I usually try to leave positive reviews but this is bad, I called in to see if my prescription was ready 5 hours ago, im here to get it now and they still havent started it. I get places are slammed and people are busy but my gosh.Update***Before you leave a bad review. These workers are slammed right now during the pandemic with covid shots being needed and stuff, I went in a whole day before I needed my refills to give them a heads up, and the lady wrote down my name and they had my refills ready the next morning. Be patient with them, its a rough time right now. Try to be understanding.

The only reason and I MEAN The only reason this FREAKING PLACE got a star from me is so I can write this. I repeat do not got to this awful place I swear they are thee worst pharmacy I have even been to in my LIFE. Not one person in there should have a job. I will be transferring all my prescriptions to a different store been with rite aide off Huron and Telegraph for over 12yrs absolutely awesome. Today was my last straw with them.

By far the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Incompetent is to good of a word for to describe the pharmacy staff!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Have been going to this Rite Aid for years and the staff used to be good...now they are all terrible. Seems like they can’t keep any employees. They are all rude and they do not care getting peoples prescriptions to them in a timely manner. Even before COVID the staff was terrible. I really don’t think any of them actually know what they are doing and don’t care about doing a decent job. Every time I go there now it looks like there is more new employees. The staff seems to get younger and younger and it’s very frustrating that none of them care about doing their work. All of them are rude.

Pharmacy never answers their phone. And when they do more times then not their are rude and short. And then theres always a issue with meds not being filled.

Just awful customer service!! No one will answer phone in pharmacy. I get that they are over worked because of Covid but the rest of us need service too. The other reviews are pretty telling and consistent. Go somewhere else. There are too many other choices to have this bad an experience.

What is going on with this store? Had a problem with a refill, I called yesterday and got Kelly- who was really nice. I go into the pharmacy in person, as she and I both agreed it was easier to talk about it that way. I was told I could not get my refill (it was an out-of-state situation, I understand it must have been tricky to deal with which was totally fine) but also told that my Medicaid card was not a real card. Everyone appeared annoyed that they had to work instead of gossip, when their gossiping was disrupted with a customer. Took my business to Walmart pharmacy, who immediately leapt into action to help. They quickly helped me out over the phone and found me a solution in about 5 minutes- no issue. I called this rite aid store back to complain, rightfully so- and was screamed at and cursed at over the phone by a Becky. Theres definitely a problem at this Rite Aid that needs to be corrected, especially looking at other reviews. I wont be stepping foot into another Rite Aid, much less this particular one and Ill be sure to tell others to do the same.

The ethnic manager is extremely rude and vastly misinformed he has zero customer service skills and I wont be back Ive been getting the same medication from you for 4 years with no problem and I guess wont be continuing to do that.

If I could give this location a no star review I would. Time after time we tried to give the benefit of the doubt to the staff at the pharmacy. Most of the staff there are clearly miserable people in general. All but one of the people I have dealt with never smile, barely say anything to you and one of them actively ignores you. Tonight we reached our limit. Both my mom and I tried calling the pharmacy for over 30 minutes, I was disconnected several times and my mom would reach the store and they would transfer her back to go through the loop. The last time she got the store and was told they would transfer her I interuptted. I explained that transfering her wasnt helping. He only then told us that all the lines were busy and that they couldnt answer the phones. What. The. F. Why wouldnt you have told her that the first time. I mean seriously. Tomorrow we transfer everything to Walgreens, we are tired of sour faced, horrible customer service, and unprofessional attitudes.

All the pharmacist that work there are super nice but the staff is rude. I recommend you go somewhere else

WOW TOTALLY RUDE WAS IMMEDIATLY PLACED ON HOLD FOR OVER 30 MIN AND I WAS JUST CALLING TO SEE IF MY PERSCRIPTION WAS READY NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL AND BTW IT WAS 730 PM ON A THURSDAY AND THE STORE WAS NOT BUSY AT ALL...

