After moving into our home in May, Lapeer Awning &Window transformed the outside of our home from a neglected for decades eyesore, to a new build appearance that rivals the look of any new home costing tens of thousands dollars more. Dan was very helpful in finding the proper materials to transform the house and huge barn into a new build look. The siders, Scott, Tim and Scott Jr. are true artists when it comes to applying siding and the two windows that needed replacing. On top of their skills, they were very pleasant people to be around. Michelle, in the office was very helpful with the details to bring the project to completion. We would heartily recommend Lapeer Awning & Window for any siding or window install.

We had LAW install a hard awning attached to our existing deck and railing. Phil and Zach did an amazing job. When they quoted us the job, which was basically thousands less than the large, high profile companies you see on TV everyday, we wondered how we’d like it. But the reviews convinced us and we were not disappointed one little bit.This company is locally owned and the crews are small and know how to get a job done well. They are professional and return calls and answer questions promptly. I can’t wait to see my new front door when they install that. Update below..LAW installed our beautiful front door last week. Due to unavoidable circumstances it was delayed. Michelle kept us informed of every delay and apologized for the situation with the supplier. These are high class people to work with. Dave and Chris were so professional with the install. They cleaned up everything and made sure the job was finished perfectly. This door is the highlight of our house. You will never be disappointed with LAW.

I had Lapeer window and Awning replace my windows and sliding door wall, quality job and nice product, the installer was very good and detail orientated. I had a sliding screen door that the screen was damaged years later and there was some confusion with Simonton about the replacement, Lapeer Window and Awning worked with me to correct it and get a replacement.

I hired them to replace all my house windows (13 total). They did a great job and the windows are nice quality made in Michigan. I added some before and after pics. Thanks goes to the installers Dave and Chris.

They vinyl sided my formerly cedar sided house and trimmed out around all windows and doors. Excellent workmanship by Scott and Scott and in general the whole staff was pleasant to work with, honest, and on time.

After Home Depot dropped the ball on my original order, we visited LAW. Upon arrival we were met by Michelle who is very knowledgeable, showed us around, answered all of our questions and was outstanding. Dan the owner, came out to our home and during our conversation he helped me with a solution to a redesign in an existing home, which he offered to do at no additional cost. Our windows and doors arrived ahead of schedule, (during the pandemic). The LAW installation crew was phenomenal. Be sure to ask for Dave and dont worry about quality work, it will be done while Dave is on site. I would highly recommend this business. We are very highly satisfied customers!

Daniel came out and gave us an estimate, he was very knowledgeable. He explained things that needed to be provided to our insurance company and made sure to included that in the detailed estimate. I didnt receive the estimate when it was sent the first time but they resent it and I received it right away. Thank you for following up with me, I really appreciated that.

Dave and Mike installed my new front door and storm door. They were very knowledgeable, experienced professionals. I might have got it cheaper at a big box store but I would never have gotten close to the quality doors, or been as happy as I am with the finished product. FYI. Home depot parking lot is not a race track. There is never an excuse to race through a parking lot, especially when your company logo is plastered on your truck.

Have had 3 separate jobs over the last 2 years. The Gentleman came out and quoted the job with great knowledge. All jobs were performed in a very professional manner. Quality Windows and door. There were a few issues after the install, but they took care of it quickly and to full satisfaction. The office staff is very helpful and great to work with. Double and Triple pane replacement windows are the way to go.
