Employee said I dont know too may times, looking at computer he asked my female friend questions she didnt know n he had know idea of what to tell her how to find info on her car. I understand the young need to learn -- but they will never learn if they dont ask other employees for assistance.

Mr. Sean and his co-workers. Have been polite and very good awareness to details. They observed the issue I had and was for what appeared to be pleased to exercise all the compliments Autozone had to offer. They replaced my battery and installed it. The store was a pleasure to visit and I will return to this location so long as the customer service matches todays experience.I hate spending money but if Im going to do so.. I want it to be at a place that appreciates my business. My experience was good. I hope it Continues.

Good place the staff was friendly enough and patient enough, considering they had only two employees when I arrived. Still, they got the job done as fast and as accurately as they could, and thats really all I could ask for considering the situation.Just a recommendation:> enforce wearing masks for all customers coming in, for your employees protection> make sure your employees are always wearing their mask for their customers protection

Take the mask off and get some oxygen. Customer service reps were not helpful. Made you feel like they didn’t want to deal with any questions.

Horrible customer service for phone callers. I called the store for warranty information and price. Was on hold for exactly 32 minutes 1 second. I actually DROVE to the store while on hold, asked for the manager, showed him my phone so he could see the time, and told the manager that I needed him to answer the phone because according to the time being recorded I was still waiting for assistance. He informed me that the people in the store has to be served BEFORE callers. I stated that patrons, regardless of location, should be assisted in order of arrival and if you are on the phone with someone, that person is just as important as the ones physically present in the store. Also, if you are not able to assist callers, then do not answer the phone! They had absolutely no remorse and didnt even apologize for the inconvenience. Horrible customer service....

I had to get my battery replaced and Charles was very polite and did a great job replacing my truck battery

The service was great. I bought a new battery, and the employee that installed it for me was awesome. I was honestly in and driving out with my new battery installed in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommended.

Knowledgeable and fast service, concerning a purchase from about two weeks ago and exchanging damaged parts.

Just like other Autozones in the Greater New Orleans Area; this store carries parts for most makes & models vehicles. Saves you money on the long and short end. Batteries and alternators can be turned in for credit once you purchase a new one. This is a great RECYCLING FEATURE.Friendly staff are most times willing to assist you with installing a simple part, like a light bulb or removing a battery for testing. Way cool.

Not good at all I wouldnt think it would be so hard to get this place to sell me a battery I will not go back to the store in Laplace manager was rude as can be to get this my old battery had to be tested an I had to wait for approval to get the new one

Im writing this review about one of the workers Jaron. He was nice, patient and funny. He was helpful the whole forty minutes while me and my family was there. Thanks to the worker Jaron.

Great staff, well trained and knowledgeable Gigantic variety of parts, selections and they offer warranties whenever available. Anything they dont have in stock they order for you with a very short wait on most items. Always our first choice for all our automotive needs.

The Autozone in LaPlace on Airline has been very helpful. Everytime I walk into AutoZone the place is very busy. The staff still goes out of their way to help everyone and they are very kind. I have shopped at this store 3 times in the last month and everytime I got the part that I needed the first time and didnt have to go back!!! One time I had to order a part and it was in by 8am the next morning. Thank you AutoZone for educating your employees. I appreciate your knowledge and help.
