I just purchased a beautiful Queen size Signature mattress with an adjustable frame from Brough Carpets & Mattress!! I am so excited! Lisa, Dave and Karen are very knowledgeable and professional. Lisa was very helpful and educated me about the different mattresses to chose from.I got a great deal and i highly recommend them. They sell top quality products.I also bought some beautiful carpet for my bedrooms. Come in and see what they have to offer! Oh and they have some really nice comfy furniture too.

If i could give them 10 stars i would. Trust me they deserve the stars. They are some of the most gracious wonderful people. Wonderful and so helpful. I got a mattress which im sitting on right now while writing this. If you need a mattress go see them. Im not kidding i would recommend them to anyone and everyone.So if you need a mattress go to Brough Carpet. You wont be disappointed at all. Again if i could give them 10 stars i would. Hell i would give them 100 if i could. Sadly i can only give them 5 from google.

We bought our living room and dining room carpet from Karen. She really took the time to educate us and help us pick flooring that would stand up to kids and pets. Installation was done and we were blown away with the quality.I just wish Brough would bring back the “Make Momma Happy” commercials. They were the best!

I just purchased an adjustable bed with a mattress I thought would serve me well. After a couple of nights, I realized I chose the wrong mattress. I stopped back in and Lisa showed me few others, made a new mattress selection. Their guys brought it out the next day for the exchange. Im extremely happy with the bed, mattress, and most of all the service. I expected, and would have happily paid restocking. Dave said having a happy customer was their business. Mission accomplished. I had my carpeting replaced in my Studio from Brough last month and i have to say, i am SO IMPRESSED!!! The installer they sent out was very knewledgable and kind, Quick and thorough with his work.Dave, who sold me my carpeting, was A HUGE HELP, patient and fun to work with for this process, as i wanted to perfect carpeting to compliment my studio. Save your money and go to another carpet store!! The owner is arrogant, rude and condescending. He cancelled on me twice and stated that he didnt need my business anyway when I became frustrated with him. In talking with other people, this seems to be a consistent issue where he lies to them as well and changes dates often. Most people have a job and other responsibilities. He has no respect for that and it shines through in terrible customer service. Go elsewhere or you to will be treated rudely and with no respect. Buyer beware of this man and his lack of respect for customers!!

My experience with brough carpets was very professional. I recently bought a bed and some carpet for my home and it looks really nice now. The prices were really good and reasonable. The installers were very professional and my installation was done quickly. I love sleeping on my bed now its very comfortable. Both Dave and Lisa have been very kind of very professional to me the whole time. If you need carpet, flooring, or beds they are the place to go. Everything they have is now on sale. They are just on M-24 just north of daly road. Im glad I chose there for my bed and carpet. Thank you Dave and Lisa for all your help.
