Poor customer service and unqualified - rude manager. I will never shop at this store again.Had a hardware issue with my wifes new phone and I was out of town for two separate family funerals (Mother and Brother). When I was able to bring the phone back in, they told me I was just out of the warranty and refused to help me. I also found out that the phone they sold us did not support 5G which was one of the factors in switching to Verizon and getting a new phone in the first place. Again, they refused to assist me.I called corporate and they sent me a new replacement phone from the factory (free of charge) and got me out of my current contract so I could purchase a 5G phone.

I went in the Lapeer Verizon store and was very pleased with the customer service. I was waited on by the manager of the store, who was very active with his customers and made sure I got all the help I needed. As an older women, I often, have trouble with understanding my apps and/or change things I do not know how to correct. The manager was so polite and very patient with me. He helped me with consideration of my age and made sure to show me how to manage these things on my phone. I thought he set a very high standard for customer service in his store. Lapeer Verizon is the store where I will stop and I believe I will ask for the manager again, as he always seems to make time and has patience for customers, despite his extra duties Im sure he has as the manager of such a busy place to shop!

The guys at Verizon are super.. They are very nice and helpfu. And they treat you like a human being. I had to leave boost Because I am not gonna put up with Nick and Dans Nick and Dans Attitudes.So I went to Verizon. They were very nice to me and treated me like a human being. They got everything up and going on my phone before I Went home. After I got home I found a couple things that I needed looked at. So I wrote them down and took them in the next day. And it didnt seem to bother them that I was back in and having them fixed something else for me. Verizon is the place to go.. Thank you guys. You were so much help to me. Joanne

Coustomer serv was horrible, would not help me was rude ! need rest room and told go across the street soi did right to att got two new z fold 3 two tablets and half the price i was paying, i ask for rest room and 2 differnt people said sure right this way

Incompetent. The basic step of setting up a PIN to access my account information was forgotten by the employee who set up my account and I am now in a bureaucratic goose chase with corporate trying to resolve it. The store offered me no help other than to call the 800 number. Avoid setting up a Verizon plan and new account here at all costs!!!

After having Verizon corporate breached contract & suspended r service 4 no reason Allie here in the store not only connected me 2 customer service the evening b4 (corporate hung up!) She called in 4 me & helped me get thru 3 reps 2 have my service restored fee free! The reps here @ this location were extremely helpful & empathic while keeping an inviting & grem free environment. I like them as much as my home store, the reason weve bin w Verizon 4 over a decade

I came into Verizon for a simple number change and was helped by William who was extremely kind and patient. I ended up upgrading my phone and making it a whole ordeal and he helped me with everything from setting up my new iphone to picking out accessories and making sure I had everything I needed. He even called to check and make sure I was liking my phone and there were no issues at hand. Overall it was a great experience and I’d be sure to go back for any phone needs i stumble upon.

Went to the store for help, was told that they could not help us with a broken phone. We carry insurance on the phones, all they gave us was a website to go to. This place sucks and I will never go back there. I pride myself to shop local, but I feel that they just blew me off. After they get your money, they dont want to deal with you.

I really appreciated how they went above and beyond to make sure that my phone repair and subsequent problems were totally resolved. Kelsey also helped me when picking up my phone and she was also very friendly and helpful. It is nice to know that there are people who care enough to go the extra mile in the wireless business. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP! I put a phone call into the Assistant Manager to also tell him. I hope that they receive some type of recognition for going above and beyond.

Awesome Ashley! Needed an iPhone 11, Ashley spent the needed time with me, no pressure, lots of knowledge, capable phone specialist... She treated me well, and kept me up to speed with info. and contacted me when, my phone came in. Then she made my transaction, sale, etc... easy & seemless. Spent some time with Jordan and he did a great job as well. See these folks if you want to have a great experience getting your new phone.

I visited this store yesterday and had an amazing experience. I was working with Marlin the Assistant Store Manager. He went above and beyond in helping me with everything. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and his customer service was top notch. Everyone in the store was extremely friendly. Marlin answered all my questions, explained everything with great detail, and it was a pleasurable experience. I highly recommend this store.

Did the apple trade in $250 for my phone owed $127 on old phone. The rest of this was “ compliments” of Verizon. The $123 was not given back to me it was spent inside of the joke of a store. Then given back to me as “free” gifts. Why can’t you find honest people now a days?

Excellent customer service. I went in to upgrade my phone. I haven’t done a backup in awhile so it was a little bit of a mess. Mike was the associate who helped me. He was very friendly and patient. He did an AMAZING job. He made sure everything transferred and all my information was on the new phone. I left my phone over night and nothing was erased from my old phone till I gave the ok. The other employees there were also very helpful and understanding of the situation. I’m happy with my new phone. Thanks for everyone’s help and I definitely will be sending family and friends to this location.

Made the switch from Metro to Verizon. Best decision Ive made with my wireless carrier. Not only is the coverage great but the employee William that helped me get my phones going was awesome. Because of him I will be coming back for all future purchases.

Mike was so HELPFUL!!! I needed to set up my daughters gizmo replacement, he took care of me and loved the fact that he had a GOOD sense of humor, since I left my daughters replacement gizmo, at the same place for three days....lol

My mom died...ask them to give me unlimited everything they told me I was all set...almost four weeks later I got over $1700.00 phone bill...the Manager said this is my fault..I should have been watching what he was doing I was training Him He called customer service they said He said I was getting unlimited but never consummated The manager did nothing and Verizon cut my phone off!! I would not send anyone to Verizon...I paid the Bill only becouse I co-sind for my son to by a Home...And had to... was the only bad mark on my Credit!!

Go to best buy. It saved me 250.00 dollars to upgrade my phone for doing so and I didnt have to wait for it to ship.

I wish I remember the gentlemans name who helped us, but whoever it was was incredibly helpful in assisting my dad with the purchase of his first ever smartphone! The deal my dad was getting was through his carrier and so it was going to be Android, so I was of no use because I dont know the ins and outs of LG, Samsung, etc., offerings. Its now several months later and he loves his phone and I thought the explanation of all the pros and cons of this model vs. that model, etc., was incredibly helpful. So, if youre with Verizon and you need to buy a phone and you need some explanations along with it, I definitely recommend coming here!

The manager, Matt, went out of his way to help me. I lost my phone in Hawaii and when it was found he helped me get it back without any charges to me. He got me a new phone and had all my info on the old one put on the new phone. He also got my phone to work with my cars Android Auto and assisted me with several other details. He does a great job and is a real asset to Verizon. This is not the first time he has helped at your store.

Went to get a Motorola Z3, and I walked out with a Google Pixel 3 XL. Couldnt be happier. All of the associates are friendly both with customers and each other. Overall it was a good experience and Im happy.

They are always friendly and give you all the time you need to get things straight with your account and fixing phone issues. I think they treat each customer with respect and Ive never seen them rush anyone.

These guys go above and beyond to help us everytime only Verizon store i deal with I like the fact they are independently owned not corporate that changes things a lot when your dealing with a place thats independent. Overall great place and they know there products.

We have been purchasing phones and utilizing this store for a number of years but I may be rethinking that. Danielles lack of customer service skills are appalling. Her attitude toward customers with issues very disappointing. It only takes one to lose a customer that has been loyal for many years.
