I really dont like going to any Walmarts just because but the 2 ladies that helped me at the jewelry counter was really nice

The increased dependence on self check-out made the experience unpleasant. Increase the number of actual cashiers to check-out customers and find a reasonable balance between both. For now I will shop at the surrounding grocery, pharmacy, and discount stores for a better experience.

Walmart is open from 8a-8p. They need to update store hours on website! Also the store never have enough cashiers.

They know their is registere problem at self check out that scan items more than once and have not correct the problem.Some employee have commutation skills, can get a straight answer. Most employees are nice and greet you as walk though the store.

The store is very clean compared to some of the Walmart Ive been to in recent months. They need to get back to overnight stocking of inventory at this location. When you walk in the store there are pallets and carts still being offloaded. Most of the time its high demand items that youll have to wait for or go to another store to get because it hasnt been put out for sale yet. Also need more personnel for the pickups orders during high traffic hours. Ive been there a few times personally and there was only 1 person trying to load 5 or more vehicles by themselves.

Dont even know what to say, just as good as every other walmart but bigger.

Was in the area due to an event that we were catering. I forgot to grab my aprons and stopped at Walmart to grab a few. I asked an employee and was very quickly told that aprons were not sold there and they havent been in years... I so happen to start walking away and found 2 black aprons on the racks next to oven mits. She clearly didnt want to be bothered.

I never go to our Walmart in Laplace Ever. Ill drive to Gonzales to go because its nicer more organized amd every register has a worker willing to check you out with a smile.

I went to the eye dr at Walmart Metairie to see Jennifer Vaught and she is the best.

Relatively clean and organized. Deli attendant not very hospitable.

We went here today for the Walmart pickup app. The attendant was very nice and put them in the car extremely fast. He also informed us that they didnt have sour cream to which he said it was refunded. The store itself is very nice and well kept by dedicated personnel. Each employee that Ive talked to seems very nice and knows what theyre doing.

Pick up orders poorly managed. Order was late & a lot of items were “out of stock” after the order was already processed so I had to go to Winn Dixie to get what I need for the week after having already sat in Walmart’s parking lot waiting. The gentleman who was running orders was super helpful & working hard. It’s not his fault management isn’t running this department well. I will not use this service here again.

1000+ people, no lanes but self checking, over pricing(almost to Winn dixie prices) no overhead, pure laziness and robbery.

This Wal-Mart allows kids to play on the handicapped motorized carts while people in wheelchairs like myself have to wait or leave. Its terrible. If you dont have an obvious handicap or mobility issue or a handicapped/mobility impaired ID, you shouldnt be able to use one. The other thing is they are always picked clean. They need to stock more often and better. People are rude too. Ive even been accused of trying to shoplift and I proved otherwise. The manager made me.rescan everything and the totals matched exactly. Then he didnt think he should have to apologize. He detained me and forced me to redo what I just did and it was completely unnecessary. He apologized after I shot down all of his arguments. I do not enjoy this Walmart. I detest going there honestly.

Most of staff blocking isles stocking and still have alot of missing product. I have poor vision and not one employee offered to help me to product. One employee actually said to me, Its right there, cant you see? I replied No I cant, I need eye surgery to remove my lenses, covering my pupils and replaced with synthetic ones. Still employee didnt offer any help.My question is how was you able to drive their if you cant see ???? Dont bs us Karen know one in this world is going to hold your hand so figure it out

Curbside grocery pick up was the worse. Did not get all my groceries and I waited for over 45 mins. I gave 2 stars because the young men that work outside do a good job and always polite.

Busy busy has nothing I needed

Hard to find some items for weeks at a time, shelves not always properly stocked. Aside from that, this is still one of the cheaper places to shop when you need your dollar to stretch just a little more.

Not bad like others make it out to be! I believe if ppl try to be a little neater and cleaner while shopping it could also help your own shopping experience out. Some ppl I see are teaching their children to be just as messy in public as they must be at home! Do your part and chip in and be a decent person around your own community if you want it to be a nice place to be in!! Walmart workers are just like any other workers they dont need you treating them like like you own them. Treat them with respect and Im sure they will be happy to help you (well most will) and stop complaining about OUR LAPLACE WALMART and help out here!! Its the only one weve got!!! Pretty good Walmart, usually well stocked and plenty of help around. I will say this though ans this is why the 2 star rating...there seems to be a good bit of profiling going on among the Loss Prevention team in this store. Almost every time I go they follow me so much I just end up leaving without even getting what I come for because Im so irritated that Im being followed around so much! Find somebody new to stalk and maybe try a different approach next time cuz you guys are pretty obvious!!!!

What an absolute joke. Hottest toy of the year arrives on a truck and there was negative organization. Hello managers! Theres a pandemic! You shouldve had this organized better, period. Instead you had employees in customer service playing with kids toys and chit chatting, and no one had a clue when anything was happening. You had people cutting in line at the front. Just an absolute disaster and disappointment. Only reason Im giving the second star is bc at least the store was clean. But this is clearly an upper management absolute fail and needs to be assessed from that level down. You had people grouped together in a line during extreme highs on covid numbers in our area, waiting with no clue of how long it would be. Absolute failure.

Went for my Covid shot. Pharmacy was organized, professional, and kind.

I usually visit the store very early to avoid a lot of interacting with people but the store was clean I found everything that I was looking for everything was in the right place today

Found everything is was looking for but as always had to self check out and bag my own groceries.

Im typically not a Walmart I just have to go in everyday kind of person . Only if I have to then I will . Nothing against the place just my preference for years . My family shops there and a family member works there . But it is better laid out on department sections walking around looking for what you need and cleaner feeling than some of the other stores.

Rude and disrespectful employees. Enough said.

Aisles are clear and shelves are organized. Patrons are wearing masks and employees are ensuring patrons remain in compliance of mask mandate.

After Katrina, the store did a nose dive and stayed this way for a number of years. Presently .. Huge improvement in customer service. The store is much cleaner and more organized.

Employees are not helpful. 3 people in self check needing help, waiting 20 min. When asked why Employee just shrugged her shoulder. Sale prices do not ring up as sale,so you pay full price.
