bike was in an accident and I didnt do my research about this place. If I was to do it all over again I would NEVER have gone here. If I could I would give them 0 stars.
Very helpful and informative- even though it was past 5pm and close to closing time
Charlie and simon are untrustworthy individuals to say the least. They dont care about your safety and definitely dont care about your bike. They just want your money, and could careless about the customer. Ive purchased a bike from them and separately had tires put on and both times Ive found that I was completely ripped off. Beware of these two! Would give 0 stars if possibleUPDATE: In response to you Charlie, my name is like this because I dont think every mf should have easy access to my full name, etc. and for the record, I have purchased a bike from you and have had a different bike in for service and tires. I have proof of both. Both of which I found out at a later date that I overpaid a lot. Which is why Im writing this review, so someone else doesnt get scammed from your bs. Nobody hired or paid me to write this. I am an unhappy customer because your business is trash
I trust these guys with my bike 100%. Always fast and full of straight forward information about your ride.
Friendly and helpful staff. Did a wonderful job with my 50cc taotao.
Experienced, and VERY helpful. Charlie went out of his way to spend the time with me on the phone. Thanks!
Charlie is rude and his bikes are over priced
Great service and affordable pricing:)
DO NOT GO HERE!!! i first brought my scooter in on a recomdation and that the company i work for knows him. i had him look over my scooter cause i just bought it so all he did was fix the tail light that was broken and a new battery and that was 130 bucks. then i drive it off the lot and not even 2 miles down the road it stalls out. i made it to the dmv to switch tags and then my scooter wouldnt make it anymore without stalling. i then called and had to bring it in and it took him 2 more days to work on and said i had a bad carbirator!! how did they miss that the first time?!?! thats majorly important and then he did some minor things like a new spark plug and fluid $75/hr labor i was charged another 159 for parts and labor. i then drove my scooter a few days later over to a friends that never told me he works on his scooter. just looking at it for a minute in the dark i have no gear oil and the screw cap for it is missing so im leaking, and i have no cover over my air intake so he pretty much set my scooter up to break rele soon.
Giving 1 star because no stars is not an option. No information listed on bikes (year, miles, price) and it was like pulling teeth to get information on the bikes from the sales rep. Very uncomfortable and unwelcoming establishment that seamed to be more of an in and out made in china scooter store then a dealership. Went next door to L.O.F. motorsports and made my purchase there.
Worst customer service. Just call and you will know.
They forgot to hook my brakes back up after a tire change. Literally almost died.Their way of making up for it? $25 in store credit. Will never trust their work, ever.
Always offering great sales! Clean, professional, not so affordable!
These are the dumbest people Ive ever encountered.Your crazy if you trust them to repair anything
Simon and Charlie are a pleasure to do business with. They know what they are doing and are fair about price.
Was told the final price over the phone and another price when I got there. Don’t appreciate the dishonesty. Just be up front!
Ehh. Service wasnt great
Not customer friendly
Would recommend
Close to my home so i can walk
All the stuff way to overpriced
I am very disappointed with the service I received from Seaside Powersports😡🤬😡. I brought my 2012 Honda CBR 250 to repair my rear tire and change the brake pads. Upon leaving, they never told me that my brakes in the rear were no longer working, although they worked when I brought it. As they never informed me, I left and a little later. I tried to apply my brakes and I saw that there were none and I almost fell, possibly died. I returned immediately, and the mechanic in the back was too busy to go out and try to solve the problem. I went shopping next door. L.O.F. Motorsports was able to repair what Seaside damaged in less than 30 minutes. They were able to repair what Seaside damaged, even though Seaside told me that I needed to rebuild or replace the brake master cylinder. I will never go there again! THEY WILL WOUND SOMEONE, IF THEY HAVE ALREADY BEEN !!! STAY AWAY OR GO NEXT TO THE DOOR TO L.O.F MOTORIZED SPORTS.TRANSLATION:I am very disappointed with the service I received from Seaside Powersports😡🤬😡.
