Be careful looking at Facebook marketplace where Ashley Grace post items for sale. She has a habit of not mentioning the dealership when posting golf carts for sale. You’ll wait for her response on messenger and then she’ll let you know the item is at a dealership. If people know the golf cart is at a dealership, you’ll contact the dealer instead of waiting for her response. She doesn’t care that she posts misleading information about not disclosing the dealership.

Everything was quick and easy. Besides the test drive I was in and out with a new car in a half hour. Plus Ashley was mad cute!

Waste of time took 2 days to get an answer back I will not be recommending anyone to go here and as I see on here if you have anything negative to say its never them always the customer they make up a lot of excuses. Some people dont have time to waste maybe you guys should think about that.

Please don’t buy a car here. I went to test drive a car on Monday. Spoke with Corey numerous times about the car. The day before I wanted to pick up the car, I was told it was on another test drive as I didn’t put a deposit down. A deposit I was NEVER told about. They quoted me a price on paper for 7995. They increased the price to 8290 and sold the car. Very shady!!! Don’t waste your time with them!

Second car purchased from Viers. Great experience the 1st time and even greater the second time. I bought a BMW the 2nd time. 5 weeks later service engine light came on. The high pressure fuel pump was going bad or was bad. I was under warranty but the warranty company said it was not covered. I’m not sure why. I didn’t have many options for a warranty and they could not go through their normal warranty company due to the make. Long story short. Viers stepped up and paid for it. It wasn’t cheap! $1,400. I respect this company not only for this but the way they treat people! Big company’s won’t do that for you. I have zero fear buying again. Sometimes it’s just the short straw when it comes to vehicles. Chris thank you!

I would just like to start of by saying I have made an account just to make this review. My fiancée and I were in a car accident two months ago, car got totaled, have been without a car since. We went to a few other used car dealerships, wasn’t having any luck/weren’t happy with the services. Viers was by far the BEST place we worked with. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful, neither one of us had any negative feelings about this place. They made sure we were happy and everything went well. They took their time to go out of their way to help us. I couldn’t have asked for better service or nicer people. I am so thankful for Viers, and will be recommending everyone to them.

I bought a car on a Friday, by Tuesday morning the engine caught fire. Bought the car...As Is. Called them and they apologize and told us they would work with us and Yes I got another car by Wednesday. Viers is the best!!!

We got totally ripped off by this company! They are dirty and unethical. We bought an Impala from them, they showed as a car fax but we didnt get to keep it. Says buy as is. I understand what that means and we did the checkup with them they signed the paperwork stating mileage is true and fixed minor things. About 4 months later the engine blew out. We had it hauled to a mechanic and he told us that is was a junk yard motor not the original!! We called Veers and asked how this could be when they signed saying the miles are true when in fact they have no way of knowing because its a used motor. Their response: we didnt lie, the car say 76,000 miles. You never asked us if the engine was the original. Terrible

This place was absolutely incredible! We just went in to get a car last week and we worked with Chris Babcock, who was exceptionally helpful and worked very hard to get us the best possible rate. They have tons of financing options and they truly take a personal interest in helping out their customers. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience buying a car.

I will never ever give this company my business. One of the guys was super nice when I called up there but the salesman was a complete insult. He was extremely rude to me as he was making comments to me saying “there was no way that I could afford to buy a car with how much money I spend on my hair”. I found it to be quite rude and disrespectful. He was no help to me at all whilst I was trying to buy a car. I don’t appreciate the unnecessary comments, therefore, I will never give this company my business again.

We love Viers Auto Sales! My husband and I have purchased 3 vehicles from them over the last 12 years. They are extremely helpful with financing for all types if credit. When we went to them for our 1st vehicle our credit was rough. Chris Babcock helped us through the process and we were able to get financed for exactly what we wanted. Years later our credit is better. Chris still went above and beyond to get us the best rate and the payment we had budgeted for. We have referred many of our friends and family to them and they have all had great experiences. Im glad that most of you were happy with this place .but my husbands experience was totally different.he bought a ford ranger back in february, took it for a test drive .when it came to signing loan, they would not let him have his loan unless i(his wife) signed papers also.even tho i had no income.within 2 months the transmission went.even tho there is a limited warranty he still spent 700 dollars out of pocket.then he finds out under that nice bedliner the whole bed was rotted out.he died of a stroke a month ago.so my son said he would take over payments.he put a lawnmower in the back and it was sinking into the bed!also the transmission started making noise again after being out of shop for maybe less than two months.i am writing this not to place blame.just buyer beware.!! And dont get coerced into signing loans with no income that should be against the law.anyway i am giving it back to the loan company.so please buyer beware.
