Employees are generally nice, say hi, and ask if help is needed.I visited because a generator I was interested in was normally 499, but said it was 199 in this store. There were none on the floor so I asked if they had any in the back... They did (website showed in stock). As they were bringing it up I showed the employee the price online and she immediately got defensive (like she was half expecting this) and said thats incorrect (its on your official website) and they called the manufacturer to check that price. I was embarrassed by the interaction and left.I thought there genuinely was a price mistake. I went on about my day.Heres where it gets conspicuous. I kept checking the website afterwards, refreshing it... And the price remained at 199, and in stock... until around closing time... Then they went out of stock.I cant prove anything, but its pretty glaringly obvious that I was told the price was incorrect, but someone else bought it.Hope whichever employee that got it for a good deal is enjoying it.I will be doing absolutely minimal business here from now on.Im not one to leave negative reviews, but my most recent interaction has left me uneasy, and I stand on principles.

Defective 100’ “kink free” hose…. Bought the house a little over a month ago, called and asked if there was anything they could do about it. They do not stand behind their products and said “they’ve no idea what I could have done to it”….. literally just had it connected to the storage housing. Never even unrolled the entire hose, at a loss for how this could have just fallen apart…..

I purchased this product for my dog and had to buy something else it never dispersed water out had to take apart and use the bottom only. I would never recommend this product.

$600 to buy into the welding gas program which includes one #4 tank. After than its around $50 per refill. Are you guys insane? Either the lady on the phone has no idea what shes talking about or you guys are just nuts. Also, the lady on the phone could be a bit nicer. Either way, I went somewhere else than $300 for the same.

Best prices in yard bird seed. As well as farm supplys. Every thing from Western wear to. Wood and pellet stoves. Lots of specialty tools. Farm life toys and gifts. Staff is knowledgeable, and quick to offer assistance . they wear masks and have plexiglass barriers at check outs.

Tsc has effectively priced themselves out of of my business. Used to be a place to go for trailer parts and equipment supplies. Now, if they carry what I need, its either only 1 when 2 are required, or its more than double the price of other retail stores. Im sorry, but this place has lost their focus.

Every time I try to find some help no one is available and when i do I am an inconvenience. I am glad home depot has similar items. I see this place going under soon.

Im not one to leave bad reviews but this tractor supply was very rude to me. I bought a $130 dollar wheel barrel from them yesterday and lost my receipt. When I got it home I realized that the left tire was rubbing against the side of the plastic wall. Which will in time ruin the the wheel barrel. I thought no problem ill just exchange it. When I brought it in they didnt have one to echange and the they said that without my receipt I was they would have to give me store credit. This was after 2 of their employees inspected the barrel and agreed that it was defective. Then the cashier called the back and said that they decided not to give me store credit even. So I walked out and 2 men followed me out just to tell me that I was trying to make a fraudulent return and they wouldnt take it. They already told me this inside but for whatever reason they decided to tell me again but also insult me with their accusations. Then he tells me that is not in sellable condition. No dip, thats why I brought it back. Terrible customer service today!

Everyone was friendly and polite and professional when asked questions about products in store. The customer ahead of me was rude and obnoxious but cashier handled it extremely well.

I always get my pets food here as it is inexpensive for great quantity. They sell dog food, duck and chicken feed in either crumble or pellet form which ever is preferred. This store is great for anything farm, yard, hunting, tools, and clothing apparel. The employees are awesome and very helpful. I highly recommend TSC to anyone.

I absolutely love our Tractor Supply! The clerks are always very helpful and theres always a great Supply a different items in there a lot of fun things!

Usually good. Slow to get new items on the shelf if theyre out. Priced pretty high on some things makes me use Amazon more

While I usually come here for pet related needs (food, litter, vaccinations) my husband and I stopped in today looking for chains for his disc golf basket. Not only did they have exactly what he needed but it was cheaper than even Home Depot. I was even able to find some gardening supplies at a great price. I suggest you stop in next time you cant find an item and check it out.

I really didnt get the check out the place a lot.I went in there looking for black boots for work. Turns out they dont have anything really what I was looking for. But I did end up buying a couple pairs of Wrangler jeans. I would still recommend

Diana was extremely helpful in preparing us to take home ducks. She lead us to each item that was needed and had information to assist us. She made the trip fast and easy.

I can always count on TSC for my dog and banyard animals needs. I personally prefer purchasing chicks at local hatcheries. However I have never had a bad experience with their chicks i have gotten there. They keep up on their birds and they are raised healthy while in store. I appreciate this. I also have to address how helpful and friendly the staff is when my dog and I go in! Very good store.

I have been shopping here for many years. I have had consistently good service and no problems whatsoever with service.Prices are higher than elsewhere, but frankly Tractor Supply sells items that Walmart is never going to carry.Our farmers are our food. We should all support places that support farmers because doing so is in our own best interests.

Very horrible treatment of the chickens. Went in today and they were almost dead and no water. Very sick!I will not support this store.I would not recommend ANYONE to shop here.Imlay city and davison are not that far away. Great service and humane treatment of animals.

Went to lapeer TSC for a Mower belt...The Section IS NOT Organized...Waited for Someone to Help Me...But the 2 female Cashiers were to busy talking to Each other to Help Me...Even made Eye Contact with one of them...thought for a MiN She was going to Help Me...Nope!...Went looking for Help throughout the Store and found other Employees Chit Chating...Didnt even notice Me looking at Them...didnt want to bother them on a Sunday aftrnoon @ work..So i left without a Belt...Sad part is...They are the only store that has my belt in stock...Maybe Ill just order it on line...probably better Customer Service...Thanx TSC😂..
