Just bought a new 2021 Honda Pioneer 1000-5 Limited Edition. Love it! Buying process was quick and easy. If you do not get through to sales immediately, rest assure that Paul is good at calling you back same day or morning of next day if you call towards close. Hoping to try out their service department soon but they are 1 month out. Ill up my review once we see how they are on that end.

*Not Recommend* Wouldnt help me with a simple Dirt bike tire repair.👎🏽 I even had it more then halfway done, I dont have the tire tools to put the tire on the rim without damaging the tube, so I figured theyd be happy to help out, they were adimit about only working on Honda My bike is a honda this tire is off one of my kids old Suzuki 80cc. We shall find another Honda dealer for future business who like helping out families to keep riding!

Do NOT buy parts from this dealership. Ordered 2 tubes for my dual sport. Initial time for them to get the tubes was 2-3 business days. Upon the tubes arrival someone “misplaced” the tubes. Figured ok stuff happens, a month later I can’t get a hold of them. They haven’t called me once nor have tried to fix the situation other than a “we will call you right back”. Missed my yearly trip to my deer camp because of someones brilliant mind.

Because after calling and leaving messages for the service department several times I never get a call back. I will never do business with the business again which is a shame.

We had a great experience today. This is our first time buying an ATV. Paul and the mechanic who got the ATV ready for us were awesome. They took their time and explained everything. They had three pickups coming in an hour before closing and they still managed to get our ATV prepped, waxed and ready to go for us. They were beyond accommodating. Bought a 4-wheeler from these guys, and I had an oil change and some maintenance on it since then. They seem fair and knowledgeable. Had an issue where I dropped something in the fuel tank and they got it out without ripping my head off, so I would recommend this place!

Just like anyone, I started calling different dealers as I was in the market for a new machine. When I spoke to Paul via telephone he was the most knowledgeable on the equipment, informed and educated me of different models and features. Straight forward operation there at Lapeer Honda, no tricks or gimmicks. The purchase and finance was also seamless, and Jeffery was thorough on the new equipment orientation and prep. I appreciate no nonsense and I will be back to purchase a Honda Pioneer soon.

Went in to inquire about a bike and the loan guy was of absolutely no help. Internet price lists the bike for about $3,600 (estimate) and in store I was quoted at $4,800 for the same bike. The guy wouldnt work with me at all. Glad I checked out other dealers as Im getting this bike for about $4,000 even out the door WITH helmet and goggles included at the price I wanted to pay per month. Other than the nice kid greeting you upon entering, I would not recommend this place.

I bought a new atv in November 16 from Paul. He was great to deal with. I used the plow three times that winter then in the summer I needed to use the winch. I pulled out the cable to notice that it was kinked every few inches. I called them and they told me to let all the way out and bring it back in under tension. So I did, then this winter after using it 4 times the cable snapped. I told him and he said Im sick of you calling up here about this. It is not my problem take it up with the manufacturer of the winch. So I did and they preceded to tell me that they do put the cable on by hand but it is the dealer who is supposed to pull the wire back out and pull it in on tension. Im irritated because of the way he talked to me of course he will say I treat customer they way I get treated. So basically Im getting a new cable from the manufacturer but I feel like Paul should know that if a person buys something new from him they shouldnt have problems within the first year. Makes me wonder if when I do have a real problem it wont be fixed right.

The Staff is extremely knowledgeable about their product unlike the dealer in flint. Customer service is a priority one for them they want you to want to buy from them no pushy sales tactics here. I came here their prices were great almost 10% lower than the Flint dealer a $500 savings.I also told them about an ongoing issue i had with another product that i own that other dealers were unable to resolve and they went out of their way to find a solution.Bottom Line is i will be going back to Paul in future

The inside of the place is a disaster but all the workers are very helpful and willing to listen. My main issue is that I ordered a clutch at the front desk and was told Theres a good chance itll be in tomorrow. But definitely by Friday. (I went in on a Wednesday). Well, here I am with a clutch-less bike now and no way to ride, sweet! I called and asked where the parts were only to be put on hold for a bit and then they picked back up and said Yeah actually I dont work in parts, but theyll call when theyre in. Still waiting for the call.

I usually dont write reviews but I want to save some of you the embarrassment of getting the same treatment I received.I was shopping for a new ATV so I visited several dealers. Before my visit, this dealer sent me a quote though my email. Since I didnt get a response after I replied to his email or no response after I left a message on the phone, I decided to stop in. Big mistake. I ended up having to argue with the owner and was told that I was wrong about the quote. Until we pulled up the quote on his computer and he realized his numbers did not match his argument. But he kept arguing with me anyway until I walked out of the door. I have never been treated this poorly at any dealer, EVER. This guy needs to take some classes on how to treat potential customers and improve his people skills. I drove a few miles down the street and got a great deal on a Can Am which is a much better machine and I got it for a lower price. Some dealers want your business but Lapeer Honda didnt care if he just lost a sale or a future customer.

Walked in last Saturday to check out a NC700X in person, they had it priced well below any other dealer on Cycletrader(price was same as I was quoted in an e-mail, didnt go up a penny).They also installed my heated grips for free, just had to buy the parts. It was done and ready the next Saturday when they said it would be. They didnt push me to buy accessories like a lot of dealer would, didnt even mention them.

Went in to talk about buying a new plow system and have it installed. Needed brakes and oil changed also on our honda utv. The manager Paul was very rude and treated us like we were bothering him. Didnt want to answer questions or help us figure out best set up. Also treated us like we were ignorant. Matt at the desk was very helpful and nice. The blame is all on the manager paul my husband looked at him and tried to get some info. Its sad because the manager is trying to blame one of his workers for his own rude attitude. When he should be thanking him for helping us and making so I didnt start snapping back at Paul. Lost our business!!

The service department here is a joke. Do yourself a favor and take your repairs somewhere else. They don’t know what the heck they are doing.

Walked into Lapeer Honda this afternoon, with cash in hand to buy a Honda Pioneer. The service guy was friendly and showed me around the machine. I then asked if I could test ride it. He said he wasnt allowed to but he would get the manger for me. The manager informed me that he did not have time to let me test ride it. I asked him about pricing and asked if it was firm. He said if I was a Honda guy I would know price doesnt matter. Apparently neither does customer service. I will never step foot in this place again and I will make sure any one I speak to knows how they do business.
