Showed pic 3 times of how I wanted haircut. Not like pic at all. Then had the audacity to hint that I had lice. So absolutely disgusted with her. Went to another salon,had my hair checked for lice. NO lice. The product she put on my hair melted on to my hair when she used flat iron or curling iron. The lady at the other salon showed me how it can do that. So needless to say I would never go there or recommend them.