Ill be having my prescriptions filled at Walgreens from now on.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! The pharmacist name was Rebecca, she was extremely rude and completely unwilling to assist several times. My prescriptions are now being filled by Kroger!

The pharmacists and techs are rude and lie every encounter I have.

Horrible Customer Service. Employees are always rude, mean, and hard to find. Cashing out always takes FOREVER, even if youre 2nd in line. Dont go in there unless you have the patience of a Saint and a lot of extra time to kill waiting around. Has been this bad for at least 6 years that I can vouch for.

Pharmacy is horrible told me my insurance didt cover it but it did after getting back in line and waiting a hour

Never have full prescription. Been getting same script here for at least 6 months and they never have the amount I need. Then they make you wait X amount of days to get the rest owed to you cuz what they give you is a so many day supply, Wich is fine unless your out of town or cant come back when the rest is ready. Pharmacist is rude at times, the assistants are nice, and caring and thoughtful, but pharmacist is NOT!!!

Took THREE days to fill my script that I was in dire need of AND they lost my insurance card after I asked them to make a copy or to take my information down and give it back. They said, dont worry, we will give it back to you with your script. What a joke. With all of the other alternatives in Lapeer, its safe to say they will never be getting my service again.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my entire life. They NEVER answer the phone when you call and if you go to get a prescription they wont have it for 3 weeks and then when they finally get it in you spend an hour waiting in line for them to take care of 3 customers.This store needs to be shut down ASAP.

7 out of 8 times they didnt have basic drugs and I had to return when they said it would be available and I still had to wait 20 minutes when I returned. I was told yesterday that they were to busy to give me my 2nd pneumonia injection which she checked and verified they had, but when I pick up my other prescriptions they would give me the shot at that time. Returned the next day and was told they have been out of it and expecting it soon. AMAZING, as I stood in front of the girl on the 1st visit,and she checked the cooler and verified they had it, and today Im told they have been out. They are either to lazy to take the time to do an injection, or lying that they have the drug in Stock. Either way this drugstore is not one to rely on for anything pertaining to medications. If I could rate this store less than 1 star I would!

Slowest service ever and complete disregard for customer service. You can tell the employees dont want to be there, which is already frustrating when youve been in line to buy claritin for 20 minutes.

So today I go pick up my prescription after my doctor called it in 2 hours before. Well rite aid people get my name then leave and 15 minutes later another one comes and gets my name then tells me come back in 30 minutes. So I came back in an hour just in case. When I get there, the lady sees me but ignores to help me and jokes around with a co worker then comes to help me. Gets my name and tells me itll be another 10 minutes! Tells me to drive around the building again and get back in line! When i already waited in line for each car that took 10 minutes at the window! Grrr im not going here again for prescriptions!

This is the worst pharmacy we have ever dealt with as far as having prescriptions ready. We have dealt with this place for over a year and it is going down hill fast

Every time i drop a script off they say an hour. 4 hours later my scripts still arent ready. If they wouldve told me it would be over 4 hrs i wouldve went to a different pharmacy. Lets hope my scripts are actually correct because numerous times have they have had some missing and or not enough pills in bottles. How is this place still open?.

Worst Pharmacy. They will tell you it will be an hour go back after 2 and wait another 20 mins. Then in the drive thru watched them send out some lady in front of me, her script blew out of the window. The guy smiled and walked away. When it was my turn he did the same thing. If you are handicapped I dont recommend going there there was no apology or anything just completely rude! I had to climb under my car to get my prescription. And if you need youre prescription in a hurry DONT GO THERE!!

This pharmacy sucks! The screw everything up. Just do us all a faver and shut down.

Drive through pharmacy is the absolute slowest ever experienced. ..pathetic!

Awful. Everytime I go there I must wait in line at least 10 minutes while watching an obviously incompetent sales clerk fumble through every transaction. I just cannot believe this place is still open.
